2 Repairmen and still not fixed. 1st Repairman said he fixed it, tracked hopefully mud in the house in both bathrooms, left a greasy mess in the sink, $400, did fix a faucet for $129. that I could have replaced for the price of a new faucet. 2nd Repairman - cant say enough good about his professionalism, however, said he had to cut down bushes (front of house) to get to it - claimed last guy didn't run the camera & should have. Camera showed a blockage, claims they couldn't get it without using a ****** which they wanted $600 additional funds to use it. Said it was a curve and that's where everything is stuck,. Left the top off the wash out which is by my front door so that it didn't flood again inside. Still not fixed After complaining the manager refunded $199 of the $400 spent however, this doesn't replace bushes that are gone and the expense of redoing a flower bed. And the replacing of the bathroom rug.I called a diff company they came out on the first try they got the clog out - then showed me where it was a pipe that had fallen down and the city would fix it for free. $239 Benjamin Franklin never showed me nor knew where the city pipe was at evidentially.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We always try to do our best, but do apologize if we missed the ***** There are always two sides to everything, so we think it is fair to leave our plumbers notes on the call, but just to show the other side from our perspective:"Arrived and found main sewer backed up at exterior clean out. Ran cable extensively under warranty and cleared line. Ran camera and found I only poked hole in a solid blockage of some kind 37 in. Ran cable again and could not clear. Cable only going through original hole I poked. Multiple turns in sewer main before reaching street. Customer informed me previous tech did not camera or show evidence of camera. Also did not recommend jetting to clear line properly. Had to cut **** for access to cleanout. (Customer approved beforehand). Gave estimate for jetting and agreed to credit original drain clean back. Customer declined at this time. Line is still actively blocked and backed up.
