They call and call and call pretty much harass you nonstop. They tell you they need to meet in person or over video conference to go over existing plans saying they cannot do it over a call all because they want to sell you more. They tell you your backup beneficiary must be over 18 so you can't list your kids as beneficiaries without lengthy court issues for them. Then they call and harass the beneficiaries nonstop. Multiple calls every day say they need to meet in person. So they get ahold of your backup beneficiaries and harass them to buy insurance. Came liking everything we have with them and blocking their numbers on all phones. They are a horrible untrustworthy company.

I called about my deceased uncle policy back in April 22. Sent in death certificate and they got all the information that my mother is the beneficiary. First time we call it was in audit. The second time she talk with someone the auditor passed away, and another auditor was hired and it was still being processed. The third time it's been sent out expect it in 4 -6 weeks really. So I call the agency that wrote the policy and they contacted them supervisor was given my contact number to call me. Well, if she doesn't receive a check or hear from home office soon. My nephew is an attorney and he likes cases like this. He will contact this company with a law suit.

April 2020 - Responded to a "Free will" offer. Sat through phone interview with agent and his "supervisor" regarding life/burial insurance. After reviewing offer, I emailed agent and supervisor declining insurance receiving an acknowledgment and asking I pass the company's information on "to anyone looking for these offerings". Never received the complimentary "free will kit". When I contacted the agent two weeks later, I was told that the then Covid pandemic had delayed mailings and my request would be fulfilled. Sept. 28, 2020 - Again followed up on their "free will" offer asking when it would be mailed. Never heard back from agent, supervisor or the company. July 2022 - Saw this company's same advertisement on social media again and responded. Received a call from agent; Made appointment for 7/13. Now I know what to expect (high pressure sales pitch and no promised "free will") I'm well prepared for the appointment.

****, we sincerely apologize that your experience with AIL was less than you expected. We're disappointed that we've lost your trust and hope that your appointment is productive. We will use this unfortunate situation to improve our process of assisting our customers and policyholders. Thank you for taking the time to let us know where improvement is needed and look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
