      3 YEARS I HAVE BEEN PAYING ON THIS AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PAPERWORK. I HAVE ASKED AND ASKED AND ASKED AND THEY KEEP SAYING IT'S IN THE MAIL I BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT GET THEIR POLICIES!!! IF I COULD, I WOULD LEAVE A MINUS SCORE

      If I could leave 0 stars I would! The objective is to get as many sales as possible regardless of what means they need to use. The agents will lie to the union members on the phone in order to book the appointments, and if they miscalculate the costs of a policy, they will simply leave products promised to them off of the policy. Though it is unethical, they will encourage people to drop their other policies for American Incomes more expensive policy. And when they are unsure of facts they make them up, including scaring people into believing that they will not have enough money for burial. The agents also sell products to people without making them aware of the fact that the products will change or drop off at a certain age. And falsely advising them on policies that they are unfamiliar with. Will not allow you to make changes to decrease the policy but willingly increase without issues. When you call with complaints about harassment and pressure of agents there is not a resolution. Call to lower your policy and they place you on hold for up to 30 minutes, in hopes you will hang up. They disconnect calls mid conversation when you ask for supervisor.

      Terrible company, great communication setting up the policy, but decided to cancel within the time frame allotted and was told i would get a full refund. It's been months fighting for this and never hear back. Finally refund me not even a third of my total. Sorry i didn't read reviews before i wasted my money .

      I AM A MULTIPLE POLICY HOLDER, TRYING TO CANCEL ON , I'VE BEEN ON THE PHONE WAITING. HALF HOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY , IF THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. I WILL CANCEL BOTH OF MY POLICIES. POLICY #18047113 I SEE A PATTERN HERE. HOW MUCH DO THEY CONTRIBUTE TO THE BBB. FOR A GOOD RATING.

      I've been told that I will receive cancellation papers for my policy. Within 72 hours as of August 3rd. 2022, because my signature was required. Apparently the company doesn't have DocuSign. So I wait.

      This place is horrible they started another policy without my consent. I found out after a few months and tried to get a refund. They gave me the runaround and never returned my calls like they say they would. They would blame it on the agent and they couldn't refund me without their approval. I tried to be patient with them for months but it was the same excuse every time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! All these reviews are true about using the union supposedly and call back excuses. I wish I never dealt with from the beginning!

      I had great communication while setting up my policy. After that, I sent follow up after follow up with a different excuse as to why there weren't responses every time. Clearly this company does not care about their Clients. I've been trying to cancel my policy and can't even get a response to that.

      This company is driven by a pyramid scheme. They suck you in by making you think they work for your current union. Which they don't. They must have some of connection to use NAPE's name in the envelope they send to your home. They call you, waste over an hour of your time and keep calling you and your family and friends trying to sell their Insurance. Then they send paperwork saying they will not take payments until all parts of your policy is figured out but do end up taking it out before it is finished. They wanted additional info from my fiancé but had not received it and charged the full amount to my account. Then I called several times to cancel which was apparently done. I had to call back past the 10 business days to say I had not received my money back and had another payment taken all while my application was not even finalized. This is not good enough.

      Pt. 1- I (foolishly) requested a "Child Safety Kit" to be sent to my home months ago, and frankly had forgotten about it since then. Yesterday I got a called from Gabriel in Tracy to explain he was sending me the kit, but that I had to watch a quick video via zoom. After a rushed two minute video explaining the (very obvious) way to fill out the kit, I was bombarded with propaganda to buy his insurance. He claimed to be directly affiliated with the police association, to which I responded my husband is already an officer so we are covered. He pressured me into staying on the phone with him from over 30 minutes explaining different scenarios of me dying what would not be covered under my husbands insurance, to which I continued to (way too nicely) say no thank you. It wasn't until they (he and his "manager") insisted I give a credit card/bank account info that I realized something was up and refused and tried getting off the call. My infant was crying in my arms as he continued to pressure me into yet ANOTHER policy. Again, while my child had been crying in my arms for some time now and I had just listened to him speak for 30 minutes politely refusing the offers. After I finally managed to get off the call, I sent a confirmation email 1. thanking him for his time, and apologizing for wasting it but that 2. I was not interested by any means and wanted all of my information deleted. I never received and email back but I did get several calls from his apparent "managers", explaining why it was foolish to deny this offer. To which I began to get upset and literally begged to be taken off their list and my information deleted. I told them it felt very scammy, and at the very least I felt taken advantage of by the "company", I in no way wanted any business with them. This is when Luis (the "manager") said "JUST LIKE YOUR HUSBAND WHO HAD WHAT 6(?) WEEKS OF TRAINING TO BE A POLICE OFFICER, I HAVE HAD MUCH MORE EXTENSIVE TRAINING TO BE AN INSURANCE AGENT".

      Prissy they called & said they needed to update two of my insurance policies & added a third they wanted to change their policies from baby policies so I can get more money even though my other grand child was not at the adult age to make a change they added him too. Next week I get letter saying that I cancel my grand daughter policy was canceled & I did not talk to anyone about this. They r fake AILife they will not reimburse you your money. My understanding with a policy you have 30 days to review it before they take your money & my money was taken out my account the next two business days. I called the real American Income life they had no record of any transactions. American Income Life do not make changes to policies on the phone r on line they come n person I would have not been jerked if I husband had not took spam call. All I am saying is this do your homework before you give anyone your money & also I was notf eeling well that day that's how I got taken in. Real AILife is legit always check your logo and make phone calls.
