      We got paperwork saying be successfully canceled after being told it was already canceled and charged and then now we have three more months of charges after we supposedly canceled and the guy won't respond and they won't refund us so we had to pay to get our account to block them

      I would think that the *** from the *********** branch was trying to complete the reinstatement process via zoom; however, I did not meet anybody on Zoom as I was on the meeting, and I waited over 15 minutes for someone to come in. All I can say nothing but unprofessional on this agency's end.

      Representative *** ******* discriminated towards me and when I said something he began laughing. I will be seeking life insurance else where. If you are a minority (race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation) do NOT use them.

      I mistakenly paid for my children's life insurance of $******* instead of *****. I have hours and lots of time trying to get my money back. Also, while getting through to customer service, which takes 10 to 30 minutes, and being hung up on, and told several different stories. I have talked to two different Supervisor's, who was supposed to help me, by emailing me back, calling me back and even giving me their phone number and extension (******* and *****), but nothing!! I am frustrated to say the least!! We are talking about ******* dollars and my bank account has been locked up since I made the payment through each from my bank on late November 15, 2024, they received it on November 20 or 21st by ACH. I just found out last Thursday, that they aren't sending me my money back to me until the 19th of December by mail. They can receive payments by ***, but they can't send my money back by ACH?? They have to send me a check. After this is all over, I cancel my accounts which I have had for several years!! This is the worst **************** I have ever had!! **** *.

      Globe Life has tried to fraud me over and over again They added a term life policy to my account without my permission, ***** life is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with I want every dime I paid them back since 2020 I would not even give them a one star

      This place is a scam. I paid them for a 12 months policy for $61.10. when they tried to raise my rates, I cancelled the policy and asked for a refund. They have not reimbursed me for the $61.10 as of yet after several complaints about this to the BBB asking for their help to get my money back

      My mother passed away and she had a Globe Life Insurance policy. I called them to make a claim and they misinformed me about the policy during the first call. They told me I was the sole beneficiary, that it was indisputable, and that all I would need to do was to sign the forms they would email to claim it. I call back a few days later to get more information and another representative then said there were multiple beneficiaries and that the funds would be split. However, they were angry that I called back asking for more information and said, 'we see you called a few days ago. We already answered your questions. We can't keep providing information that we already gave to you. We will only tell you once and that's it'. They were hostile, irritated, and already withholding information I filled out the claim forms and faxed them, then called them a few days later to make sure it was all set. They said they needed another form, which I had to find out about by calling them. I sent the other form and they said it would take 15 days to process the claim. I decide to check in to make sure everything is ok, and sure enough, it's not. They claim they sent me a letter asking for more information, a letter which I never received, so they emailed it. It was a letter asking for some person's social security number and mailing address. They said they would not continue processing the claim until they got that person's social security number. They refused to tell me who it was or why I needed it. They said if I had any questions, to them a letter to their PO Box. They refused to answer any further questions about anything from that point. I called back later and they were hostile again and hung up on me. They are clearly using stall tactics, asking for information that is irrelevant to the claim, and are sending me on a wild good ****** They do not want to honor this claim at all. I do not want to have to resort to hiring a lawyer.

      I believe they are quite possibly using personal information in the wrong way. My grandma is trying to cancel the policy. She took taken out for me and my kids and we've talked to about 20 different people in a matter of two months. They keep saying we need to give more personal information to get it canceled

      Globe Life likes to provide promises and not deliver. My mother took out policy on me decades ago and now wishes me to take ownership and re-assign beneficiary and despite numerous call and promises that documents would be mailed to me and later sent by e-mail THEY HAVE NEVER DELIVERED ON THE PROMISES. Each time I call the say must speak to mother as she is the owner and simply say her permission given in previous calls only last duration of call. GLOBE staff NEVER address their failure to perform a promised action/service. I have dealt with other insurance companies and find them to be MY WORST EXPERIENCE again and again.

      My exhusband passed away 10 months after he signed up through his job for the life insurance. We have 3 kids and he wanted to make sure we would be ok if anything were to happen. It was an accidental od and bc of this it has been over a year and they continue to tell me my case is under review. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone I know!
