      I was paying my premium through their app. Everything was fine until they changed their system. Im making payments that wasnt going through. I assume that everything was fine until the dates didnt change on my policy every month. So I would make a double payment. Taking for granted that the app was working I kept making payments. I then noticed one of my policies was cancelled. I started calling to see whats going on, The First **** I talked to made me feel like I was interrupting her coffee break. No help. So I mailed six checks to cover the outstanding balance. I called again another lady was polite but she wasnt listening and was reading from her hand book. I called because only one check cleared. So today I called because now all the checks cleared but the status on my policy hasnt changed. This lady was rude, wouldnt let me speak, finished my sentence because she already knows what Im going to say. So when I asked her why my payment didnt reflect on the policy she said because customers didnt know I made a payment. I then asked why didnt they notify customer service! She said shes doesnt know shes not in billing. Terrible and to check in five day

      I purchased this policy for my son, who was going off to college. Once he and I decided the life insurance was no longer needed, Globe refused to cancel. Their customer service phone number left my son on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up / disconnected. Their website does not offer a cancelation method. My son emailed them twice, with no response. We are currently trying to cancel through our credit card company.

      Terrible company. After reading all of these reviews, it now makes sense why they have made it so incredibly hard for my mom to cash out her policy. For almost a month now, my mom has been calling to request to withdrawal and repeatedly is told to wait to receive a form via email within 48 hours. Well 48 hours passes time and time again, no email. Now when we call, the agents are starting to get an attitude. My mom was going to continue to pay on her policy but not now. Not after showing their true colors. Shame on you guys for this predatory behavior, preying on people in need who trust you with their life savings.

      Horrible company, website, phone numbers, and customer service. They fail to send, or email a bill until after policy lapse. Not the first time either. It's absurd. Then the website doesn't allow you in, and of course you can't reach anyone. I'm done. There has to be a better company somewhere.

      ******** customer service. I called in requesting to cash out my policy over 30 days ago. Call 1: The ***resentative told me I needed to fill out a surrender form that would be sent to me by email. I never received the email. Call 2: The ***resentative stated there wasn't a form to fill out, they just needed a letter stating I wished to surrender the policy and cash out. I asked why I was told there was a form to fill out, and they stated that it was sent out, but they weren't sure why I didn't receive it. So, the form that doesn't exist was sent to me, and they have no idea why I didn't receive it.However, surrendering an account and having a check sent out would be no longer than 21 days after I sent in the letter. I wasn't given that information until I had endured upwards of 10 attempts to convince me to retain the policy.The letter with their requirements was sent that day, and I received an automated response of ************ 3: Today is day 21, and no payment. I called the customer service line and received a new calling tree. Several dead ends later, I was connected to a ***, but not before "one last, final question" of being asked if I was a government employee. Why does that matter?The ***resentative (******) stated the request had begun processing 10 days after I sent the letter, and that it would take up to 30 days from that date to receive payment. I communicated what I was told on the first two calls (21 days), and she put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. Less than a minute later ****** returned and stated there was good news, my payment had been printed and mailed on the date she just told me processing had begun. I could now expect my payment within 30 days. Again, I reminded her the second call *** stated 21 days total. ****** then offered to connect me to her supervisor because her word was golden.I wasn't connected to a supervisor. I was put back into the same queue that got me to ******, and that person wasn't any more helpful.

      Poor customer service lately with calls being dropped and calls being dropped even after talking with a live agent for service. I was told recently that I needed to submit my father's death certificate to insure that I am the rightful owner for the loan I was requesting of 400 dollars. The sad thing is that my father passed in 2006 and I had previously sent them documentation of the same certificate for loans of up to ******* dollars over the past several years! What did they do with the documentation? The reps told me that the loans were given in error!! Ridiculous! They should have apologized for losing it since I had to be delayed in getting my loan taken care of! They kept telling me that I never submitted a death certificate! How offensive and then to send me a letter saying "Sorry for your loss". He's been dead for 18 years! I am very upset by the way this was handled. Very upset and I probably will be looking for another insurance.

      horrible company they rip you off my contract says cash value is ****** per 5000 dollar policy ours is ****** policy after 17 years all they are giving us for total cash value is 165,00

      After many years of paying her policy my Mother CMS got cancer at 82 and shortly passed away! Globe Life has refused to pay out her 20K policy since 6/24 for one reason after another! 34 hundred of the policy goes directly to the funeral home and they are refusing them as well! I have to call them to find out what is the new hold up - they don't call me! What a hurtful, harmful way to do business! ***************************!

      My husbands sister passed away suddenly in February. She was his Moms PoA and beneficiary. My husband got a new PoA and incredibly has had to make half a dozen calls simply to get a change in beneficiary form. They repeatedly promise to email the form and do not. Theyve mailed it to an old address multiple times despite us informing them it is wrong Were filing a complaint with the Tennessee Insurance Commissioner.
