      I was denied for having a prescription drug issued by my doctor for depression. I don't understand how they can do this. We need the drug companies to state this on their med that we can be denied coverage if prescribed.

      After Globe Life took over Liberty National the accident policy claim process has become much worse. Deceptive marketing - no compensation if you have Dr. ***** proof for an accident. I will never have this policy with them again. Should have gone with AFLAC. Poor customer service as well.

      How does this company let a step grandparent take out a life insurance policy on my biological child with no legal documentation or consent form. I did not approve of this and it is extremely unsettling that they let this happen.

      I requested a quote sent to me. I decided that I could not afford any insurance at this time. But they keep sending me info that they said that I requested. I called them and asked to be taken off of the mailing list but they still keep sending me the same info. Do not request a quote unless you want to be hounded for life!

      I am being double billed. I have spoke with 5 people 5 different times and have been transferred each time. You stay on the phone waiting anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes and are hung up on. I'm told there is no corporate number. For God sake, I have even faxed and left a message online. No return call!!! I have several policies with them and its discouraging as I have been with this company for years. Do yourself a favor. CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY! Very disappointing.

      Steer clear!! Had one of their agents (**************) come into my workplace to try and speak with our owner about offering employees this insurance. I ended sat with the agent and explained to him i wasn't educated on insurance and he took advantage and ran with it. Kept reassuring me i was applying for health insurance as i kept reiterating to him i would be kicked off of my current plan. When i reached out to him to cancel my plan because i was not in the market for life insurance at the moment until i could figure out a health insurance plan. He told me "it's not life insurance. lol" and proceeded to try to convince me not to cancel my application. I ended up calling customer service and the lady i spoke with was very kind and did cancel my policy for me.

      This company has been absolutely TERRIBLE. None of them know what they are doing. Every time they tell me what to submit, they always need something else. I have submitted all of the paperwork that they asked for and they keep asking for additional items. The most recent thing they asked for was the bill. I have submitted that and now they are asking for something else. I think they do this to prolong everything and make people just give up collecting their money. They can manage to take out my premiums every month though. Do NOT use this company. You will be sorry.

      Two policies were obtained with Globe Life over thirty years ago. The premiums were always paid on time and never late for the entire period. My two children are grown and have no need for this insurance so they called and had the policies cancelled in October 2023. The company advised that the paid up portion would be sent within three to four weeks. As of this writing, still no check from Globe Life. Several calls to Globe Life have only resulted in promises of "the check is in the mail." For such a small amount of money, it is very poor customer service for someone who poured several thousand dollars in this company for over thirty years. As above, several calls, promises of "expedited mail" and poor excuses from this company who continues to send mail to my home asking for additional enrollment.I will advise all I come into contact with and post to my social media accounts the poor service that Globe Life offers.*********************
