Do not call ************* globe life to have your name and address removed from their data base and ****** answer because she hung up on me so guess that's normal. People need to learn customer service. That's lacking today. So being as their worker hangs up on possible would be customer obviously I don't recommend them. Stay away of this Insurance company.I have called to cancel my policy on Dec 21st and they said my poli was cancelled. They charged me again on Jan 2nd 2024.I called again and spoke with a supervisor and the policy wasnt canceled. She told me that send an e mail to **************** requesting the refund .I did it.Now I received another e mail that says All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by mail or fax to our Accounting departmentCome on, it is just $42 and is your fault that you never cancelled my Policy.*************************** Insurance Broker NPN ********Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company

I paid my premiums every month and when my nephew passed away in September they still have not paid because it was not two years old! I sent in all the paperwork that they asked for and its December 31 and they still havent paid so I cant bury my nephew and this is the reason that the policy was taken out to avoid this!! Totally shady unsympathetic and disgusting company!! Do not use them at all costs! Should be ashamed of yourselves and at least refund my money back!! Money grubbing dogs!! This is for Assurity accidental health insurance!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would! I was taken advantage of! I have been trying to file a claim and then close my account for 6 months and not one person will assist me!!! I've tried numerous times, customer service is non existent! I am so incredibly heartbroken by the way that this company treated my mother. After losing my grandmother. In August we seen how important it was to get life insurance and the lack of communication and the total disregard of allowing my mother to pursue forward with a policy due to her being disabled is completely bias and discrimination. My mother has no underlying health issues other than her disability of being amputee so this company felt like she wasn't 'good enough' to get life insurance through them, but yet they were eager to take my money and try to give me a policy & continue to fill my mailbox with ads from them.but never provided any feedback to my mom, it was only until I called today that I found out that she was denied coverage. Do not trust this company! I signed up and then I read more into this company and canceled my policy. They still charged me $130 and when I asked for a refund they said it would take 3 weeks. It has been way past 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This company is not great and will give you the run around and never reply to you when you ask where your refund is.Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company

"Globe Life ... receives far more complaints than a typical life insurance company. According to the ******************** of Insurance Commissioners, Globe Life receives about 6.5 times as many complaints as a typical life insurer." That's your ****** review. *****. Planning to add my negative experience. Globe Life is a PREDATORY rip off that deliberately tries to STEAL your money through poor communication, unclear info, and unfair rates. They should be investigated/closed down. Harmful. Awful! This is really a problem company that is not accountable to it's customers. I can see why they are in ***** they need a corrupt government that has no balance of customer protections to let them continue their seedy, incredulous form of customer DISSERVICE. Don't believe them. Get advice. There are plenty of honest NON RIP OFF Insurers out there. I lost $5k +++ and if it weren't for my wife I would have lost a lot more.... Globe Life is EVIL. EVIL. Patently bad. Horrible. Go somewhere else. Finally, why doesn't bbb get involved. Why does bbb protect this kind of business. How on earth to they maintain an A+ rating. And, go to their website, read the reviews online then compare to how Globe presents itself (hint: full of lies).
