      My mother had a policy with Globe Life for her grandson. (Not my child.) She passed a year ago, which has been tremendously difficult; she was in my care for the last few years of her life. I am her executrix. I knew of this policy and informed the parents who chose not to continue it.
      Suddenly, I am getting 6-8 calls a DAY about this policy. From the morning until 9 at night. I explained who I was, that my mother had passed, and the situation of the parents letting it lapse. Asked if there was anything I needed to know as her estate rep. Nope. Their question after all of this explanation? "Who is now going to be responsible to pay the policy?" WHAT?!? I did this SIX separate times, with six different people before I gave up. They just keep CALLING.
      I told them in these six calls to let it lapse. To take me off the list. That I am on the "Do not call" list and that they are breaking the law. That I do NOT need 6-8 reminders a DAY that my mother is no longer with me. NOPE. Who is now responsible for the policy? That is the response.
      So I blocked every blessed number from which these unfeeling phone jockeys have called me. They started blocking THEIR number so it would continue to call through my block and leaving messages. What concern and compassion, huh? I wouldn't wish dealing with them on my biggest enemy, especially while dealing with a loved one's passing. At least this disruption is now down to once or twice a day.
      I filed a complaint with the FTC. I do not know what else to do to get rid of these fools. DO yourself a favor-do business elsewhere. I have been dealing with multiple companies since my mother's passing. This is the ONLY company who has been this thick-headed, rude, and purposefully cruel. It is not only ridiculous but clearly harassment.

      Had I known 30 years ago, I would have ran from Globe. Near 30 years with Globe and they do everything to make it difficult when you need to do business with them. After 25years of drafting my account, my now adult child is the only one to make the payment on MY Account stop. I pay for the policies, I bought the policy, but Globe will not allow me to cancel the draft on MY account and request regular billing. Absurd. It's my money, my account and no way to stop payment debited on my acct., They actually let me have to cancel ALL 4 policies for my grandchildren currently debited and lose my business, since my only option is to block Globe, just to stop ONE debit/draft from happening. Very poor business practices. Also, a relative is now on FOUR months in trying to file a claim on her relative. Not sure I have ever seen such BAD customer service anywhere, hence the BBB ratings and consumer complaints are very telling.

      This company took money from my account x2 in October 2022. I have been in communication since December 2022. Bank statements and everything requested been sent and the company refuses to refund me. Customer service stinks. There is no way to speak up the chain unless it's by mail per Lilana ID: 17362. Would not read email sent above. Then I received a letter recently about September 2022. My complaint was from October 2022 and yet to be resolved!. Monitor you all bank accounts. Or close service with this company!

      I want to tell my story of how Globe Life & Acc Insurance company defrauded me!!! I purchased a BrandNew home and closed on 12/29/20 & received lots of advertisements from GLI stating you purchased a new home, we have Mortgage protection, so I completed the card,& sent one year's payment.. In fact, it was a few months later, I signed up my two grandsons. After a few months passed, no paperwork was mailed to me, so I had to call them up and receive paperwork, and literally I received 3 copies of the policy certificates showing Globe Life & Accident, and I was ok until today, 03/20/23, I found out that I should have received lots of paperwork. Globe Life took my funds under the guise of Mortgage Protection Insurance knowing full well they were selling me Accident Death and Dismemberment, so if I died of Natural causes, cancer, anything else, my son would have not received ANY payments. My son would have thought I was careless and I'm not. But you were, thinking you can defraud me and get away with it; contrary, .I hope all 5 calls are recorded. The 1st call, I waited 45 mins only to get breathe on, 2nd Tierra, didn't know a thing and she couldn't even answer an hypothetical nor answer a personal question, 3rd, just willing to cancel all 3 accounts and transferred me to the 4th agent who did cancel and stated I will get my last year REFUND, and lastly, I spoke with the 5th, Ms, Antoinette who gave me the info I needed and knew her job well, at least she told the truth and I was fine about that, but not the PURE FRAUDENT way Global Life and Accident Insurance took my monies and my sound mind of my son having the house paid off and he and my grandsons would have been ok. Please! Give me back my complete REFUND so I can get a real Mortage Ins. Joyce Moss: I pray the calls are recorded, because not one of the 4 reps tried to save the 3 accounts.       My husband died Nov. 16th 2022. I have sent them everything they have requested. I have not received any payment from them. I was up to date with my premiums. I keep getting told they are requesting medical records. He was not sick & had no illness. He had a massive heart attack. I am very upset & disappointed that this insurance company is delaying payment of my husband's policy.

      Globe life does not want to pay my policy for my insurance they are giving me the runaround. My son died January 21 of 2023. The funeral home son and all the documents to Globe life so I can be able to bury my son they are like they never received a death certificate. I have called several times over 10 times. I called the whole month of February and they said that they issued a check out February 13 I have not received anything in the mail. The funeral home has not yet got payment. I feel like they are giving me the runaround and I need help

      My grandmother passed away and had a plan for each of her grandchildren. We have been in contact with Globe life since December and still no resolve. I sent several emails regarding documentation that needed to be turned in and still no response. Every time I call, their agents either have no idea what is going on, I get sent to several agents and apparently their email system is backed up ( this is inexcusable especially as an insurance company). I sent an email on Feb. 1 and still no response. I sent a follow up email about two weeks ago and still no response. When I spoke to an agent she said that I should have received a response via email within 3-5 days. I really want to get this resolved as quickly as possible however this insurance company is dragging the process out and is unresponsive. It sounds like this insurance company is a bit predatory and unreliable.

      They called me so many times to verify my kids and grandkids. Now they got my policies all messed up. My son or my grandson have no health problems they denied them saying I said they did. I told the last person I talked to that they were going to mess something up because why are you all keep calling asking me the same thing. If I could rate them a 0 I would because no way my son and grandson should've been denied. You all need to communicate with each others because of the multiple calls my policies are all messed up. Just sad

      So unprofessional I were told to send email so they can call me to talk about my policy. No one called. So I tried calling they sent email saying no one in my household basically can get their insurance why. Why you all can explain to me the reason. Or is it because I wrote an review. So unprofessional. I asked myself when I got all those different calls from Globe life should I trust them or find someone else. Because they gone mess my policy up that's what they did. I will never recommend this company sad and unprofessional
