      Great customer service we had *************** come into our home and went so much in depth of the different benefits Global is able to provide for us. We had such a great time that this did not even feel like business. We have a house full of kids and extra company and he was in his element. He played catch with our kids and made it feel less of a distraction and more like we are building a life long friendship. Im a momma and I couldnt help but make this sweet man a plate and drinks to go. He wanted to make sure we understood the policy and company background so we had a 3 hour visit and we definitely will be inviting *************** and his family to ***************** get togethers. Absolutely amazing this man is very passionate about his job and the families he is helping along his journey. Thank and blessed to have a rep like ******!

      They have horrible customer service. They have people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing and what their company offers. I have three childrens policies with globe, and for the past two years they have kept s******* them up. Even though they have more than one child on a statement, They will apply the payment to only one child instead of all of the children and then you get a letter stating that the other childs coverage is expiring for nonpayment. Then you go back and forth with their employees, and they all make you feel like you are talking to. A tree *****. It is so frustrating. The latest escapade just happened in June where they took the premiums from January to June, and applied them to only one child and paid him up through the end of this year. The other child is delinquent beginning the month of June. Both of these children were on the same statement and all they had to do was apply half of the premium to one shell and half to the other, and they cant even do that. A supervisor swore to me in March that the record had been corrected. She lied. My resolution this time is to send each childs payment through different banks. I have put out too much in premiums to just cancel the policies now. But they are customer service is ridiculous. I even complained to the board of directors and they didnt even bother to respond.

      My wife passed in May. I have sent them all the documents they requested. I have called them twice on the claim status and each time have been told that it takes 3 weeks to process. The last call on 6/1/23 I was told the claim would be complete and paid out by the 3rd week of June. I called them today and was just told that it is still in processing. It has now been 7 weeks and have been lied to each time. They are quick to sign you up for a policy, but whoever is the beneficiary is going to go through a nightmare when the claim is due. If you sign up with this company, you are asking for trouble at the end. When it comes to the death of a loved one and this money you need to take care of things, your screwed.To take advantage of people is a situation like this is cruel and heartless.***************************

      They will take your money then tell you you have no coverage. They DO NOTHING to help you find out about ANYTHING my "agent" hassled and lied and lied some more & now she just does not answer emails calls or texts. I was told by a "claims agent" she WOULD NOT go through my policies to find out which 1 the claim was filled under. They are RUDE!

      My name is *************************! I sent a message via email as I received several notices about bills for policies that I did not sign up for!!! This is fraudulent and I've recieved several harassing calls from this company!!The following policies for:**************** policy number: 0057A6348 ******************** policy number: 0057A2412 If your calls are not being answered, why continue to call or harass someone it is obvious we were not interested?! You are sending bills for policies that we did not authorize that is due June 22nd and June 23rd! I am reporting this to BBB also! You are not the only Insurance company for policies available this is why consumers shop around! Your company calls day and night and still has not gotten the point! Now you guys are sending bills!!! Stop now!!!I don't appreciate the creating of accounts, policies, are fraudulently authorizing policies after you DID NOT GET APPROVAL FROM ME TO MOVE FORWARD WITH!This alone is a turn off to ever want to do business with scammers such as yall. You guys have poor reviews and complaints from customers that you don't even pay out after losing a loved one! Stop harassing me!!

      I faxed a beneficiary change request in April 2023. I received a confirmation the fax was successful. I used the fax service at **** My husband faxed his request for a change to the beneficiaries at *** on the same day in a separate fax so we each had our own confirmations. His changes were made to his policy within 2 weeks and he received a letter in the mail confirming his changes. Mine? Nothing. I faxed a second time, in May 2023, received confirmation the fax went through, still no changes. I have repeatedly used the customer service form on the website and as of today, June 6th not only is my policy still not changed but not one person has texted or emailed or called me. And yes all information was entered correctly. Finally called, waited 20 minutes, reached a live person only to be told "system is down so fax another request"!!!! One fax was enough. This is terrible customer service: my policy is not up to date yet my husband's first request went through without a problem. What in the world is going on????

      I have been trying to get the cash value on my Global life insurance. I made my payments for years on time. Now that my son is a grown man, I no longer need the insurance. I called to get the cash value. This was in April. They told me that on May 5th they would be able to send me the check. We are now going in June and nothing. I have called to find it at least 5 times. When I call I always speak to a different person and I am told a different story. At this point, my husband said that I should call the Insurance commission.

      my father had 2 policies on my 2 kids his grandkids for over 20 years and he recently passed away and my kids went to cash out the policies, my father passed away on 03/27/2023 they started this process with in the next 2 weeks and have yet to get anything from this company. the pay out is not substantial in anyway after having paid on the policies for all those years. My son keeps getting the run around trying to get the month mind you is it only 500 after being paid for over 20 years and my daughter is still trying to get her 300 and hers has been over 20 years also. My son keeps doing what the each representative tells him to do and it is always some thing different than the time before and they still have yet to send him his check. this has to be the worse customer service ever and had my dad known that the cash pay out was so bad he would not have had this paid for these 2 policies for all these years. I would like someone to fix this problem contact my son or myself as this needs to be take care of. *************************** 00J3762376 my daughter ************************* 00J376237. I think that over 2 months to resolve this matter has been adequate time.       They lie. They provide doctored forms to prevent proper payment. Beware of them. The lies they have told me are ridiculous.
