      We have used several Rush Truck Centers throughout the U.S., this particular location is by far the worst place to bring your truck. We took our Hino 268 box truck her to only have the radiator replaced and end up having to replace the radiator and the turbo replaced. Two weeks our truck was down and $10,000.00 spent. Everything was done entirely wrong with lack of concern to the safety of the customer and those that share the roads with us truckers. Turbo was falling apart, not locked down, smoke coming out of turbo and radiator. Extremely dangerous for us. The technicians do not know what they are doing, they take breaks all day long, they treated us horribly, bad communications, and there is no structure to anything being done here. I feel bad for anyone that visits this location you will either come out spending way more than expected and having more problems than you started with because the techs have no idea of how to work on trucks. I am so disturbed in the manner of how this entire situation has taken place and how they treat their customers. STAY AWAY!!!!

      Wow, I cannot believe I am in this situation. I took my truck to the shop back in June for repairs. The team at Rush had multiple inconveniences back to back, some due to "previous work" as to what they indicated and some completely on their hands. After a few more struggles with the truck, they completed some repairs but finally called me and said they did not have further resources to continue due to the brand and the age of the truck (****) which in that case, I would have been more than happy if they would have just told me "No" from the beginning and I would have drove my truck somewhere else. I feel really disappointed with the service and the shop. The truck was supposed to be back up and running after the repairs, just minor things like wipers not working properly and the a/c blower issue. I went to pay and they charged me $11,095, for the repairs in which I found kind of overpriced. BUT the real issue lies when I went to drive my truck away from the shop, THE TRUCK DID NOT START!! After ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS you are telling me that I had to tow my truck out of the shop too??!!Unbelievable, this is like scamming and stealing. This is not what this company supposed to be about. But here I am, at another shop and out of eleven thousand dollars and a truck that was moving before getting to the shop, had to be towed out. I would never, ever do business and will never recommend them. I rather go out of business before I go back, which is pretty much where I am at. Do not even waste your time and money with this company, A truly disappointment.

      If you go here to have your truck serviced make sure you leave nothing worth value. I mistakenly left my $895 Movado in the overhead of my bunk and when we went back it was missing. We noticed that there were items left on the bed that we hadn't placed there. The service manager said his guys would never steal anything and he was not going to go through 50+ hours of footage to get to the bottom of it. There's never a need for anyone to go in the back but the employee did! Ended up seeing something gold and shiny and the employee felt the need to take what they didn't pay for or didn't belong to them. I did have to make a police report. Unfortunate for me but lucky for the *** that would take from someone who had to work hard for everything they have! Dropped off 8/12/22 told us they would diagnose Monday 8/15 and have fixed Wednesday 8/17 no later than 8/18. Ended up getting a hotel and rental to accommodate that time frame and sat with no movement. Had to make extensions and other arrangements and accommodations to travel to get another truck. Arrived 8/22 and still the truck sat. We ended up losing money times 5 because this place *****. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

      Id give 0 stars if I could, they told me over 3 weeks ago my truck will be done on Tuesday then Friday, but since then they do not ************* or return my messages! Theyve had it since the 17th of May! They are a complete joke! I have no income coming in but do they care? Now I was told by PAC Lease they would contact Rush truck center in ************ and they were told on Tuesday it would be ready on Friday morning of July 29. Guess whatITS STILL NOT DONE!!!! Stay clear of this place. Rush truck center on ************* in ************
