      I honestly wish I could give them no stars but that isnt an option. Ive called twice. Luckily the first time I was with a year of my purchase and the store QUICKLY covered it. However this GBS is a scam. We initially purchased it because we have small kids and pets. Well turns out that the dont cover kid or pet damage. I called and was bounced around only to hear that my claim was denied. And if I chose to get refunded for the $150 protection plan it will prorated. Such a joke. Thank god the furniture dropped them.

      I wish I could leave ZERO stars to *** and ****** HomeStore. Everything looked so good at ******* But after only 4-5 months, veneer began to come off our dining set table, screws fell out of the seat cushions and a sofa sleeper severely began sagging in the middle.SADLY we purchased the extended warranty by *** for $179 dollars, which resulted in nothing but futile attempts to receive service. Despite repeated calls, we were given the runaround and always denied, actually, ignored. To top it all off, I recently mailed a letter along with photos of our defective dining set to the *** of ******, *******************, and was punted to "escalations," who denied me any help. Though our measly one year warranty was expired, our extended coverage remains active. ****** could have used their clout to at least intervene with ***. Instead, ****** merely said that I need to pursue the matter on my own. Shameful. I will NEVER purchase anything from ****** again and wholeheartedly do NOT recommend the place to others. And absolutely DO NOT recommend paying for the *** extended warranty.

      Excellent customer service and the representative paid close attention to detail to ensure everything was taken care of. ***** were several failed attempts to get the claim taken care of in the beginning but the closing agent came through in the clutch and handled his business.

      ****** was wonderful after many unsuccessful attempts to get a claim filed! She emailed the necessary claim number and information about follow up. I filed over a month ago. ****** gets a 5 star rating yet the business process is otherwise a two. I had to keep calling and being told to give it more time (**** business days was the period to wait). Supposedly they did not get insurance information from the retailer where we purchased our furniture.I cant fully comment about the resolution until I get contacted with a service date from the outsourced repair vendors. Meanwhile I have a new couch with a dead electrical system, stuck in the recliner position and USB ports not working on either arm.

      Bought a 5 year warranty from GBS on 6/18/2019. I filed a claim on August 22, 2022 to have a rip repaired and the *** connection fix. I have called 10 times for an update on the claim. **** made the claim 9-2 can not find me in the system. call back tomorrow 9-3 wait ********************************************************************************** the system.**** can not find me in the system (even tho I sent invoice from the store, my receipt, and my warranty protections card). call back the 14th **** I looked up GBS on BBB it said to call eight six six, six zero three, one seven eight seven before filing a complaint. I called and spoke to ****. **** said she would look in to the matter and call me back. Still waiting on Rose **** Disconnected. called back. putting in to escalate the process **** Disconnected. called back. manager is working on it. connected to supervisor ***. sending a techician ***** was told the material to fix the rip was ordered on **** and AHM tech would contact me in 3 business days for the *** repair ***** I could call AHM myself. Here's the eight three two, nine zero four, four nine six zero. He gave me my work order and said he would also escalate the process with an email to the tech department. ***** I called the number again (the one you can call before making a complaint to BBB). I spoke with *****. She said the material to fix the rip was ordered on Oct 10 (she doesnt know why they told me Nov 4 previously). She put me on hold and then came back telling me should reached out to the tech department and would call me back at the end of this business day. Sure hope she's not like ****. I am still waiting for **** to contact me HORRIBLE service that I paid $399.99 for. After reading some of the other complaints and past employees comments that have worked there, In my opinion, they know exactly what they are doing to scam people of hard earned money

      Still an ongoing issue. November 4th material ordered. November 10 -furniture repair (************* repair) is suppose to call within 3 business days. November 30th was told email was being sent to tech department (work order #******) and parts ordered Oct 8th. December 30th - Technician assigned . Technician called. appt. Jan 12. I cancelled and rescheduled tech appt for March 2nd due to flu. Technician came to replace material on recliner and looked at sofa loveseat USB. But had no parts with him to make the repair to USB on sofa loveseat. I called GBS after tech left on March 2nd. They told me to wait 3-5 business days for tech to send in his report. March 27th - I called for update. The Technician did not mention looking at the sofa loveseat USB in his report. SO GBS is sending another Technician out. A Different furniture repair company called (Fast furniture) March 28th to set up an appt for April 24th to look at the sofa loveseat AGAIN...I filed this claim on August 22, 2022 and you would like to thank me for my patience!

      Honestly this should be a 0 star review. We got this warranty for $599.99 on our furniture in March 2020. We tried to file a claim to fix the table back in June and it was denied, because we didnt tell them the table HAD A SMALL **** ON IT FROM A FEW MONTHS BACK.Apparently, the small ding in the table had to be reported right away or the entire warranty was null and void. So we decided to cancel. Filed the cancellation on June 20th and now it is November 4 and still no refund! We have called, emailed dozens of times to no avail.Total scam and waste of money, and they won't even honor their own refund policy. Don't walk, RUN AWAY if someone offers you their warranty!

      Couch frame broke when my son went to sit on the couch. They said they dont cover the couch frame. Then, they proceeded to curse and say horrible things to me in Spanish not knowing that I am in fact Hispanic. They find ways to be so unpleasant that you wont ever want to call and file a claim. Then, when you do, they have all sorts of reasons why they wont cover it. They say its an accumulation of stains when it was a single spill of a drink, and they wont cover an accumulation of stains. How is this company still able to operate?

      These People are Horrible I just want my chair fixed their tech came out and ordered the wrong part and told me I had to wait another 4 weeks due to their techs mistake. I have filed suit and they have not accepted service yet. I will be filing suit against ********************** now as well.Do yourself a favor file a small claims suit against them and lets drive these predators out of business. We might even want to file a class action suit against them. If you would like to join in a suit like that respond to this post
