Just stole my money. 2 different charges. If you try to contact these scammers it is impossible, the emails are returned as undeliverable and the phone number does not go through.

On the evening of August 13, 2024- I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights on what I thought was Ramada Inn website. The website was fraudulent in representing itself as Ramada when it was not. Within 12 hours, I received and reviewed the confirmation showing: Room charges w Tax Recovery ***************** Fees US$673.78. This took my total to over $2149.78. I immediately cancelled the reservation within 12 hours of placing. They refused to refund me because they said it was a no-cancellation reservation. The lack of transparency with the charges. The lack of clarity of what site I was on. The excessive fees. The lack of transparency with who I was dealing with as well. I received emails from Guest Reservations, Hotel Values, Priceline and Ramada. The cancellation occured almost immediately. Ramada did not charge the card for the room since I cancelled. The hotel chain sided with me. Hotel Values placed a reservation under my name using their email and phone number with Priceline. ****** did not charge Priceline. Priceline refunded the card which was owned by Hotel Values. Hotel Values refused to refund my card even though no services were rendered and they were not charged in any way. Multiple calls to Hotel Values led nowhere. They intentionally kept me on hold and bounced me around. Super sleazy way to conduct business. I just want a refund.

Hotel Values is a third-party hotel reservation system that disguises itself as the actual hotel using a pop-up reservation interface over the actual hotel site. I unknowingly booked through that pop-up. Although the reservation is for a date, four months away, I canceled within 24 hours and the company is still refusing to refund the full amount. They are keeping 80% of my pre-payment which totals over $900. Furthermore, they are using the excuse that the hotel Itself is charging me this fee. This is a lie as I spoke to the hotel directly and they said there were no cancellation charges. I forwarded confirmation of a hotel email to that effect to Hotel Values and they are still claiming the hotel is charging me money.

07/01/2024 at 8:24pm cancelled at 8:27pm same day, Confirmation # R5010155829 full amount $336.07 they gave me $117.62 back as their refund. I, like everyone else, was under the impression this was the actual Hyatt website and as soon as I got the confirmation and found out I cancelled. The actual Hyatt Hotel for a room was $146 So not sure how they find it okay to mark up hotel rooms that much and also scam people into thinking it's the actual site. I'm looking for the rest of my refund $219.44. I have reported this to my credit card company who has gotten no where. And I see from the other complaints, I'm not the only person that has been scammed the same way.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024, I made an online reservation on which I thought was the website of the *********** in **********, **. Check in was September 21, 2024, check out September 22, 2024 and the rate shown for one night was $90.00. While checking in, the front desk agent mentioned that we booked through a 3rd party website - I did tell her that I went to the hotel website to make the reservation (she told me that it would be better to call to make the reservation). Somehow, ************************************************ intercepted and made the reservation. So, I get home today, September 22, 2024, look at my credit card statement and I was charged two separate times. On September 19th ************************************************ charges me $136.96 and on September 20th ************************************************ charges me $11.99. ************************************************ added a Resort Fee of $3.60, Tax Recovery Charge and Service Fees of $43.36 for a total of $136.96 and add on the additional charge of $11.99, which comes to a grand total of $148.95. Again, for a $90.00 room, one night. We've stayed there multiple times and have never been charged that much. What this website did was scrupulous and under-handed, to say the least.

On 08/17/2024 I went to The ***************, ****************, ** website to make a reservation for a stay from 09/10-09/15/2024. Somehow my transaction was directed to ************************************************. The full amount for the visit was prepaid. I wanted to reserve direct with the hotel and assumed I had done so. During checkout, hotel had no records of my reserving through them. They insisted that it was through a third party. They gave me a receipt that was significantly less than what I prepaid. Hotel would not help me as they insisted I did not reserve through them.I reached out to Hotelvalues and they will not issue an itemized receipt covering the amount charged nor issue a refund for the difference. Since this was a work trip and I needed the itemized receipt to file for reimbursement, I am out of money for the full amount. I have since disputed the charges with my credit card company but since the stay was pre-paid, I am not sure if they can retract the *************** Confirmation: R5102007761 Booking Reference: 80418EE032107

On August 31, 2024, I tried to reserve a hotel which I thought was through the Hilton website for Dec 3 through Dec 7 2024. It was not on the ******* website I was inadvertently transferred to another website unbeknownst to me where I thought I was reserving the room and not trying to pay for the rooms up front. The reservation said reserved my credit card was immediately charged over $900 and when I received the receipt it had a fee amount of $250 plus. I immediately replied on the website to cancel the reservation, I also called the 1800 number to no avail no one answered the phone after several times attempting to call. I then called my credit card to dispute the charge uh for the amount. I had no idea I was making a reservation for the hotel I thought I was just reserving it and I thought I was on the Hilton website. The charges posted to my credit on Sept 1, 2024.
