  I was making reservations across Europe for myself and another ********* 8:17am I mistakenly booked a hotel in the wrong ******* 2:51pm I canceled the reservation.I called Hotel Values and they wouldn't budge.Hotel Values Charged me $679.48 for the cancelation. ALL of the other hotels carried a 24 hour cancelation policy.I filed a dispute with my cc company and lost.This was a 6 hour mistake made in March for a July reservation.I will NEVER book through Hotel Values again. I will also contact the hotel and let them know who's booking for them and their values.

  Like many other customers on TrustPilot (*****) reviews, I feel that this company is not treating its customers to the standards accepted by ******************** operating in the proud state of ***** in the ***. Like many other complainants, I too had assumed I was on the Travelodge Hotel Site only to discover when I received the email that I had not booked through Travelodge *** site and also been charged $151.69 USD for "Tax Recovery ***************** Fees" plus despite "The statement on the *** Site that "Each room in this reservation is refundable for a limited time" the subsequent ********** paying my bill had a contrary statement stated that Quote: "Each Room in this reservation is subject to the following cancellation policy: This booking is subject to a ****** USD change or cancellation fee" UnQuote.

  Same problem as ******** *. I never completed the payment on my credit card but somehow they were able to charge it nevertheless. Someone should shut them down and put them in jail.

  My wife thought she was calling the hotel directly based on the phone number on the ******** website. They run spoof ads on the internet posing as the actual properties. Especially, when they answered the phone and said "Reservations." The operator steered her to a Hilton property and charged more than $100 over the actual room cost and added $144.18 in "tax recovery charges & service fees." What a scam. Avoid at all costs. I will hope to never do business with them again and will avoid hotels that do accept their bookings. ****** should be ashamed that they do business with these scammers.

  I needed to request a refund due to an illness and was not able to cancel the reservation. The hotel canceled my room but needed to contact the third party for my refund. No number to directly contact.

  I would like to put no stars. I was notified that a hotel is booked for two nights which was never completed on my end and was not authorized for completion. Contacted my credit card company to dispute and close my card. I am not sure who these people are, but somebody needs to close them down.

  The worst experience. Called customer service to modify not cancel, was told I had to cancel. I was outside of the penalty window but never saw the modified *** come in. called back next day and now I have a penalty. have to call both hotel and them back again. tried to speak to a supervisor, none available. of course! 2 hrs later still on the phone. utterly ridiculous. if I could leave negative stars they would get 5 of them.

  Like so many others, I thought I was on the hotel website (******** in this case). When I received email confirmation it seems I accidentally booked my rooms for the wrong day and immediately called (less than 5 minutes after making the reservation). Like everyone else here, I was told no changes and cancellations were at 100% penalty. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are asking me to email these thieves to see if I can get them to issue a refund. Not at all likely. I cant even find an email address for these crooks.

  After canceling a reservation for a motel, a couple of days later, I tried to reinstate the reservation, using the money already deposited. They refused. This is an offshore call center that is almost impossible to hear and understand. I requested to speak to a supervisor who never returned my call. There was no negotiating or getting any other response other than the person reading the same answer from her script regardless of my comment.

  0 stars! They charged me almost 800 dollars in service fees for a 4 night hotel stay. Total scam!
