    I went online to book Tru by Hilton hotels and was directed to this fraudulent website posing as Tru by Hotel website. I booked a room and noticed it was more expensive than my previous stays but figured the price was higher because I wasn't booking far enough in advance. I chose a room and put my credit card information in but decided to get on my laptop because something seemed off. As I was on my laptop comparing prices to Tru by Hilton website, a pop-up saying "confirm reservation". That's when I knew this was a fraudulent website and by the time I tried exit out of the website, another "pop-up" said thank you for booking, an email will be sent shortly". I did not CONFIRM the reservation but this website currently has a ****** pending payment through my bank. I called customer service and told them what happened and that I didn't confirm it but they said, "Sorry, no refunds. When you booked the hotel room, you agreed to the terms". I told them I did not "confirm" and they still refused to give my money back. I plan on calling my bank to claim fraudulent charges.

    I went onto the Home2Suites by Hilton web site and called the number in the right corner. As I was booking my reservation, *** the person on the phone indicated that she was unable to give me the breakdown of the charges as the nightly fee advertised on the website was $122.4 when I received the confirmation the daily fee had risen to $167 per night. I later found out that the number I called actually went to Hotel Values. My reservation was confirmed as non-cancellable. Very disappointed as *** lied repeatedly over the phone. She said the weather in ******** was warm when in fact she was in *****. This is not a company anyone should do business with.

    The rate at check out was higher than advertised on final reservation so I called to cancel immediately and they would not refund the money. I disputed the charge with credit card company and booked the room directly with the hotel. Then credit card company reversed its charge because they said Hotel Values Online completed the reservation so I call the hotel where I had stayed. They confirmed that they never got a reservation from this site, there was nothing under my name or confirmation numbers. I'm in the process of disputing again with card company but strongly urge you avoid this site.

    They charge a "service fee" of $70, without you knowing
