  - Scam-O-Rama -I am ashamed that I did not understand that I was not booking directly with the hotel. A room that charges $255 a night directly with the hotel, I was charged was charged $455 a night times three nights. I was also charged a $525 Tax recovery charge and service fees. What does that even mean?Absolutely shameful and unkind and rip off and thief this company ***** is a bait with regard to how it is advertised on the Internet with regard to booking Hotel reservations.Shame on me.

  If I could leave less than a 1 I would. An absolute scam. Trying to book directly with the hotel and my fault for not realizing that I was redirected to their website on ******. But to try and move it to one weekend in the future and they cannot help, is an offshored phone number, and they are extremely aggressive. Absolutely a scam. Buyer beware.

  Jan. 27, 2025 I was just scammed by these people. I NEVER book third party and was sure I was on the Radisson Hotel website, but apparently there was a redirect somewhere in the booking. VERY convincing website. I did not check the *** like I usually do and got caught this time. My credit card was charged in full immediately, something never done when I stay at any hotel in the **. I got no confirmation email, only a text with no confirmation number. I called the hotel direct to check the reservation, there was one but they said it was made by a third party, then I knew. You can't get a live person at this "company" but I was able to cancel using the voice prompts. I got a cancellation email but I doubt the $149.00 will be refunded so I called my credit card company, reported it as fraud and cancelled the card. Now I need to have a new card expedited to me before I travel and deal to with a number of things that automatically charge to that card. ALWAYS check the ***, ****** learned.

  How do I leave zero stars?? This company appears like the actual hotel website with same photos and similar if not same pricing. You choose the room and enter information and only see the nightly room rate , then when you click continue thinking additional info will be asked you then receive confirmation email before even knowing you are finalizing the booking and it's non refundable. The confirmation is where the pricing is shown with taxes and my $550 hotel room jumped to $741 for "taxes ($209) but the actual hotel website had no additional fee and could be booked for $550. I instantly called to complain and asked for a manager but then spent hours talking, getting transferred, disconnected and get various non-helpful people and delayed, argumentative emails. They are waiting for you to cancel to keep your money. The IHG hotel understood and gave me a free cancellation without penalty but the 3rd party does not want to release the money and want to record you cancelling the reservation to keep the "non refundable" payment. Presently fighting with them and trying to recover the money. Pay attention and do not be scammed by them. They are fraudulent, sneaky and lying. Agents are condescending, rude and dismissive.   The worst. I thought I was booking through bthe hotel site and didn't realize until it was already booked. Outrageous charges. I am going to check with Amex to see if they can do anything. Stay awy from this site and be careful when you book in the future.

  Total scam. They make it look like you're booking directly from the hotel and tack on a ton of charges after the fact. I called them after to price match or get a refund. They said they couldn't do anything but would try a one time "possible refund" but have to cancel your reservation to attempt it, which makes no sense. Don't say okay, because they will cancel it and give you no refund, while I'm sure they cancel it on their end and keep the money. I have no idea how this is allowed. I'm out over $200 and feel like I was robbed, it's clear on the phone they keep copious notes so you cannot dispute it with your credit card though.

  On October 7, 2024 I went to a Web site representing themselves as *************. The advertised a room at the ************************* for $135. I began to make a reservation for this room. After I entered my Credit Card information a screen came up informing me that this room was $199. I did not see, nor there not an option on my screen to do anything so I exited the Website without proceeding. We did Not visit the Tampa Hilton at any time!Because of Hurricane ****** we evacuated on October 8th at 4:00 AM. On the 9th, I found a charge for the $199 and called the number provided. I was told that this was Non-refundable despite the fact that I never completed the transaction. I was told that I could NOT speak to a manager. I Called again on October 21 and received the same answer from them stating that no refund was available. I was again denied my request to speak to a Supervisor. After a lengthy discussion I was referred to Tampa Hilton directly.I called Tampa and spoke to a ******* . She told me that my reservation was not made with ******, but with a 2nd party. They could not help me; I had to contact the the original number.Back to where I started. I would appreciate the BBB help in this matter

  Its a dishonest 3rd party site. Additional hidden service fees on the receipt. Youve been warned. Do not give them your credit card information.

  Hotel Values runs the same scam for *************** hotels. I am an *** member and was in a hurry due to a last minute death in the family. I went to what I thought was Holiday Inn website to book a room and it turns out it was really Hotel Values, which is not a value!! I work in IT and am typically very careful about checking URLs, but in this case teh site was so well done it fooled this IT Veteran.

  Misleading and fraudulent business practices. Offers great deals on rooms "going fast ". They give you a small timed window to secure this "deal". When you do, your confirmation email will open your eyes to the deceit. The added charges put you in shock. When you try to call, you get someone you can't understand. The bits they do say clearly are no refund. Called my cc company for help, and next is the *****************************.
