  Just had a horrible experience do not use Hotel Values - scammers.Concert cancelled so i cancelled my hotel and then discovered there was no refund. I mistakenly thought I was making a reservation with ****** directly. I then asked, give me my reservation back since I'm being charged I might as well just explore a new place, and they said no - once it is cancelled you cannot reinstate ****************** learned. I'm out $300. NO stars for this company

  Total scammers! I booked directly on the hotels website. I was directed to the next page. Only thong was it took me to something totally different. You don't realize you've gone away from the hotel and to another sire entirely, because it says you're still on said hotel webpage. I'm out 700 dollars now!

  Hotel Values Online interrupted/intercepted my online search, I was searching the hotel directly when the Hotel Values Online popped up. I did not know this was not the hotel directly and filled out the form indicating the one night stay and guest information. At the end of the process, I noted the amount and when I verified the amount, agreeing to that said amount, the amount increased $135 dollars. There was no option to cancel, so I called Hotel Values Online. They refused to refund and refused to explain or justify their hidden fees. The fees inclueded, cleaning fees, taxes, etc...none of which relate to Hotel Values Online. All the reps at Hotel Values Online are foreigners and they work hard to scam and take money from Americans. This company should be sued and shut down. It is a ************* learned: Always look at the *** and verify who your paying and giving your financial information to. I wish there was more I could do to shut this down. I feel sorry for people who are on fixed incomes and being scammed by such companies. Absolutely terrible experience.

  Attempted to save money for a hotel booking that ended up costing more than if I had booked it directly with hotel, expedia, hotel.com or booking.com due to additional expenses and costs that was not disclosed prior to charging me

  I booked a hotel in ******* for a weekend. Turns out, they decided to also book me at a 2nd hotel for the same weekend at a much higher price. Of course, they refused a refund even though it was their fault. Theyre either fraudulent or incompetent. Avoid Hotel Values like the plague, they are predatory.

  I was attempting to purchase two nights stay at a hotel through that hotel website. Unknowingly I was on Hotel values. Com site. When I looked up two rooms the site said they were the last ones available for that date. Being my sons wedding we hurriedly booked the rooms even though we thought it was overpriced. Soon afterwards I found out what happened and tried to cancel and was denied a refund. I was charged over $1000 for two nights stay where the hotel itself is charging half that.

  They took our money and never made a reservation. We got to the hotel and they didnt even know our name. They spoofed the Legit hotel website and I didnt even realize I was not speaking with the actual hotel. Then hours on the phone trying to even get them to call the hotel and even make the reservation. Garbage customer service! I cant even express the frustration. Still trying to get our money back!

  Terrible business. I went on line to contact ******** hotels and this was listed as such. I contacted them to arrange a stay at a hotel for a weekend trip. The person I spoke with said he was giving me the best rate. I gave him all of my information. I didnt have a good feeling about the deal he was giving me. I decided not to go through with the transaction. I got an email that my credit card had been charged even though I told him to cancel it. I called the company back to resolve the issue. The person was like a robot reading from a script. I was placed on hold 3 times. He did not let me talk to his supervisor. My issue was not resolved. They refused to cancel the charge in my credit card saying it was non refundable. I did not authorize the charge to begin with. Consumer be ware. Do not use this company! I ended up calling the hotel directly. I got a better rate. Saved $200. This company is terrible if I could rate them 0 I would.

  A reservation was made using my credit card. I caught it a hour later and canceled it. Hotel Values still charged me over S300. cancelation penalty. I called them and was told they would check with their hotel partners for my reimbursement. This web site is a scam! How can they stay in business with all these complaints? Please be careful when booking online. *******************
