    This company is fraudulent. I was attempting to check in for my ****** Airlines flight booked through Priceline. Somehow I got diverted to this company. They led me to believe they were ****** Airlines and told me there was a computer gliche that affected many passegers which resulted in only a partial payment and that I would have to pay the unpaid taxes in the amount of $73.94 to check in for my flight. My flight was leaving soon, so I didn't confirm the alledged partial payment. When I realized that I had already made full payment, I called ******. ****** had no record of the transaction. My bank provided me with the company information and a fraud investigation was initiated. There are several phone numbers associated with this company, but no one answers the phone.

    Air Ticket Services misrepresented itself as ***** Airlines, lied about available flights, conned us into buying a ticket on ****** Airlines, and nearly doubled the price to tack on a hidden $700.10 fee to themselves.Our return flight ***** **** ***-*** was cancelled on 4/1/2023. We called a local listing for "***** Airline" which turned out to be a fraudulent listing for the Air Ticket Services (see screenshot). The seller pretended to be from ***** and claimed there were no seats on any ***** flights from any metro *** airports and as far away as ********* over the next 48 hours and that we must book on ****** for $1,620. The receipt showed this divided between "****** Airlines" and "****** Airlines ATS", to disguise these as both airline charges (see email pdf). It was only when my credit card showed the $700.10 actually charged to Air Ticket Services that I found out "****** Airlines ATS" had been a successful attempt to add on an exorbitant and misrepresented fee to Air Ticket Services (with whom we were totally unfamiliar because the seller pretended to be *****). In addition to the fraudulent $700.10 charge, we were conned into buying what turned out to be a $920 ticket on ****** when we could have simply been rebooked on another ***** flight. They had to sell ** a ticket in order to add their fraudulent fell. They took advantage of our being stranded and suggested that we had to act quickly before the remaining ****** seats were gone. We filed a credit card dispute and spoke to Air Ticket Services on the phone on 4/12/2023 to attempt to resolve just the $700.10 and they tried to con ** again, saying they would give ** a "***** credit" for $700 if we dropped our dispute and called themselves a "***** Travel Desk". I am seeking the full $1620.10 that we were needlessly conned into spending.

    I am rejecting this response because it only acknowledges that they were forced to return their hidden $700 (!) fee through my credit card payment dispute.  They actually called me to try to evade this by offering a $700 credit if I dropped the dispute (which would be doubt go towards a similar fee on a future transaction).  They misrepresent themselves as the airline when directly asked.  They should identify themselves as a travel agent.  They should remove their fraudulent white pages listing.  They need to refund the additiona $900 for the actual ticket price since it was sold under false pretenses when I could have simply rescheduled on the original airline, had I received truthful information.
