      Be careful with Zips Car Wash. I signed up for the monthly unlimited car wash at $20.00 per month. This month, without warning, they raised it to $25.00 per month. I canceled. I got an email offering to keep the rate at $20 for 6 months if I would stay. I agreed. The next day I got an email saying it would be $20 a month for 3 months and then go to $35.00 a month. I emailed back and cancelled. I think they try to hook you in and then recover the "discount" by raising the rate. I guess they figure you won't notice it and see what they can get away with.

      Buff wheel came down grabbed my radio antenna and ripped it off of my truck. Made out a report and heard nothing for two weeks. Called customer service and they claimed there was no report submitted. Went back to location in Avon Park Florida and they couldn't find the hard copy or electronic copy. They made out a new report and afterb4 weeks was told by some Kyle **** that they aren't responsible. Even after the manager at the car wash said the car wash malfunctioned because the buff wheel is not suppose to come down on vehicles that have external antennas. I guess that is why they only have a 15% customer service approval rating. Ye Bye Zips.

      They enrolled me in a monthly program that I did not authorize. When I reached out for resolution, they essentially said "too bad". For months, my account was drafted without my permission. This company is a scam.

      The wife purchased a membership for me in December. They have been double charging me for 5 months and store would not give me a refund. I am out $175.00 and only way to contact them is through an email. This is unacceptable!

      ZIP CARWASH IS DOES NOT HOLDING RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO MY CAR I REACH OUT AND GOT NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL FOR ABOUT 3 WEEK THEN I REACH OUT TO THE GM AND SHE SENT ME A EMAIL FOR THE CAIM STATED THAT THERE ARE NOT FIXING MY CAR.

      I do not recommend using this carwash even though the price might be attractive at first. On Monday, after returning from a trip my car was filled with bugs so I stopped at Jet Brite to help get rid of the bugs on the windshield. I even used the brush with soap to get a start on cleaning the smear and carcasses from the glass. Everything was fine until I got halfway through the wash and the brushes struck my windshield more aggressive than ever and CRACKED the windshield. I reported it and was told to come in and make a statement but that the company was not liable for the windshield and would do nothing to assist with the repairs. so $1300 later I will not be using this carwash in the future and am writing to share my very costly experience with anyone interested. Good Luck! $3 is not three dollars and the company does not have any liability to assist with any damages no matter how costly.I only gave a 1 star because I could not give them a ZERO star rating.

      They were selling monthly car wash pass at $10 and increased the subscription to $30 after the first month. Very unfortunate that they scam customers without being upfront and honest about a promo that was only suppose to last for month.

      The most awful car wash I’ve ever been to!!
      The WORST customer service because there absolutely is no customer service! I wouldn’t bring my car there again even if it was on fire!
      I paid $25 dollars for NOTHING! My car was stuck in the car wash for 5 minutes with my child on it as well, who was terrified! I was honking my horn with no response from the attendant for 5 minutes!! So then I decide to call the actual car wash that I’m stuck inside of and the number doesn’t work! Finally the moron shuts the entire car wash off and she claims a brush got stuck and she was “helping” some one else so she couldn’t help me. That’s fine, I make it threw the wash and pull up to 9 vacuums that DO NOT WORK!! None! Not a single vacuum had enough strength to lift a crumb off my floor board! I walked over to the worthless attendant and she claims that I need to call corporate so I call the number in front of her and SURPRISE that number doesn’t work either!!! I asked for the managers number and she refused to give it to me. None of the phone numbers to this company work and I want my money back!

      I went to the zips carwash on Meramec Bottom Road and Highway 55 where my car was damaged on my drivers door. I had been to the same carwash the day before, washed my car and hand dried it. No dents, I went home and parked my car in my driveway for the evening. The next day I was leaving to do some running and got into my car and no dents. The pollen was bad so I thought I'd drive through the carwash again and upon exiting the carwash and giving the car a once over there where some small dents in my drivers door, I immediately told the employee about it and he came out and took pictures and made a report. He said that someone would contact me in 72 hours, well four days go by and I don't hear anything so I call the office and I'm again told that it would be 72 hours and someone would be in contact. Again I hear nothing, so I call again and was basically told that someone would be in contact. I wait a couple more days and get an e-mail saying someone will contact you. Again I hear nothing after the e-mail so I go back to the carwash and talk to the same employee that made the report and he gives me his managers number. So I call the manager and leave a message and hear nothing back. I called her again and left a message and still hear nothing! Mind you that this happened on April 30th and it is now May 20th. I have been with this company for almost four years and you'd think they would be a bit more considerate. I'm actually getting fed up with the way this business seems to not care about their customers. All I want is for them to fix the damages to my car that their carwash caused. I took all the proper steps that the employee told me to take and the day it happened he acted like there would be no problem, well its been nothing but a problem. It really does seem like they could care less! They took my money all these years but now that there's a problem I don't matter! The bottom line seems to be that this company don't care about its customers, BEWARE!!!!

      On 3/27 we had our car washed and we were in the process if drying our vehicle off when the cart holding the supplies flipped into the bumper. (The wind was gusty) My husband approached the worker and told him what happened. He ignored us. He ended up tying down the cart and never gave us any information except the manager will be here between 8-4 (when we are work). On 4/3 I called corporate and filed a complaint. Since then I have left numerous fb messages and sent 8 emails. All I get are automated messages. Poor service. Poor washing. Poor customer service. If you go to their fb page and read the comments you will see this is a pattern. Don't go.
