  Advertising unlimited car washes but limits you to twice a day! No where on their website or at the site do they tell you about two washes. They just say unlimited!

  This company stole money from my account and will not refund it. I signed up for a membership and paid for it 4 days ago. I stopped by another zips on Clinton highway to get my car washed and they would not accept my sticker. I had words with the manager there who turned around and took the numbers off my sticker and terminated my account. I was told by corporate to go back to the original zips where I purchased the membership and have them reinstated. The manager there named James would not reinstate it. He said I had to go through corporate. I then called corporate and asked for a refund and they said they couldn't give it to me, so I paid for a service that I didn't get. This is criminal activity and something needs to be done about it! I am trying to get in touch with the CEO who is on LinkedIn, but has his account locked of course! It is unlawful to pay for a service and not get the service.

  Zips carwash took money out of my account for services NOT rendered. It has been over 2 years since i visited the carwash, i cancelled my account with them back in 2020 yet i noticed this April
  9th 2023, they debited my account for 20 dollars, they did the same a month earlier in March but i didn't notice it until April. I'm willing to eat March charge because i should have caught it, thats on me but This April charge should have been refunded, but they refuse to do so. Whether the charge was intentional or not, it amounts to stealing, when you take money for NO service rendered. People please notice the rating of Zips, Its NOT a type O, They are not good enough to receive a 2 star rating. If Zips wants to challenge me on this, bring it on. I have bank records to support my claims. There were no charges from Zips during 2020 til March 2023. I have not reactivated nor visited Zips carwash for more than 2 years. This is my first written review , congratulations to Zips Carwash for inspiring me. By the way, you have to choose a star rating in order for your review to be seen otherwise, i would have gladly given a zero.

  4/19/23-Heads Up! Rocket Express on **************** is admittedly functioning daily with faulty equipment, while waiting for parts to come in. My ******** was damaged and actually pulled my entire gas door off of the car by their admitted faulty part. The manager told me they would cover the damage, no worries. The manager also stated that day that he was sorry as he was aware of the part that is on order is damaging some cars. Then I get a letter in the mail saying they will not cover cause the warning on site says no coverage for cars 10 years or older. Where is the sign saying we are aware we are currently running with faulty parts, your car may get damaged, use at your own risk! I can understand the warnings on damage on older cars (if they had not been running knowing they have the faulty part) however in this case the manager admitted he knew they are causing damage on some cars because of the faulty part they are continuing to run with. I went back a week later and witnessed a lady in a ****** suffer the exact same damage and they gave her the same story, they still have the part on order. The manager a week later said nothing he can do, I should pay my own deductible on my auto insurance and have it fixed... PLEASE SHARE

  I went to car wash got nail on shoulder of tire went home then to hospital got procedure done wife turns on truck and tells me its got low tire pressure i check and nail on outer shoulder of rear tire i got pictures but that nail was in carwash and pushed it into my tire i purchased a new tire but if i had gone over nail in road it would have been on bottom of tire not on sidewall as it was! *** that called abput the complain was ride and told me it couldnt of happened there and im screwed because i left. I pay 30 a month that tire is a nothing to what they make a year never again believe that. Thanks but NO thank you ill rather go to a drive in car washbi can see whats in front and am not restricted in their bumpers that clearly hold garbage!

  I was charged two fraudulent charges of $40 each for a membership I never asked for.
  I have contacted the company over and over and over over the past year and I'm still unable to get my $80 back.
  I went to zip car wash to get my car washed as I've been doing for the last several years. However it was always my husband that did the transaction. However unfortunately he was killed in an accident and I was left to do it on my own. Never knowing how to operate the system the man that walked up to me to ask if he could help took my card and ran it through for the service that I had requested. Unbeknownst to me he slipped in the membership fee of $40. I did not catch this until the next month when I saw there was a second $40 fee charge to my card. The bank and I were both having a hard time figuring out what company it was that did this and finally she asked did I go to a car wash and I said yes and then we put two and two together. Even the gentleman who was now the new manager was kind enough to try to help me get through this to get my money back and he wrote an email from the office computer for me to the corporate company and we still have had no feedback whatsoever. I need that $80 right now desperately. Waiting over a year it should be another $80 for interest and constant aggravation fees.
  Thank you BBB in advance for anything you can do to help to recover this money. It was a long long time ago I believe it was like April of last year. Thank you again.

  ZIPS CAR WASH LLC IS A SCAM...DISGUSTED ANGRY AND MAD URGENT! URGENT! URGENT! !!!!!!!!!!! This money was taken out of my account over 4 months ago and I have yet to receive it. I keep getting the run around and they won't give me any phone numbers to speak to you directly. Over 6 times, I've contacted your company and they always want the same information over and over again.
  THIS IS RIDICIOUS..... Can we talk? If not, and I don't hear from you in 48 hours, I'M CALLING THE Call for Action, Consumer Action and the Better Business Bureau about your unfair practices.

  THIS CAR WASH WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE! I used this car wash for the 1st time on 3/20/23. When I was inside the wash, one of the pieces of equipment hit my car so hard on the front passenger side that it caused my car to rock back and forth. When I excited the wash, I noticed that the car made a clunking sound. I reported this to the manager and then noticed heavy scraping on my front passenger bumper. The manager said that it was probably the tire washer and politely filled out a claim. However, ZIPS quickly denied they were in the wrong and claimed no piece of their equipment would do that damage. They lie, but know they can get away with denials because who has timely before pictures of their vehicle? The only way to ensure your car isn't damaged is to AVOID this place.
