      2/9/23 at location 3000 Breckinridge Ln. Louisville, Ky @ 1:00 pm was trying to wash my Chevy Silverado for $25 when my truck tire was damaged due the the negligence of the employee on-site. My truck tire was punctured causing my truck to be stuck in bay. Was told by manager there’s no damage/incident report and Zips Car Wash don’t handle those types of reports. He was disrespectful & rude.inconvenience to me having my truck towed and purchased a new tire. Didn’t receive a refund for the car wash purchase that I wasn’t able to get do to the damage to my truck. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO ZIPS CAR WASH!!!! Dewayne

      Zips car wash keeps raising the price for car washes. They now have $10 per car wash and it does not even clean thoroughly. In addition- they have a monthly subscription fee that does not cancel and hard to use. AVOID ZIPS CAR WASH.

      Kentucky location here! Why do you have a business that's never open? Not only are they never open all of our local car washes that were 24/7 went out of business due to them. My car never gets fully clean and the vacuums suck. The towels they have are always dirty and smell like sour. The floor mat cleaner is also nasty and doesn't really work. This is ridiculous the only way for me to get a good car wash now is to go out of town! On top of all this you can't ever get ahold of the company.

      "This car wash location has a monthly charge for unlimited wash. I signed up for basic wash, sometime later it changed to higher price per month. The car wash is broken many times when you go and the vacuums. Trash all over the place and just looks trashed. The brushes in the automatic wash haven’t worked several times and the last time I went it didn’t rinse soap hardly at all. Why keep paying for a membership when it’s broken and not working?! I contacted them twice before about the broken car wash and trash. Then found out I was being charged more per month than I had signed up for. I asked about being reimbursed for this up charge and now I haven’t heard a word from them at all since. I would never again trust a Zips car wash or join a monthly membership!"

      Don’t use their service! I like many in the comments below drove up to the kiosk and there was a person there pushing the buttons for me, I ended up with a membership that I wasn’t aware of and still paid for car washes. Shame on me for not checking my account for a few months or so and then my wife asked who are we paying every month. We ended up getting the membership cancelled after a lot of problems to do it.
      Fast forward a year or so until this past weekend, my wife and I drive up to the kiosk and there’s a young man standing at the kiosk ready to “Help me out” I said no thanks, I can press the buttons and explained what happened the last time I allowed an employee of Zips to do it for me. He told me he wasn’t allowed to let me do it myself if he was standing there—I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me he is the manager. I told him if I can’t press the buttons to purchase the wash myself I’d prefer to leave. He was very rude and obnoxious and said ok, yiu can back out then. This place has two lanes kf traffice behind me and I asked if he can’t just raise the bar and slow me to exit that way without backing all the way out. My wife exited the car and said we need help backing out and he needs to stop traffic then…he proceeds to tell us that’s our tough shit that we should have left when he told us to. My wife got back in the car and it wasn’t until I told him I was going to call the police that he decided to ask the people behind me to back up to allow me room to turn around.
      I told him if I get hit by another car there will be a lawsuit. He again told me touch shit. The store location is 111816 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023. I tried to call every number listed for zips. I did finally manage to leave a complaint with an actual human, but based upon on the complaints I see here I’m not confident I’ll hear back from anyone. Your CEO Gene Dinkens should be aware of how bad and apparently it’s endemic of your operation. Not optimistic…

      Worst car wash I’ve ever been to.

      Not only did $10 get my smaller car a very mediocre wash but the lot in which to vacuum your car was crazy with people shifting from one stall to another trying to find a working vacuum The mat cleaner was broken as well. The employees shrugged their shoulders and agreed. Possibly instead of trying to buy out every car wash in the city, you concentrate on keeping your current ones operable. A joke and no, I will not use Zip care wash again.

      This company was deceptive in the way they signed me up for monthly membership when I thought I was just getting a one time car wash. I've found other people that have had the same experience as myself. I would like to warn others to avoid this company. There are many other honest car wash companies out there. Zips is no good!!

      I purchased the yearly membership. The service has been absolutely awful! My vehicle looks like the back never even gets wet. I tried canceling my request several months ago, but didn’t get a response until this week. I was then told that they could not issue a refund due to my usage. This is a joke! I quit using them due to the terrible service.

      This is the worst company! I signed up for monthly wash. I was with them a year when the location sold to a new company. The guy said he worked for zips they were changing over and canceled my membership. I asked several times if I needed to do anything and he said no it’s all done. I had to shut down my card because they keep charging me and I don’t believe they will stop! Beware

      In August 2022 Zips Car Wash located on Clemson BLVD in Anderson, SC caused minor damage to the lower part of my car three times. The wash left deep brush marks and dirt on the lower side of my car. Zips personnel helped me clean it up the first time. The second time the brush marks got deeper and could not be removed. The manager acknowledged they had a problem undefiled an incident report. The problems occurred again after a couple of weeks.
      Zips did not contact me but I found out through the local manager that the did not see any damage even though pictures I sent showed minor brush marks. I contacted the District Manager in Anderson and he said he could do nothing since someone in another department stated they ddid not see any damage.
      I continued to report this through emails and calls with no response. I then wrote a certified letter to the main office in Little Rock, AR and got no results. I then thought about taking them to small claims court but then decided I would just visit every web site I could and write bad reviews.
      This neglect has cost them more than they realize and I will continue to let people know how bad this business is and how they treat their customers
