      Jet Brite did a lot of damage to my paint and a car hit my car in the car wash??????

      This car wash is mostly Criminal behavior. They charged me monthly membership that didn’t want or ask for and then the employee walked off with my receipt. Her name was Camille. This also happened to a friend of ours.

      Zero stars, was unknowingly signed up for monthly car wash membership - I thought I was signing to pay $10 for one wash- now I'm being Billed $45 per month & the number to cancel states you must go in person to the car wash. When you go in person no one can help. The button on their website takes to the phone number & around in circles. I'm about to show up with the police to get it resolved.

      I pay for 9 memberships and wash my car daily. I went to wash car and my scanner didn't work, which is very normal at this place. An employee was standing out there, and I held my scanner outside my window, and he grabbed it from my hand. He said if I wouldn't let him stick it on my windshield, he would confiscate it. I refused as they've had to replace this scanner multiple times, and it just mucks up my window. He said I needed to talk to the manager. I went to speak with the manager, and he was aggressive and dropped an F bomb in his first words to me. He then stated I was not there every F-ing day because he's never seen me before, which makes no sense at all. He then kept asking, "What am I gonna do about it? You're not that big, what are you gonna do about it. If you don't want to follow policy, get the F outta here." He was basically looking to fight with a customer in front of a parking lot full of customers. I have never seen this guy before and have been a member for years. Well, today, they lose my business, my family's business, and my work folks business.

      We vacationed in June, grabbed a $10 wash on the way out, came back home and now I have been charged for a membership fee of $50 every month since. I have emailed, called and complained. I never signed anything and Zips is making withdrawals from my account illegally. Literally had a $10 car wash and left Myrtle Beach, never thought anything of it...they have not refunded my money yet. I would not recommend them one bit! Scammers!

      Poor ******** * ****** increase" communications in place. I canceled my membership as I no longer needed it. It was getting expensive and I had work done to my paint and they do not offer a fully touchless wash to accommodate. I tried to cancel my membership and was told that there is no refund as it was not canceled in time. I would have had to cancel it 7 days before my "bill date". I was informed that I agreed to these policies when signing up for the membership. When signing up for a member ship you are placed in a line of cars who are all waiting for a wash not an idea environment to put a customer to read their policy's and terms * conditions. They provided no documentation to me about their policy document I signed via email, text, or paper copy after I signed up. I was informed about this after it was to late and had to call in to figure it out, but I should have remembered what was on this policy document from a year or two ago when I signed up for the membership. I am also not happy in regards to how they increase prices and don't send communicate this to their customers. I was informed they do not have a "mass text/email" sender in place and they also don't send out communication as they do not have contact information for all their members. I was told that they "put up signs" to inform their customers of price increases. They have increased prices twice to me, both times I have not seen any signs displaying this information. I feel like they discreetly have this information posted as to intentionally make it more difficult for their members to find this information. Overall the membership went fine, but canceling a membership and not getting a refund for a service I will not use and the reasoning I was provided for not getting a refund was extremely poor.

      Zips car wash in Forest, Virginia damaged my vehicle. They refused to take responsibility for the damage. I was told that I would receive a call from the manager sometime over the weekend with an update. He never called. I canceled my membership, and they refused to give me a refund. They won't cover damages, and they won't give me my money back for a service I can't use because it will cause water to build up inside my trunk. They are horrible to deal with, and should not be allowed to operate a business!! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP THERE!!

      I had just signed up for monthly wash plan, started to go thru and the brush on drivers side ripped off my drivers side mirror. I reported to staff they submitted report to executive company. I heard back from co. Advising I should refer to there signage they are not responsible for the mirror. I had to order replacement from Chevy dealer and install I am out $500 now and all they said was I should submit to my own insurance Co. Since it wasn't my fault I am not submitting to my insurance especially since I have a $500 deductible. Very poor customer service. But the more ridiculous moment was when I called to cancel membership and told them why I was canceling the guy on the phone asked if I would stay if he gave a discount !!! Seriously

      After being charged for membership fees that I didn't sign up for, I repeatedly sent emails to Zips Carwash LLC to stop all memberships and/or fees associated with my name and account. Since 01/2024 my account is still being charged $45 monthly. Three different agents have replied that the account is closed.

      Company charges people for a premium car wash, which is $45 a month and every time you pull through the car wash you get the same lowest car wash as everyone else they’re scamming people out of their money and I think that somebody should do something about this
