      Had to run my car through twice didn't do undercarriage wash didn't even try to get the dead bugs off no front scrub they just looked at me like I was stupid told him I needed to run it back through they didn't care they ran it back through would not use Zips Car Wash ever ever again cost $5 more than the full service car wash in our area didn't even get the dirt off my windshield

      Lexington KY, all locations. Cancelled my membership 2days ago due to declining service, wash quality due to constant equipment issues, and rate increases. Equipment (dry roller, air blows in drying bays, mat cleaner, vacuums) rarely works, or has been removed from several locations. They have also stopped pre spraying my vehicle before going into the wash. These are benefits that I have been paying for, but not receiving from Zips. When you inquire it is always the same response “we are working on it”. The most recent issue is that I received an email announcing that I was going to receive a new spray application service that I didn’t ask for and would be charged an additional $5 per month, and I have no way of knowing if it will work either. This whole experience feels like a classic bait and switch, based on a very poor business plan. It was also a very challenging process to cancel the membership, and the process is set up to fleece you out of an additional month, or not be able to use all of your last month. I would caution anyone that is considering using this business on a single use, or subscription basis. Very disappointing.

      Have been a consumer for months at Zips Carwash. My credit card was charged at the end of August for the next months car wash. Went to place of business next day to cancel due to the fact I would be out of state the next 30 days and not use the service. They have refused to refund the $30 or ANY portion of it. That is bad business and will no longer use their services

      Used them two days ago, drove off lot, bird crap still on car, dried leaf spots still on car. Wouldn’t recommend them.

      The machines at rocket express did damage to my car and they havent reached back out to me. Its been 2 about months and Im just bringing this to other peoples awareness.

      Canceled my membership yesterday. Just awful.. went downhill quick with the new owners (all the great employees already left) and The replacements have no personality and are slow as Moses. Also they will overcharge you and you're going to have a hard time getting a refund ?? already happened to me twice.. going across the street to the new car wash once they're open

      I Signed up for their car wash for mine and my Dad’s cars under the $10 first month then $35 a month after promotion. I recently looked at my bill and noticed that each month BOTH accounts have been increasing by $5. On Aug they charged my Dad’s car $45! When I called to cancel they said something about back dating blah blah blah, but they could give my the service now for $20 a month going forward. I said no I would like to cancel and if you wanted to apologize for this you could refund the $45 charge made 2 days prior. He literally just said “NO.” This is a scam to get you signed up and not look at what they’re charging you each month. There are so many places along FM 407 to wash your car, choosing ANY any other would be better then letting these guy deceitful slowly clean you out.
      Oh and BTY, MY Dad has been in the hospital with cancer so we haven’t even used the car wash AT ALL since date of purchase.

      The Zips corporate contacts are horrible to deal with. I use the location at 2935 Miller Place Way, Knoxville, TN 37924. They told me I had to deal with corporate and that they could not help me.
      I was charged for a month when I had requested a cancellation. You have to call them to cancel. They will not let you opt-out online. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had not canceled within their "time frame," and they could not issue a refund. I agreed to that and told them to please cancel the service. I stated several times during the process and again before we hung up that the service would be canceled and I would not be charged again, correct? They assured me I would not be charged again.
      They charged my account this month, and when I contacted them, they again told me that they would not refund my money because I had not canceled within their cancellation period.
      I tried calling the Miller Place Way location, but they never answered.
      I would never recommend this carwash service to anyone.

      Zips car wash deserves a zero star rating! They
      need to be shut down .... My husband, a disabled veteran suffering from cancer
      going into his 6th year of chemo, has been over charged by zips car wash for
      over a year and a half. When my husband would go to zips for a car wash we was
      told by the employees that the pass was only valid for a month and would only
      charge his card 32.46. So, every month or so he would go buy a month pass and
      expect that he was only paying a one time payment of $32.46. Although, to our
      dismay, zips was not only charging him for a pass when he didn't even purchase
      one that month, but was also charging him for that 8 membership passes each
      month, averaging around 310. Dollars a month of unauthorized charges to his
      card totaling approx 3,000. Dollars. He was never was aware of the numerous
      amounts of 32.46 that was taken out 8 to 9 times. All beginning January 01,
      2022 to august 08, 2023 their response is exactly what ive been reading on
      other reviews and that they will only pay back past 90 days. Who's to say if he
      will be compensated "his weakness their gain"

      Very dishonest company. I canceled a membership in March and got charged this month. Now I have to go through the headache of going through the BBB, my credit card company, and other means to get them to remove me.
