      Pace FL - Poor business tactics that mislead and take advantage of unaware people.
      Told my wife $10 a month then $20 a month afterwards, which was a lie.
      $48 showed up the next month. I filed a fraud complaint with bank.
      No more business from us at ZIPS..

      Their car wash broke both of my drivers side valve stems off. They did nothing did not care locked the door and made excuses. Didn’t want any other customers to hear me the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen at the location  in Knoxville Tennessee when the management changed he cut everybody’s memberships off Periodically so that he could re-sign everyone under his name to get all this extra commission. Also, my monthly payment changed with no notice to almost double and someone needs to address this store. He is scamming your system to get commission the previous person who worked in that store whoever the manager was all the customers that he signed that new manager Has periodically cut off bulk amounts of subscriptions and went through and re-signed everybody so he could get paid for it and that is a scam. He is scamming the system and stealing money from this company as well as the customers.

      They lie to you . Ask you to pay $10 and then the next month charge you $45 . Customer service rep are annoying and don’t help you . They don’t refund my money and saying I had to cancel 7 days before charge happens while no body told me that in the beginning. It’s bed. Over two week waiting for my refund while reps tell me to not use car wash and we are escalating your concern and after few days they send you email that they can’t refund your money. It’s better to wash your car with hand than use this car wash . They lie first for 10 then charge you next month for 45..,

      Went to the Zip car wash in South Knoxville. Paid $10.00 for one wash and a month later my credit was charged a $25.00 membership I never purchased. I called the company to dispute this charge and was told since I did not cancel within seven days I would not receive a refund. I told them I never purchased the membership in the first place but this has gone on deaf ears.
      It seems this company charges for non-purchased membership and then don't want to refund their mistake.
      So, if I had purchased a membership when I went in October for a one time wash my credit card would've reflected that charge but it did not since I didn't.
      I guess they are very incompetent and with the number of complaints they've had you would think someone from the corporate office would look into this.
      I guess they need to money.

      I have been coming to this car wash for awhile as it was very convenient. I noticed a $45 dollar charge on my account as I was only paying $10. I did not authorize the charge or sign anything to say it was OK to charge more, This is extortion and not a good way to do business. And it is very hard to get a hold of anyone as well. Don't be tricked by the convenience,.

      I paid for their Christmas special in 2022, it was supposed to be for two months only. After two months I tossed the barcode thing because I didn’t need it. It is now November 2023 and I’m still getting charged for this. I never want to do business with this company again. They charge $35 EVERY month and honestly has a one income household we cannot keep doing this! This company should be put out of business for being so underhanded. They make it impossible to get any answers when reaching out to their “service desk”. It’s a waste of time. I just want them to stop charging me immediately. How can I make it stop?!

      On August 6 I used my credit card to pay for a $10 car wash. An attendant came to my car to give me a window sticker with wash code and paperwork to fill out and sign I told him that I did not want to sign up for a membership, that I only wanted a car wash. after a coupe minutes of back and forth conversation, he huffed off and I got my car washed.
      Upon receipt of my credit card statement I noticed a $40 charge dated September 6. I then looked at my credit card transactions and say a second $40 charge dated, October 6, and an ongoing investigation suggest my personal information/credit card # was fraudulently used to purchase a membership. Documentation received from Zips, shows an illegible, scribbled signature forged on an alleged partial membership form.
      I did not purchase a membership. I did not sign any documentation. I did not receive a barcode or any other kind of code because I did not sign up for membership. I simply got a $10 car wash and used my credit card to pay for it.
      Zips is refusing to refund the charges and has submitted the fraudulently signed ‘membership agreement terms’ as support to dispute a refund. I reported the disputed charges to my credit card and the account was terminated, and a new card issued. They are also investigating the charges.

      Awful company! They increased my payment to “premium” without my consent and continued charging me for a few months before I noticed! When I did notice they refused to refund a dime! Thieves!
