    We financed our AP Laser through Centra Funding in April of 2022. We had an agreement with AP for our laser to be interest free with their April 2022 deal. We were quoted a monthly payment of $5000 down + 23 payments of $659.96/mo or $20,173.56, which included a **** laser engraver and all the applications to run it. This first quote included a Corel Draw and photo package for $800. We did not buy the photo package and our contract was signed for the correct amount of $19,379. Centra did not adjust their numbers to reflect this change. AP has confirmed this amount is correct. We tried several times to explain this to Centra and they did not make any attempt to correct the amount based on our actual loan. I can provide the emails showing our attempts to correct the issue as well as our signed contract with the adjusted amount of the loan. We are a small business and $800 is more than one machine payment for us. We just want Centra to correct this.

    We became aware of this issue with the customer one month after the contract with ************ Design LLC (and *****************************) closed. The original invoice the vendor provided us was incorrect and when presented with the updated invoice for the *** Laser, we did send out a contract addendum to correct the contract for the new invoice. Apparently **************** did not see the addendum sent (was sent via Docusign to her email) or did not understand the format of the addendum. We have reconnected with **************** and I am told that she is ok with the new terms of the Addendum and our documentation department is sending her a new addendum for signature.

    I received a call from Centra and they have updated our contract and billing amount to the correct amount. I'm happy with the outcome.
