  we bought a palm harbor home in august of ****************************************************************************************************************************************** tile ****** in the floor trim coming loose all through the house gaps in the outside exterior squeking **** in first bedroom they told me they would use plywood on the floors they used presed board they said that they fixed the squeking floor and didnt this home has a bunch of issues both me and my wife are disabled and my wife is also a disabled vet we paid alot of money for this ***** and i feel we got took and then we find out it only had a 1 year warranty someone please help **

  We recently purchased a home with them and have been getting the run around. The home has come with multiple issues and structural issues, we request phone calls and they do not happen, we have to basically beg to get info done. We've been lied to from the beginning about the process and thought they understood our time frame. Every single wall has cracks, ever single Ceiling has cracks . ****** had a blow out and told no one out supports are damaged and frame pushed back some. Local dealer sent some man (not from company) out to fix and didn't repair properly just put plywood to cover holes in bottom. Not a single person has come out that's from Palm harbor. Our plumbing bangs in our walls. Chalking coming off shower, tiles put in incorrectly, dryer venting wasn't even done. Door handles weren't installed right neither were the doors. So many things wrong with this home and we can't even get them to call us. We were told 3 weeks for trim out after drop it's been that with no ETA. When we email the person he's very combative and never calls us to discuss. Never will I buy another palm harbor home.

  Bought 2022 palm harbor levy model. Wow what a mess. 2x6 ext walls. Ok. Horrible roof truss system. Like 2x3 maybe. Horrible 3 tab shingles. With some Mickey ***** under payment came right off in storm. All corners wacked out. Tile work horrible entry doors way out of plumb. And one the most horrible construction issues. Outside walls are cardboard. Yes cardboard. Called themoply. No house wrap. Cheap siding. Sinks and fixtures plastic junk. Ripped all out replaced with granite tops and good fixtures. That don't leak. THE ***** RUN BEFORE YOU BUY. A shed in yard would be better built. And I understand they build a lot of them. In there parking lot area buy the inside building also lots horrible bruised lumber used. Looks like second rate. They left stuff in my attic disconnected. Junk thrown all over. When I contacted palm harbor. ***** standard answer hud approved. And built like stick house. *********************

  The worst company in *******. They lie and once they get your money they do nothing for you. I will keep fighting them. Please stay away from doing business with these guys.

  This particular office. Is unprofessional, bad mouthing, money hungry and fibbers to the max!!!!
  They do not communicate with one another unless they are bad mouthing someone. Which aren't smart enough to check which texting thread they are on before pressing send. Not all but the staff I came in contact with were older females whom acted, as if they were in high school. The looks the gossip and mistake after mistake. *** try's to be a bully but failed miserably but her mouth boy that attitude will cause a person to come out of character real quick. She is rude s*** talker on the phone and will try to get as much money out of a customer. ****** the manager lol doesn't know *** is going on she Realize on your staff and just repeats what they tell her to do /say. Then sends texts messages to the wrong people talking s*** and making fun of Potential clients very unprofessional. The other old lady in the front I didn't get her name but just as childish as the other 2 with the looks. Then there is the general manager ***********************. He can't keep his staff in order. ***
  Besides the childish ways this is the MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL
  the numbers on the contract were not the numbers we talked about. I was approved for a home that I didn't know what the payments were until this day I don't know what my payment would have been. When I asked I was told they did not know that was someone else job to tell me. I was told to go down the department of development and get a permit. The ladies down there asked for the name of the Contractor so they can make sure they were licensed because usually on a regular basis the contractor comes in contact with him to get a permit it was so unusual for them for a client to be getting The permit. So I was asked to call them to get that information I reached out and was ignored by ******* and his staff. Two days later ****** reached out to my daughter asking her why I was wanting to know instead of contacting myself.

  Absolute WORST customer service. Once they receive their money they are done with you. It's been a battle for over a year getting things fixed. The man in the ********** office over service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He's rude, condescending and lies. We have had a leak we called about 2 months ago and have mold in our home, he told me my issue is not an emergency and he will get someone when he can, which he told me from the beginning. We are having to temporarily (hope it's temporarily) stay somewhere else because we are getting sick. Our purchase center will not answer our calls anymore, this is in *****. I hope this saves someone from the nightmare of purchasing a palm harbor home!!!

  I do not normally write reviews but this company was so bad i would rate them at a Negative 5 if it existed. ******** sent a email to me about a double wide that was listed at 50K. Obviously we got excited we had been looking for a reasonably priced used mobile home for awhile now. So i called to get information on it and was told that it was a very popular home and that we needed to rush to put down our ******* money and fill out an application because it was going to be a race to the finish to get this house. So i gave my credit card information verfied it was refunable and rushed to turn in applicaton,signed all my waivers which said ******* money was refundable. We never even got a yes or no answer as to if we qualified or not for the home and only got a denile from ************* saying that they would approve ** with a larger down payment but not with a lower down payment. ******** never reached out to communicate about our options. Worst part is when i tried reaching out I had a very difficult time getting ahold of ******** and Palm harbor called no answer, texted sometimes got a responce. I messaged ******** and told her some updated information about my deed restrctions and asked her to pull my application from the banks and return my ******* money and she asked if she wanted them to hold the ******* money to present to the bank so we could at least see if we are qaulified or not and how much we would qaulify for then they would reach out and return my money. Well NO one reached out reguarding my inlaws application and then i was told by the branch manager that my ******* money was reversed and that it would be refunded instantly. Called my bank and it did not show as reversed or pending that it showed as a posted transaction. Then they lied again and said my card was not charged at all when i have picture proof from my bank that it was charged and posted. I contacted my bank twice in a two day period to confirm. Finally my husband called and they also fed

  When it came to finding a home I was thought I would be helped. I stayed with Palm Harbor if believing that they would help me find the right home, please avoid Palm Harbor as they do not help you like they say they will. I also asked for a refund July 2 it is now the end of the month and I still have not received my refund back. It has been past the 15 day period. I worked with Cruz C******* Who when I asked for my refund back he told me I have no final paperwork and as of today I still have yet to receive it. I sent an email July 2 stating I no longer wish to work with palm harbor. I will never recommend this company to family or friends
