    Tapcheck has been a total lifesaver! I was a little skeptical at first, but using the app was incredibly easy—super user-friendly and straightforward. I was able to see my available earnings right away, and the transfer to my bank account was fast. I received my money within minutes, which really helped me out in a tight spot. Highly recommend Tapcheck to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient way to get early access to their wages!

    This app is horrible. Ive been using it the last few years through my employer. It was good at first when you could refresh your balance yourself, then they changed the app to reset only every 24 hours. That was the downfall of Tapcheck. So the way the app works is you work a shift (I work 12 hour shifts) then the following day around 11AM it refreshes your balance and you get a balance from your hours the previous day of working. The way that the app is currently working is to give you a balance of $0.00 even if you worked everyday that week. Its not functioning, but maybe 30% at the moment. Every single week I open a ticket to fix the problem and every week I get the same line of c*** from your customer service. Im in school full time and have kids and rely on my tapcheck money to provide for them. Thanks for always letting me down tapcheck and apparently its a lot of people not just me.

    it only works 3-4 days in a two week period. my employer has no accountability for when they submit my hours to tapcheck-therefore, tapcheck has no hours for me to use. tapcheck does not make any effort to contact the employer, who is the only one that can update the hours. using this service has cost me sooooo much money because i thought i could count on it and when i couldnt use it for over a week after using it and only having half a check- i am constantly negative in my account because i cant ever rely on this service when i need it so i wait 5 -7 days everytime a new pay period comes. tapcheck should take some accountability and contact their client-my employer. instead they tell me to contact payroll, but i dont know how to contact corporate and i am tired of begging for this. its humiliating! no one at my company is able to use this for a week now!!

    Me and my husband used our Tapcheck all last week up until Friday when we clocked in for the day and clocked out normally when we get off at 12pm our money uploads by 5 no later then 5:10 but for the past 3 days we havent seen our money at all and they reason is because our employer hasnt sent in our hrs ??????

    I have enjoyed this app for months, and never experienced a problem until July 1st. Recently, the app is not updating my daily information, hours and balance, unless I place a ticket invoice for them to manually fix it. I've reached out 7 times and also called and spoke to customer service, and problem still has not been fixed.

    Tapcheck is convenient and easy to use. I like having access to my money 24 hours after my shift. It is a lifesaver and I highly recommend using Tapcheck. I do, however, have issues with it, not updating My Money in a timely manner sometimes and I did have issues trying to communicate via the phone with customer support but overall, I like that I have access to My Money the next day most of the time.

    They cant delete your account information and then they they tell you its a soft delete. I cant access my money and then a lecture on patience. When they wont tell you anything. Its called Identity Theft

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to borrow money and they gave me a message of system maintenance!! I didn't receive the money.However it still was taking from my paycheck that I received on Friday! I'm still having a hard time getting it back. If you don't want your hard earn money stolen from you, I suggest you try another app seriously

    I'd give no stars if I could, been over a month and it's never worked. customer service is a joke, the phones hang up on you every time and the chat help never does anything just says they are sending it to someone. Such a joke.
