    This app is the worst their customer service is horrible I been waiting 3 days for them to update my balance I have worked double shifts and still my issue is not resolved It's not reason I work double shifts my balance is still at 0 they close your ticket out without resolving the issue and they blame employer when it's on their end people work hard for their money may need cash for emergencies give us our $$ like you like to be paid on time I need my account updated immediately

    **** per transfer and can't even access customer service or update wages. Idk what happened but a year ago this app was 100 times better than now.

    The app hardly ever works customer service ***** really bad they never pick the phone up and the robot they have available for support doesnt even help you its been down for weeks with no update or solution

    Worst company I've ever dealt with. Balance never updated mine has said zero for 4-5 weeks now, I'm salaried and get the same paycheck every two weeks. You can't talk to support. The chat option isnt a real person just standardized questions and answers. The phone line doesn't work you wait on hole for 20+ minutes, then get a machine stating all reps are busy please use the chat, then it disconnects you. I've written several emails without response, occasionally get standardized your issue has been elevated to customer support you should hear from them shortly. It's been approx 3 weeks now, still waiting to hear back.

    Would have gave a zero star if possible. This company is useless.It never works and it is impossible to speak with ANYONE. Since July 18, I have gotten nothing but ran in circles. FORGET THIS APP!!!

    the absolute WORST customer service. you cannot access your money or checks at any time. the app works when it wants. the contact number is full and the voicemail boxes have been full for the past 3 days. no one calls you back and the chat is a bot. an absolute disappointment. there was a time tapcheck didnt pay my wife for almost a month and it was resolved via her employer. NOT tapcheck
