  Got so angry with one of the staff because he was rude! Though the studio was everything I expected, the staff made the experience horrible!

  My daughter and I won a $400 voucher for a photoshoot with enchanted fairies and 1 free 8x10 of any of the photos taken. We were very excited had a magical photoshoot on 4/12/25 and were very excited to see the photos. Yesterday 4/23/25 we had our zoom meeting to see the photos before the edits. ***** was who we met with on zoom he was very persistent that we had to buy these now because it was the only chance to have them. The packages were outrageous the smallest package with only 7 digitals was $2500 plus tax so it came out to $2706.25 and was acting like this was an absolute steal not to mention after interest it comes out to over $3600!! He was guilt tripping on how to proceeds go to ******* (don't know if that is the truth or not) and how special it is for her. Feeling pressured and rushed and him telling me they have affirm for payments I ordered the smallest package since I wanted at least one photo from this with my daughter even though I was promised an 8x10. Soon as we ended the zoom call and he sent me the digital proof sheet to pick photos from I sent him an email back immediately saying I needed to cancel my order since my husband was upset which I can't blame him for feeling that way that is an outrageous amount of money for pictures. I never got a reply back and 2 hours later I began getting emails saying they are working on our photos which I'm trying to cancel. I have emailed and text multiple people in the company to just cancel the order and they want to have another zoom meeting which won't be until May 14th! I don't even want the 8x10 anymore I just want my ordered canceled this is absolutely ridiculous and robbery. They use Used Car Salesman tactics and will scam you out of thousands of dollars for not even decent photos!

  My daughter got lice from the flower crown after a photoshoot. She was quarantined for 10 days due to a recent surgery, she has not been in contact with anyone. I fixed her hair that afternoon, and everyday before that; and no evidence of lice. Her hair is very fine and blonde, it would have been noticeable. We got home that evening and noticed she had full grown lice/babies, in her head. We were the 4th appointment that afternoon, and the costume was already in the room (she didnt get a fresh costume between customers) I contacted the company and they brushed it under the rug saying theres no way she could have come in contact/could have caught lice from their flower crowns. I dont expect or want free photos, but I would like the business to actually take accountability for giving my daughter lice.

  I would leave less than a star if possible. My wife had photos taken just over a year ago of our daughter. We were informed the amount would be $3500 for the package we wanted. Since we did not have all of that money up front we went with the leasing option to make payments towards the bill. We recently were able to pay off the loan amount for a little over $3600, more than the initial loan, which we assumed had been interest and other fees connected with lines of credit. We hadnt heard from Enchanted after about a week and half so my wife reached out to them to see where we stood in a timeline. Enchanted got back to us and informed us they were looking into it but it was currently looking like we hadnt paid the other half of the bill. After going back and forth over email and still not making sense of how we could have half still left on the bill my wife called them to talk with someone. She tried 3 separate times to talk with someone and kept getting hung up on or referred back emailing. Finally we had been told that we shouldve received an email to switch and start making payment to Enchanted and that the leasing company only covered $1500 the rest of the money paid to them was all interest and fees. We never received that email to switch and start paying Enchanted until now when we had started communicating with them. They are now putting us on another approximately year long payment plan to cover the rest of the bill. This is not a good company and it is very hard to communicate with them, they are always on a sales pitch making you think you dont have an option. You have to meet on zoom and sign papers on zoom without being able to fully go over what the payment options look like. We absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone with this absurd price gouging and customer service problem.

  Complete SCAM!!!!! You "win" a contest, have to sit and watch ****** talk about how she wants parents to have pictures and blah blah blah BUT DOES NOT TELL NOR SHOW YOU how completely and utterly HIGH priced they are!!!!! Then make you sit and watch another video to see the prices - because YOU want a high-priced machine, why does the customer need to purchase a $200 photo? Your sales people prey on parents' emotions which is UNETHICAL and WRONG!!!! I'm disgusted and sick to my stomach over how much I paid and the LACK of economical options - I was told "this is an artist experience" - It is NOT!!! Clearly an artist drew the images that are now on a computer that are copied and pasted within. You refused to offer any type of discount AFTER the customer voices dissatisfaction. The entire process has scam written all over it. My daughter didn't have options for dresses - she got to pick her color and that was it. My son wasn'* a ******, he was dressed as a hobbit. While the pictures themselves are cute, they are NOT WORTH the prices you want to charge parents. And then to try and upsell me AFTER I voice my anger and frustration? You are misleading and misguiding customers which is WRONG! They're not getting a "free" photo shoot - they're getting conned into buying pictures they cannot afford and being "offered" payment plans - what parent in their right-mind would pay THOUSANDS of dollars and finance it for pictures of their kids?!

  The photographer was patient and great with my child, even when he got distracted. The portraits turned out beautifully, and the studio made the experience feel special. I had questions about my order and they responded quickly, which I really appreciated.

  I recently took my kids to Enchanted Fairies Studio, and the experience was incredible. The process was smooth from start to finish, and the pictures were perfect. Highly recommended if you want a photo shoot to remember.

  ****! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ENCHANTED FAIRIES! While I read the ****** reviews initially, the high rating is only because they offer customers to review them before receiving anything in exchange for a discount or free product. They took an hour of my time to review the untouched pictures of my daughters, promising to make them magical and preying on my emotions and applying sales pressure. I immediately felt remorse after purchasing. After reading the BBB complaints and the dedicated FB page for complaints, I requested a refund within 3 hours of the purchase. They are refusing and still proceeded to send me their subpar product. Despite the artwork taking 6-8 weeks and saying a precommissioned artist made the artwork. NOTHING was done within 3 hours!! You would be better off using your own phone to take pictures, getting costumes and using Shutterfly.

  My kids had a decent time at their session, but I wouldn't call it magical or unforgettable. The photographer had little to no patience with my 4-year old son and seemed genuinely annoyed by the end of the session. My daughter wasn't allowed to wear the wings while her brother was in the photos with her, so keep that in mind if you are planning to choose a joint photo as your "free gift."I tried to believe that this experience and a free 8x10 print would be truly free, and TECHNICALLY it is, but not without a fight. Per the ** website: "we do require a $50 fully refundable deposit. This is to secure your portrait session and is refunded at your appointment." What they don't tell you is that it will not be automatically refunded, rather donated to a charity (so they say) unless you request a refund. I was guilt-tripped and told that the deposit had been donated to charity, but I could choose to refund it to myself. Then the real bait and switch happens: the zoom call photo premiere. YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE THE PHOTOS B**ORE THIS CALL. Expect to spend no less than 45 minutes being shown portrait packages at astronomical prices for pictures with cheesy posing that is no better than a JCPenney-style shoot. I narrowed the 40 images in my gallery down to 12 in less than 2 minutes, and didn't have a single portrait with both of my kids together that I really liked. The cheapest "collection" was $3600. After calmly assuring the representative that I had no intention of spending that kind of money, I was shown a Word document he had created with some mismatched prices and combinations of portraits typed out, the cheapest being an additional 8x10 portrait with webshare rights (no print rights) for $200. I asked about a digital download instead of a physical print, and each digital image is $500. None of our portraits were worth anywhere close to the money they were asking for, no matter how much magical editing happens. The entire process was misleading and disappointing.
