They dont even deserve one Star!! What a scam when purchasing photos! After spending $1400 for 5 pictures I was only given one digital pose when I was told Id get digital access to those. Once I complained I was told I could purchase digital at $500 each image!!!! *** no way dont waste your time and money for nothingEnchanted Fairies Studio LLC

CONSUMER BEWARE Enchanted Fairies is a disgrace of a business. Scam worthy. They are sales oriented with no care to their consumers. I was notified by their team it was up to Affirm to cancel and in turn unnecessarily had me go through waiting periods of time wasted to set up appointments for it to go absolutely no where in the end. Being in the customer service industry myself I am aware of the matter of pointing the blame to someone else. They did not provide or disclose verbally or in writing anything about a refund policy. We appreciate your feedback. When you met with your portrait consultant to finalize your image selections. You selected one of our collections that consisted of (8) High-Resolution Images with print rights and (9) 8x10 portraits. During that meeting our policy regarding refunds was discussed. You did sign that agreement and returned the signed policy to us. This policy was also included on the receipt that was emailed to you once the order was finalized. Your order was financed through an external lender which we have no access or control over. There was a follow up meeting with our **************************** It was discussed with our Client Relations Team that if you needed to adjust the payment amount that would be handled directly with your financial lender, in this case Affirm. We do take customer service very seriously and always strive to go above and beyond. 1 starI entered a contest through FB to win a photo shoot for twins with, outfits, and prints. I received a call on 2/20 I had won and they went through all I had won and got info on my kids. At the end of the call, the lady told me that I would have to pay a $97 fee to book the appointment. 1)If I won it, why would I need to pay? Deceptive practice and scammy. 2)If I was booking it on my own and not via a contest this would be fine. The lady told me I could use the $97 fee towards prints which had an extremely high mark up value and I would be offered to buy prints afterwards. 2 starsWe took pictures here that involved African American, Mixed, and Caucasian children. The pictures when they arrived were much darker than the pictures we were shown on the computer. For the price we paid we though the quality of the pictures would be better. We were told their was nothing they could do. We couldn't even hang the pictures up. Enchanted Fairies should be ashamed of themselves. I'm very disappointed!Review fromLakhana C

1 starIt just hit me at the end of the day I dont like the sale pitch they offer. I got pressure into buying the product without having to see the final product and just go by luck that they made the photo how I wanted. So Im paying a lot of money before the final product was presented. And what if I dont like it. Thats a lot of money down the drain. They were giving sell pitch that theres a promotion on the spot and if I were to come back and wanted the picture, that the price wont be the same.Review fromDeirdre E

1 starStop contests that lead to predatory sales tactics for pictures of people's children. As contest winners we were so excited. A photo shoot and a free print, a wish come true. We felt so special in the studio. My daughter and I watched our movie and it was beautiful. The magic ended there. The financial push to use affirm for financing was almost immediate. Wanting to know how much I was approved for seemed to be the concern. The pressure to quickly sign contracts. Never offering any products less than $1500. I asked for an option of more time to think about purchasing. I was told the prices could go up. I asked for individual pricing and was basically pushed back to packages. I asked about the taxes of $161 that was brushed off. My head was spinning. I just wanted a picture of myself and my daughter. After our zoom ended I cried. $2500 for 9 digital images and a 9 image book. It will take 3 years to pay off and I now need to get a second job to offset this burden. There is zero ***** period for buyers remorse with Enchanted Fairies. Not even 48hrs. Though I did send what is likely a futile email to try make some changes or cancellation since they have not charged affirm at this time. For what was supposed to be a wish come true is now a financial nightmare. My memories of these beautiful images and magical studio experience with my only child are ruined. I am deeply ashamed and embarrassed that I hurt my family this way. I wish I never did this at all I feel like a fool. Please be better to consumers and contest winners.Review fromD. G

Stay away its a scam. Their goal is to lure you in for cheap then high pressure sell you to pay thousands of dollars. Same tactics as time share sellers. The wont take no for an answer and its hard to leave and a waste of time if you think you are spending less than $600 for for a photo. If youre into $1000 -$5000 for a few photos go for it.Enchanted Fairies Studio LLC

Every family who participates in our magical photo session receives a complimentary 8x10 portrait, with no obligation to buy anything further. While we do offer additional products for families who may want to capture more moments, those purchases are entirely optional.

1 starcompany pressured my wife into buying a package we could no afford so they talked her into getting a loan. when i found out the same day we tried to cancel but was told we had to make an appointment to talk to the tech department. The soonest appointment they had was three weeks then was told that they have a no cancelation policy now im stuck with a loan for 3600 for 15 photos for the next three years. The whole experience reminds me of a time share. I do not recommend even talking to this company for ant type of photos its a scam. The BBB has alot of complaints against this company... i have contacted an attorney since the company is not will to work with me.Review fromAngel O

Absolutely loved everything about the whole experience! I took my 3yo autistic nephew, it was for the both of us, and he loved it! He loved interacting with the props and the photographer was amazing, she was so encouraging, had great energy and very inviting. Although my nephew kept getting distracted by pretty much everything and wanted to do his own thing around the studio, she kept re-directing his focus in such a positive, and almost effortless way, and he listened! Highly recommend. Whenever I have a question regarding my order, the **** respond in record time, which is awesome! 10/10.Enchanted Fairies Studio LLC

1 starThe experience wasn't what was expected but lets get into the details.We got to our appointment on time but had to wait 10 minutes for the photographer to finish up with another family as well as get things ready for our session.I talked to my daughter about her experience with the photographer and was told he said princess smile and she did her best princess smile and the photographer told her without the teeth . (She has a stained tooth from her childhood so the comment made her feel uncomfortable)He mistakenly called my newborn when it was time for his photos to be taken that thing. He apologized but it made me feel awkward during the rest of the shoot . Also didnt have his size in costume even though I was told all sizes would be supplied.. so we had to adjust his costume the whole shoot .Amazing experience as far as a nostalgic memory. But it was too much of a hassle for a single parent of five . Dont think Ill be going back it was not what I expected at all . Just wanted to be honest in case anyone else has had a bad experience.
