1 starHonestly Im really upset about these photos. We got to our location picked out our dresses. Took a few photos in the lobby. My baby really looked beautiful. I kept inquiring about the fairy wings but they never put them on my baby. Before we could leave they ask you to do a review right on site. So somewhere on ****** theres a review saying how much I enjoyed the experience, which I did, other than them not putting the wings on my baby. I guess the problem occurred when it was time to review the photos. It was a zoom call in which they present to you unedited photos with a price range of **** to *****. Had I known the price in advance I would not have wasted my time or the studios time. I have photos in the world of my daughter that I cant have and not because I dont want them but simply because I cant afford them. To ask someone to make a payment plan on pictures that you have to use your imagination because they are not complete so you dont know what you are committing to is wild. The fact that these photos have to be financed like a car is crazy. Dont try and buy anything la carte because youll discover 1 digital edited photo is $300 and the book alone is $3500 and the whole unedited slide show with the sad music is $900 . I wouldve done better going on Amazon buying her a fairy outfit and going to JCPennys.Review frommelissa o

1 starI found enchanted fairies through a ******** advertisement. The sitting fee was very reasonable and the company gives you lots of reminders about your upcoming appointment. It took a total of 30 minutes to get changed and pictures taken. The photographer only had my daughter sit for her pictures, but didn't have her stand like many of the advertisement pictures. I inquired about the price but was told that would be discussed during the zoom meeting when the pics are ready. With the multiple emails and advertisements for the company I receive on a weekly basis, it would be nice to know what to expect price-wise for my pictures. The website has "investment" prices that seem to be anywhere from $200 to several thousand dollars. My daughter liked dressing up as the fairy, I just hope I'll be able to afford some of her pictures. ??Update my photo session was over a month ago and I still have not seen my daughter's pictures. The consultant who was supposed to show me my pictures on the zoom call canceled at midnight the night before (7 hrs. before appt. time). I called the number in the email and left a voicemail that my session needs to be rescheduled. I have received a generic email in response to my detailed voicemail asking how they can be of assistance. My request to reschedule the canceled zoom call was 3 days ago and I have still not heard back from the company. This company is such a complete scam. Much like everybody else the prices are ridiculous. I was thinking maybe $300-$400 but for $3500. Wow that’s just to much. I haven’t even received the free 8x10 that was apart of the offer. I’m guessing it was because I didn’t purchase. But I was told that I would receive it even if I didn’t purchase. Those packages are peoples rent now a days. I could give them zero stars if I could!!!
When I tell you this business is a total SCAM believe me! Their system is absurd, they entice you with a very small fee and then they commit you and embarrassed you in a ZOOM video where they show you the prices of their products that range up to $10000. Who in their right state of mind will spend that money to purchase pictures. I’ve work with so many artists Photographers where a well edited gallery could be no more than $1000. They are ridiculous! I emailed them saying that I only need my complimentary picture because I do not like their business system. They haven’t contacted me to give me my complimentary picture!!! The worst company I’ ever seen, total SCAM, they should lose their license for operating a business that offers a false advertising and entice you with low fees so that once pictures are taken you have no choice than to pay between $10000-$5000 for your children pictures!!!!! I personally didn’t want to give them my money for the unfaithful way they operate taking advantage of parents love to their children. However, it was my right to get the complimentary picture and even that they would not reach out to me to give me what corresponds with the session fee.

I feel totally scammed by this business. They advertise as $25 per child for a magical experience and that all proceeds go to charity but forget to mention that their packages start at $1000 for photos and up! They dont advertise the prices ahead of time and the photographer pretends like they dont know the prices. The $25 per person they charge to book a session is the absolute lowest amount of money you'll spend with this company. You get a single 810 print included but it's not per person, it's per household. If you want ANY other pictures of your children be prepared to spend quite a bit of money. For 16 digital images, they wanted $4,000. How in the world are they comfortable presenting that number to people? This company is a scam. I've personally never paid a professional photographer more than $300 for a session & all of our images. So, to be told the total for 16 digital images of my children would be 4x the amount of my mortgage was a slap in the face. Get your free 810, but don't give them anymore of your money. Also, you have to make any and all purchases during the zoom meeting which is an hour long, they also show you the unedited photos during this time. You have to pay upfront for anything you want without even knowing what the final product will turn out like. This company is a huge scam.Enchanted Fairies Studio LLC

I entered their contest & "won a free session for an 8x10 (if I remember the size correctly) photo. I had 72 hours to get ahold of them & schedule an appointment. Now, I cannot say (like many other complaints) that they didn't inform (more like warn) me about pricing on additional packages-they did. The cheapest was $500+ for one freaking photo! I actually considered possibly purchasing because if the photo was good enough it could've been one of those nice portraits passed on through generations if their work was good enough, but I didn't even get to go to this "FREE magical experience", let alone schedule a session. They said I had to put a "$200 sitting fee" down to make the appointment. For "normal customers this was non refundable" but since I "had won the contest" for their magical experience I would receive the $200 back the day of our sitting. I asked how I was supposed to pay beforehand when I lived some miles from where their studio was located. I only pay in cash- no bank cards, credit cards etc, just cash. I was informed they are a "cashless company" & I couldn't pay the $200 when I got there because the photographers don't carry cash on them. (Huh?) Sidenote: Why would I give them $200 upon arriving there for the session if they were only going to give it right back to me (since it was supposed to be refunded to me)? Also, I thought they didn't deal with cash? Anyways so then I informed the lady I had supposedly won a free session, thats what their "contest" advertised & I wasn't going to fork out $200 for something that was falsely advertised as free. These people are full of it. Wonder how many "contestant winners" they have. False advertising, it's a total a scam. Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience. We cannot find records of any customer communications under your name or email address in our system. However, let me address your concerns. This is nothing like our standard procedures, and I'm unsure where you received this information!
Our standard magic photo sessions require a $25/participant sitting fee. 100% of that fee is donated to our charity partners, and you receive 1 free 8x10" gift portrait per year per household whether or not you make any other purchases. If you redeem a gift certificate won in an auction or another charity event, a $99 refundable sitting fee deposit is required. This deposit protects our photographer's time if you cannot make the appointment.
It is correct that we are a cashless business, as are tens of thousands of other businesses nationwide. Sitting fees for all appointments must be paid online or over the phone. If you're unwilling to use a card for the deposit, perhaps a friend can assist, or you can pass the session invite along to someone who might enjoy the experience!

This is definitely a business scam (CHARITY, YEA RIGHT). Very disappointing!
Originally I signed up and paid $25 for this "****************". I thought it was too good to be true to only have to pay $25 to have my daughter dress up and get pictures taken of her. The backdrop and props were cute. And I loved the wings on my daughter.
The photographer ***** was so kind. However, the problem started when I had my zoom meeting. Everything was going nicely, they even add depressing music to entice you. I was shown the pictures through a slideshow. The host (******************) showed me a storybook that starts at ***** ( A BOOK)!!!! Really!!! ***. Then she showed me the packages that start from 9k, 5k & 4,300
I asked if I could pay in a week or so and she informed me that if it wasn't paid that day, I would lose the bonus, and ALL MY DAUGHTERS PICTURE WOULD BE DELETED!!! like she was threatening me!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I wish everything negatively possible for the scam artists that run this company. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for exploitng parents and their love for their children in the unprofessional and predatory manner that you do. Not disclosing your pricing ahead of time, but luring people in with a low price and promises. Hiding your real pricing on your website and then downright embarrassing people during your Zoom call. But what's most disgusting is that you delivered me a digital photo that made my eldest Daughter look ****** fake and processed. Meaning the work you charge for is high school project level at best. Trying to sell me a $3500 book by telling me a "heart warming" story about a child with Autism learning to speak again because her parents could afford to pay for your scam. Which is also exploiting children with difficulties to get sales. There are multiple ******** groups dedicated to the c*** business tactics of this company. As well as hundreds of BBB complaints that you'd think would be heard. But because some moron actually paid $10k somewhere, they will continue to leech off the dreams of good parents everywhere and actively put them in debt. Shame on you is an understatement. I truly hope this company fails. And spare me the empty rhetoric that is your reply. I don't care and there's nothing you can say to stop the terrible reviews I will continue to post everywhere I can. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY. Please note that for $700 I could only get 3 digital versions of different poses and I had to fight for one 8x10 print. I then find out that they haggle people and I could have paid way less. This is absolutely the worst "charity" ever. The experience was nice and fun for my kids. But the prices of the packages to get ONE picture of your child is absolutely ridiculous. My stupidity was purchasing the cheapest package they offered, which was $980 before taxes. I called to cancel it 30 minutes after the purchase. Instead of just canceling as I requested, they set up a zoom meeting for 3 weeks later to discuss it. Then they tell you oh well, we have already paid the commission to the artists. I knew that is exactly why they made me wait for a meeting, so weeks could go by and they can already have started the work. I called and emailed 30 minutes after the purchase to say I didn't want to make the purchase and cancel it altogether. That is completely unprofessional and shady. This is not a charity at all, it is a total scam. Prices from packages range from high hundreds all the way to $15,000. They show you cute pictures of your children and totally pressure you into making a purchase. Horrible to scam people out of so much money. The fact that I called and emailed to cancel ********************************************************** to purchase it just goes to show you how they make their money, by being sneaky and malicious. I am smearing your business to everyone who listens. I cannot believe how much money you scam hard working people out of for a couple pictures.
