I ordered a custom Bison double ply banded shirt on 19 February, 2024. I have not received my product and I have called and emailed them a few times for an update but they do not answer the phone nor reply to my emails. Order number is R904534583. I requested a team order for our powerlifting team. After taking months to do correspondence, they finally emailed on 12/14/23 that they received our purchase order and would provide a tracking number. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I contacted them 3 weeks ago. After numerous attempts they answered and informed me my order would be sent on 2/1/24 in an overnight delivery. We have yet to receive the package or a tracking number. I ordered a Silver Killer Bee Bench Shirt on December 29, 2023. The price of the shirt came out to $419.26 with expedited shipping. I emailed the company asking for a status update on January 8 and received a response that they would be checking with the warehouse and it should be shipped out the next day. I had to resort to filing a complaint with BBB last year against Bench Daddy as well. As a powerlifting coach, I wish there was a company that provided a competitive product so I wouldn't need to keep doing this.We submitted an order for $1371 worth of powerlifting equipment on 10/31/2023 and received a confirmation email the same day. I sent a couple of emails in December asking about a status update that did not receive any response. Since reaching the 8 week **** from the date that our order was confirmed, I have now sent 4 emails and 4 phone calls/voicemails between 12/29/23 and 1/10/24 asking about our order and have not received a response.We are now entering into the competitive season and not having the equipment from our order is beginning to have an impact on our season. We would like to receive our order of equipment so that our student athletes can achieve the level of success they have worked for. It has been almost a week since the aforementioned ship date and I have called and emailed multiple times, to no avail. On 8/30/2023 I ordered a custom made "Super Bison Bench Shirt 500 Series". It's supposed to take **** weeks to receive. What I received on 9/2/2023 was a "Silver Killer B Bench Shirt". I notified the people at Bench Daddy. Sent them pictures as per their request and they have refused to take the shirt back. There are demonstrable differences in what I ordered and paid for and what I received. I didn't want to go this route, but the company has been unresponsive. The product was purchased on February 2,2023 and was $473.39. It said that the product would ship in 2-5 business days and a shipped email would be sent to me. I haven't received anything and even paid for the express shipping to get it in time. I emailed them and they told me to give them the order number so they could help me. I purchased a Bench Daddy product from BenchDaddy.com on December 28, 2022 (order # R310150025). The product cost $75.35 with **** priority shipping. I still don't have the product, but my credit card was charged on the order date. I emailed them on January 8, 2023 to see if it had shipped or if it were on backorder and did not receive a response. I then called the company on January 17 and 27. I sent a text on the 17th after calling. I have not received a response despite these attempts. I would either like the product sent or I want a refund to my credit card. I've attached the order email and the credit card info.
