      I ordered our son a bench shirt on 1/11/23. I've called three times and left messages to check on shipping. No response. I've emailed 3 times to check on order status/shipping, still no response. I asked them to please let me know if it would be here in the next week or I would need to cancel my order and get a refund. No response. My son would really like his shirt!

      On 1/24/23 I placed an online order for a silver super foldless bench shirt size 32 for my daughter. I received an order confirmation email the same day and the money was deducted from my account however my item never shipped, that was the last communication on their end. I have sent emails and called for hours at a time with no answer I have also left several messages and nobody has responded to me. I paid $40.40 for **** express shipping and expected my item to ship in a timely manner. This is my last resort. Order# R506521196 Transaction total- $365.14 I just want my item shipped!

      I am a *********** Powerlifting Coach and made many forms of contact(email and phone conversations) with the company PRIOR to placing my order. I placed a rather large order of 22 Bench Shirts and 10 Wrist Wraps with a promise that they would be here within a couple of weeks of placing the order. We sent payment, and have not been able to reach the company by any means since. I have sent over 20 emails and made a call and left a voicemail every day for the last 2 weeks just to get an update, to no avail. I was promised my items would be here before our season got under way(the second week of January).

      Date of transaction: 12/22/2022 Amount payed to the business: $199.99 What the business promised: Orders are sent in the order it is received during peak season for athletic events. Please order with enough time to meet your deadline due to increased volume during sale event, special, occasion, or peak season for athletic events. Nature of dispute: I have waited over a month for my order and have not yet received an email confirming shipping. I am buying from this company to use their equipment to compete in athletic events but have now fallen short because of time. Their policy states that my specific order is not available for refunds after it is shipped out but since it has not shipped, I would like to receive a full refund.       Order placed and paid for on 11/10/22 ($1375 inv. # ****). We followed up on 12/5/22 via email. Received a response back the next week stating they order would be shipped over the holiday break. I sent another email on 1/4/23 seeking another update as the order was not delivered. I also followed up with a phone call. I was able to speak to a woman in the school order department. She advised there was an issue with the 2nd logo submitted and that is why the order was delayed. Mind you, they never called or email to advise that there was an issue with the 2nd logo submitted. I was assured the logo issue had been resolved and the order was in production. I was told the order would ship the following week. It is now 1/23/23 and I have not received the order nor are my emails, phone messages, social media messages being returned. We raised money in order to be able to purchase this gear. We've had two meets where we've had to have athletes sharing gear/uniforms because the order has not been received. Parents and students are angry and rightfully so. We would like the ordered and paid for gear to be shipped by the end of January 2023 or we'd like a full refund.

      I have literally blown their phone up trying to get a hold of someone at Bench Daddy. I have emailed and left voicemails, which states someone will be in contact COB the next day. I cannot get a hold of anyone at Bench Daddy. All i am trying to do is call and get an estimated delivery time. I have ordered equipment for a **************** lifter who is currently in season since placing the order. All i want is for someone to answer the phone or respond to an email and assure me that the product will be delivered before the end of the season.Their Products are not cheap and they should have better customer service.

      I have a son who is a senior in HS and one of the top lifters in his weight class in the state. I ordered him the latest bench daddy bench press shirt, a $400 investment.

      I have tried leaving voicemails and have emailed multiple times. i have literally blown up there phone lines just trying to get a hold of someone so i can get this shirt in with time to use it his senior year.

      at this point i just want my item or an estimated delivery date so i can decide if i want to cancel the order and order the piece of equipment from someone else.

      i have never been so frustrated trying to reach someone.

      They make a great product, only wish they had better customer service.

      An order was placed November of 2022 in preparation for the current powerlifting season. Many bench shirts were ordered for the whole team. We have called and emailed many times trying to get a hold of the company to no response we have no idea if our order is being worked on or even going to be on time for the upcoming meets and competitions. Said problem is causing some of our lifters to not have equipment. Order number ******

      I submitted a purchase order through ************************** for $1957. Bench Daddy confirmed that they received the order on 11/8 by email. I started attempting to contact Bench Daddy 7 weeks after the order confirmation to ask for a status update. We are now at 10 weeks since the order was placed. I have emailed once a week for the last 4 weeks, and in the last week I have called 5 times and left multiple voicemails. I have received no correspondence whatsoever about our school order. Our powerlifting season has begun, and not having the equipment we ordered has already negatively impacted my student athletes. Many of the student athletes and their families paid for their own personal equipment in this order.

      Bench Daddy had us come pick up part of our order on Wednesday 1/18, but said they would ship the rest of it to us. So although we do have some of our equipment, we are still waiting for the rest of it and have not been notified of any shipment.

      I am a the Head Powerlifting Coach at ********************** and wanted to have BenchDaddy bench shirts for my program. I ordered 5 bench shirts and 5 squat suits on 11/15/2022. It has been difficult to get ahold of them and they finally said after several calls and e-mails that they would be shipped over our school's winter break. Our break has come and gone and I have not received anything. My school's booster club has sent another e-mail asking for tracking information with no response back. I don't know what to do at this point. I was hoping to use their equipment during the 2023 season but if it doesn't arrive soon I may just ask for them to send the money back to the booster club and get my suits somewhere else.
