      A man called me laughing about contacting them AS INSTRUCTED BY VILLAGES THREE-EIGHTY apartments. They told me that the services they're paid for should actually be fulfilled by the police department and to call them instead.

      if i could rate real page a zero i would, i had a bill that i had no idea i owed i come back on a report from real page on July 27th when i applied for an apartment. i paid the bill that day. I sent them a paid in full letter with the dispute. my credit report was updated across all 3 burueas that the bill was no longer an issue and was paid in full. i have been patient but i am running out of time as the apartment will no longer be available to me and i will possibly be out of a place to live and money. each and everytime i call i get the same response this will be expedited which it has not. I HAVE DONE MY PART. THE $1951 HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL!!! TRANSUNION is not reporting this EQUIFAX is not reporting this and EXPERIAN is not reporting this. If this has been resolved why wont REAL PAGE simply send an EMAIL to myself and GRAND CYPRESS apartments indicating this has been resolved??? can someone please reach out to me i am running out of time!!!

      If I could rate them a zero stars I would. Predatory convenience fee of $48 charged when using a credit or debit card. Using an electronic check is free. I called the company after several transfers was told there was nothing they could do. In this day and age along with dealing with the economy a $48 convenience fee is greedy and disingenuous. Additionally, advertising (on the payment site on the advertisement itself) that adding a credit or debit card enters you into a drawing for $1000 but NOT informing you ON THE AD that a check payment is free but a credit or debit will incur an additional $48 extremely vague.

      Active building has sent back 3 of my rent payments, stating that my 2!! different cards from 2!! different banks are not ACH compliant. As a result, I have an eviction notice and an extra $400 charge on my rent and all ***********. I've been ghosted by every employee in both my housing facility and this third party bank, and I'm looking into getting my money back from both, in legal way.

      ActiveBuilding is a portal used by tenants of apartment communities to, among other things, facilitate tenants rent payments. ActiveBuilding does not return/reject ACH, Card or and other form of payment offered by the apartment communities utilizing ActiveBuilding. Any payment transactions that are returned would be done so by the payors own bank, typically for issues such as non-sufficient funds or at the request of the account holder (i.e., stop payments). The complainant needs to work with their bank to determine the cause and then work with their apartment community to ensure all future payments are made in accordance with the communities' requirements.

      Active Building is a tenant portal that "facilitates" the payment of rent among other services. If the complainant had payment transactions returned/rejected it would be the result of the tenants bank rejecting the payment request, not an action of Active Building. Unfortunately we do not have sufficient information (i.e., Apartment Community Name, Address, Phone Number) from the complainant to research further. We suggest the complainant contact their banks and inquire why they returned/rejected the transactions so the complainant can correct the issue.

      SOMEONE GOT A HOLD OF MY BANK ACCT INFO AND DIDNT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO THIS. YSI. WEST DALE HILLS ON JULY 29TH $895.95 AND $30.47. RPS COLINAS RANC SU FOR THE AMOUNT$1514.70 I GOT CATFISHED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK

      RealPage is the payment processing service used by the Property Management Companies of these apartment communities. RealPage is not responsible for providing any refunds associated with a Catfish scheme. RealPage suggests that the complainant contact their bank and notify them that the transactions in question were not authorized by her. If approved, this will trigger the reversal of the unauthorized funds from the recipients account back to the complainants account.
