    Do Not do any business with this company Purchased a monthly subscription service. Selected 1 month at a time.(you pay more so you can cancel at anytime). They will not let me cancel. I canceled in Sept and in January they were still charging me every month. Didnt stop until I kept disputing CC.I even got acknowledgment of Sept cancellation. Products were poor as well. Most didnt make it more than 2 days

    I canceled my account with them, I was still charged 2/12. I returned the packed unopened as was instructed. This was done two weeks ago and my refund has not yet been issued. I have reached out and nobody has responded. All I would like is my refund.

    I want my subscription canceled. I keep getting the around from customer service refusing to end my subscription. I CANT STAND THIS COMPANY. AVOID!

    I bought a subscription box from bullymake. I signed up to recieve a box every month for 3 months. The first month i paid a promotional rate around Christmas. I read the fine print that said i can cancel anytime. I wouldn't cancel if dog toys could withstand tough chewers as advertised. My dog chewed the rope and rubber within 5 minutes to the point it was unsafe. He was eating string and pieces of rubber. I was sent 2 replacement toys. The new ballistic he chewed to pieces within minutes. I contacted customer support to cancel based on very poor and unsafe quality of product. They said i have to purchase additional 2 boxes to fulfill contract even though fine print said i can cancel anytime.My account is currently on hold, meaning i won't recieve or have to buy anymore boxes, but i want to cancel my account. I have no plan to buy amother box because their toys are unsafe for my dog.I checked bullymake reviews prior to signing up and they were ALL great reviews. On BBB they have an F rating. Definitely fake, untrue advertising.

    Hi there,

    We apologize for any uncertainty. Just to clarify - we are a subscription product. So once you sign up with us, your account will automatically renew at the end of the plan term unless you choose to cancel it. For our 3 months subscription, 3 months is the minimum to keep your subscription active. Just as an FYI, we have several frequency options as well. You can get a box as frequently as youd like (for example, once every 2 or 3 months, or longer). Its really up to you!

    Hi there,On July 4th, 2023 I cancelled a subscription to BullyMake Box. I had a year's subscription so I was told my last box would be sent in August '23 and then my subscription would be cancelled. My last box was sent in August and then I did not receive any more boxes.However, on February 6th, I received a shipping confirmation that a box was sent and my credit card was charged for the box. However, I did not reactivate my subscription. It was reactivated by Bullymake and they charged my credit card without my consent.I then emailed Bullymake to complain and they admitted fault but then asked me to return the box. They then explained that they would charge the full amount (minus a $10 discount) if I did not send back the box. This feels like a security breach and like a sneaky way to gain back my business and convince me to spend money that I did not consent to spending. Even if Bullymake allows me to keep this box, I want to know why they restarted my subscription and I think this should be looked into. It feels like a dishonest business practice and something that should not be tolerated. I would also like my account closed, as I do not want Bullymake saving my credit card information.Thank you for your help,******

    Bullymake refunded the price of the box, let me keep it and deleted my credit card info from their system. I would consider this issue closed but think its helpful information For the BBB to have should this happen to someone in the future.

    Hi BBB team,

    Thanks for checking in with us.

    First, the customer reach out to suspend the account, no other reason.

    Screenshot:  **************************** so then we advised her of the plan that she got and it was the annual plan.

    With the plan that she selected, it's not that because we are opposed to canceling but it is what she have selected among the 4 plans we offered. She was made conscious of the 12-month plan and agreed to the terms and conditions that come with it. She could have selected the 1 monthly plan to test the product before committing to longer plan terms. Screenshot; ****************************

    So then she threatens to report to BBB and we don't want the hassle so she was given the exemption thus the account was canceled without any penalties.

    That said, no refund is deemed for this customer as well.

    Signed up for 3 month subscription box to Bullymake and hated the products and service. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription to which they replied that I committed to 3 months, I said"yes,but I want to be sure they do not charge me beyond 3 months and CANCEL." They have charged me now for 3 months more, November, December and now January when they committed to canceling in October.     I purchased Bullybox and after discovering it was the treats in the box making my dog sick I tried to cancel the subscription. I tried several times to no avail. The customer service of this company is definitely subpar. All the toys they sent me were destroyed in a matter of minutes. Their advertising is definitely. fraudulent because the toys are not of very high quality and easily chewed up. The treats made my dog SO sick that he had 2 months' worth of explosive diarrhea. He soiled the carpets in the house several times because he could not make it outside in time. It was like a steady stream of water coming out of him and he got dehydrated. I lost my credit card that was on the Bullymake account and had to have a new card issued. I was assured by my credit card company that Bullymake could not get my new CC number, but they called Mastercard and got it and charged me for yet another box. I have filed a dispute with my CC card company, but Bullymake is saying I owe them. I sent the last box back to them with a tracking number vie the **** The tracking number on it is **********************. I dont want any more of their junk product. I have now spent 3 months trying to cancel and get my CC refunded. I am seriously. considering hiring an attorney and suing them for reimbursement for the vet bills and the carpet cleaning bills if the cost of the last box is not credited back to my CC. It was a charge of $33.92

    I authorized a charge of $25.14 on 11/24 for a 3 month supply of a box that included dog treats and toys. I received the box and it had two small cheap toys and 3 small bags of treats. The treats made both of my dogs ill and they had no interest in the toys. This month the company charged the $41.90. I contacted them to explain the situation and inquire about the amount. They stated that the first month was only for the $25.14 and there could be no cancellation because I was in a contract. That I would be charged this amount again and they had no intention of cancelling or stopping the shipments. They were not concerned with the fact that my dogs were ill and I was unsatisfied with their product. They said I should have only purchased one box. I explained I was trying to utilize the promotion they had for the $25.14 since I am on a fixed income. They have been completely unhelpful or unwilling to work with me or acknowledge that they were not clear in the price change or inability to cancel if needed.

    Closed my Bullymake account on 12/5 via email request. Email was received the account should have been closed per my request on 12/5. It was not closed now I have a charge on my debit card for $58.94. I contacted Bullymake customer service and they will not credit my account immediately even though no items should have been sent after 12/5 date of my cancelled subscription. (*****) in customer service states I must refuse the Item or **** return to sender once it is received and processed I will get my deserved refund. I do not feel I should have my money held up for Bullymakes failure to cancel my subscription per my 12/5 request. The items will be sent back but it is the holding of my money I do not agree with
