    I logged into bullymake to check on their products. Had to sign up for an account to get amounts for products. Price was too high so I exited out of account setup. Over a month later I've been charged on a debit card I did not provide to them and a box is being shipped to me I never authorized this transaction.

    They don't stand behind their satisfaction guarantee. We purchased two toys from an independent retailer and our dog destroyed one of them within 30 minutes. I contacted the company for a replacement, as their packaging says they will replace it for free if you are dissatisfied. They proceeded to inform me that they are not affiliated with the store that I bought the toys from and will not provide a replacement toy. That was $30 down the drain as this company won't even back their own guarantee.

    Used a promo code for a discounted BullyMake box. Received box and within one hour the toy was completely destroyed by my 12 pound puppy. Tried to chat with a rep at BullyMake who told me he couldnt cancel my subscription and that I agreed to a 12 contract when I hit submit. I NEVER SAW any terms or conditions upon signing up for my first box or I would not have signed up. He was rude and not helpful. When I checked my bank statement they also double charged me as well. All I want is to cancel this subscription and not be charged any more since their product are not as they were advertised as tough toys because they were not at all. Bad product and worst customer service!

    Just got double billed for the second month after requesting cancellation. No phone number listed to contact Bullymake directly, only a chat option.

    She reached out via chat and we have responded to her. Also even if her plan is under a COMMITMENT that she agreed upon, we terminated it as an exemption. Thus the second account too and refunded. Screenshot: ****************************

    I have reviewed the business response and I tentatively accept this resolution, but I will be watching my bank statements to make sure they dont **** me again. I have read through all of their previous BBB reviews and this issue is a common theme with Bullymake. They have been the rudest company have ever dealt with and I would guess they will be out of business before too long.

    I started a subscription for 1 year under the understanding that the toys they sell are indestructible. My dog completely ripped apart the toys within 1 hour of receiving the 1st box. They will not let me cancel. Multiple emails have been sent

    I purchased a singular one-off order from Bullymake for a toy only box to be delivered. Bullymake has signed me up to a subscription program which I did NOT approved or sign up for. They have emailed me advising of shipment for a second shipment that I did NOT order. My credit card has been fraudulently charged by this company. They have cancelled the subscription that THEY signed me up to without my approval but will not issue a refund for the second order. This second order was NOT made by me and I did NOT agree to sign up to any subscription. A full refund is required from this business.

    I ordered Bullymake boxes on 10-22-22 under the 12-month plan. My dog did not care for the toys, so I asked to cancel after 3 shipments in December. Bullymake said that I was committed to the 12-month plan but could reduce shipments to every 3 months. Today in my request to cancel before the renew date, I was told I still needed to purchase 6 more boxes.

    I had requested a cancellation of services and was denied. Then they kept charging my ex husbands card. It wasnt going through because he keeps it locked but had forgotten this time and the total was taken off as I was trying to change payment method. Because of that I had to send the remaining money in my account to my ex husband to cover the accidental expenses. When reached out for a refund, was denied. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

    I signed up for a subscription with Bullymake to get a box of dog toys and treats each month. They have advertised that your satisfaction is guaranteed and you can stop the subscription at any time. The treats smell like chemicals and make our dogs sick, and the toys are very low quality so I asked to cancel the subscription. They respond by saying I signed up for 12 months, so I can't cancel before then. I said I'm not satisfied with the quality so I want to stop now and they say I can only change which toy option I want, not cancel. It its $33.84 a month and I feel like they are falsely advertising and basically stealing my money.

    I am unsatisfied with the company's business practices around cancelling their services. When I originally signed up I paid for 1 year and expected to only be charged for that year. The next year they charged my card again without notice and continued to send product. They did this again for a 3rd year but I caught it 2 months later when reviewing my credit card statement. It is not possible to cancel on their website or remove your billing information.

    On Wednesday, July 5th, I received my dogs subscription box from Bullymake. Inside were two toys and three bags of treats. If anyone knows my pup? He loves his food and treats. I gave him two treats per the bags instructions. It was the next day, that I noticed his stool was mushy. And the day after that, it had full blown diarrhea. I have a frienchie and totally understood that their stomachs can be asbestosis which is why I gave it a few days to see how he would do. It got worse. I contacted my vet and had to pay out of pocket for a medicine to help. I contacted a bullymake on Saturday, July 8th to notify and see if I can get it canceled. I started the conversation, ** looking into canceling my subscription because the treats had my made my dog sick. Without questions, hesitation, or even saying a simple sorry, they had canceled my subscription. Luckily, I have the transcriptions on my phone. While my pup was running around cheery, he was miserable anytime hes had to go to the restroom. He has also completely soiled our home because he cant make it outside once he realizes he need to go. After complaint, an escalation ticket had been made in honor. With my sick pup, I havent heard back. I checked into today, and they told me that it hasnt even been looked at, and its now been 2.5 weeks. My Blu has showed improvement, but on Monday, it went back to mushy stool. It was brought to our attention that someone had given him a treat from the same ones that made him sick. Now we had to pay more out of our pocket and in the verge of dehydration. The second time, shouldnt have happened but I kept the treats due to the ongoing escalation. There has been no remorse or anything in regards to how upset my dogs stomach is and what that product has done. I have contacted all the socials and contacted the founder on LinkedIn. No contact back. So much more info to give and so little time to write about my experience.
