I canceled my subscription for their dog toy delivery service on 1/26/23. On 2/18/23 I received a delivery for a Bullymake box despite my cancellation. I contacted customer service to ensure I was not charged for the box. I was told that, because I did not respond to a request to state a reason for my cancellation, my account was not cancelled, therefore I owe for the product delivered....citing company policy. I disputed this policy and informed them of the illegal nature of the policy. I am seeking reimbursement of any charges made to my credit card. Got a 1 month subscription to try out the box and see if my dog liked it. Dog would not even touch the toys and never opened the treat bags. Asked for a refund and said they do not give refunds to used toys or opened treats. I tried explaining that i never opened the treats and my dog never used the toys but they still refused. I just want a refund. Willing to return box and everything. Very upset that they do not disclose any of this information up front and that customer service is difficult to contact to fix the problem.Initial Complaint

When folks cancel their subscriptions, it means they no longer want the product. I canceled within the past month and they are still charging my bank and sending the boxes. Today 2/9/2023 I received tracking again. I want a refund and I demand that they take my credit cards off their website. They have no way on their website to remove the cards, and I consider this theft. If they are not removed promptly I am going to call my bank, block them, and file a theft claim with my local police department here in **.Initial Complaint

This company is using a bait and switch type model. They say you can cancel your plan but once trying to do so, was told very rudely via email, "you knew what you signed up for". While the box is not bad, the products are fine for most dogs I'm sure. It wasn't a good fit for mine. I do many monthly subscriptions and have always been able to cancel when needed and I ultimately go back after a break. This is an exception. After further looking into Bullymake I've found that this is common with them. I'm currently moving after having been laid off and can not afford this at this time. I'm left with no option other then to cancel my credit card account. I'd would NEVER recommend this company.Initial Complaint

Sometime in November of 2022 I contacted Bullymake and explained that my payment for December 3rd would be late because my entire November paycheck was stolen by someone online and the individual left $65 in my account. I even provided a copy of the fraudelent charges. The individual that I communicated with was only concerned with when they could take the payment out for December. On January 16th I contacted Bullymake again and requested for my account to be canceled and for my credit card information to be removed as there is no option provided on the website to remove payment methods. I received a reply stating that my account had been canceled. On January 17th a payment for $52.83 processed in my bank account. I contacted ********************** twice and spoke with ****. I requested that a tracking number be provided since they already took the money out of my account. I communicated this request twice to **** and she has avoided giving me a tracking number which leads me to believe that **** and Bullymake have decided to keep the payment that was taken from my bank account. I am still trying to recover from the fraud to my account and now I'm dealing with a company that feels like it's okay to keep my payment and ignore my requests for a tracking number. At this point I would like a refund since **** refuses to send my dog his Bully Box tracking number and Jetz and Bullymake are refusing to issue a refund. Ordered a one-time bully box for a friend as a gift. There was an option to select one month. I was continued to be charged monthly after that, but was not aware my friend was still receiving the boxes since they live in another state. They did send emails but I was under the impression that it was a one time order. I was unable to cancel until I emailed them and there was no customer support service I could speak with on the phone. It is deceiving customers, especially who use this as a gift. I tried to cancel as it says can be done by contacting customer service but was told I can't even if I pay the different from the shipment price to the cost of the onetime shipment. I was told I can choose a shorter subscription length but I can't cancel. So... you can't call customer service to cancel as it's stated.Customer Answer

I received and email on 1/12/23 that's they cancelled my subscription. I replied to one of the emails from them letting them know I had contact you and that I had sent a copy of the emails and magically, they cancelled my subscription. I ordered from there website and explained the dog I had , I got toys I couldn't use. I sent them back and got no refund or response from them about the return. I spoke with someone via email about my displeasure and that the toys would not work for my dog. That I couldn't use their subscription service. I have the same complaint that it appears a lot of people do. I signed up for a 3 month subscription with Bullymake and they have continued to charge me beyond the 3 months. They do not respond to emails and there is no phone number to contact them. They appear to have a chat feature on their website, but it doesn't actually work.Business Response
