      This company goes above and beyond in terms of unnecessary invasions of privacy and asking for inappropriate levels of financial verification. Common sense is not allowed by the approval technicians, applied for a budget apartment that was half the cost of where I was currently living and demanded a phone call with my bank after already verifying bank statements, paystubs, and after calling current residence and place of employment. They had more than enough information for someone with a semblance of a brain to approve me for an apartment but so requested a three way call with my bank. Any company that hires ApproveShield is a company I will no longer do business with.

      this company is HORRIBLE. they make moving hard as it can be. Even if you have-roof of income and verifiable funds they will deny you for anything and its nothing the property will do about it. DO NOT MOVE ANYWHERE THATS USES THIS SCREENING COMPANY! you literally have to have 100k sitting your bank account for them to approve you. I pay they get shut down!!! ****** is way easier and detects fraud. Don't use approveshiled

      This company is horrible!!!! I filed an application for a grantor to help my son get an apartment. I filled out all the necessary paper work. They waited until the Friday before he was supposed to move in to call me and ask me about verification of employment . They also had to call my bank with me on 2-way to verify my direct deposits from guess who? My employer! This is ridiculous and has to be a violation of the fair housing act. I'm going to do whatever I can to put a stop to this illegal housing discrimination!!!

      I apply for an apartment at ************, i was informed that ApprovedShield provided them all the inaccurate information. They told Icon that I was getting evicted (My lease is up and I'm month to month awaiting my approval at Icon) also the manager said that no one contacted them concerning my lease, they also reported that I make $7000 less then the required income amount (I'm self-employed, I make monthly 5 times the rent amount via bank statements). This place is a joke and it's going to ruin the reputation of great ********************.

      I was denied with no way to reach out to someone. The complex was willing to let me move in with a higher deposit due to credit but they told me to reach out to ApproveShield which is impossible because they have absolutely no form of communication. Every email I sent to all the addresses I could find came back as undeliverable because the emails weren't valid. This company needs To contact me
