    During the month of November 2023, a purchase of 3 Honeywell 800 Lumen Outdoor Lantern with Selectable Color Temperature Item ********* were purchased from retailer ***** Club. During the summer of 2024, the lights went bad, no longer illuminating. First 1 light, then the second and now eventually all 3. I contacted the manufacturer at the provided phone number to make a claim for the first light, then the second and now with the 3rd light bad, this needs to be added to the claim. It has been over 6 months since contacting the company and being told that the lights were on back order with no additional contact from IDC.The lights no longer work and after waiting have finally replaced them with another purchase/product. I have retained the defective lights for verification, although I was told to dispose of ******* request is for the company to reimbursement my money as the items went bad during a covered manufacturer warranty period.

    On 10/28/24 I submitted a warranty claim for faulty outdoor string lights. On 11/15/24 I was contacted by Honeywell Client Relations approving a replacement set of string lights. Its now 1/10/25. I have emailed 2x since asking for updates or tracking. No resoonse. Phone numbers wont work.

    I submitted a warranty claim in June of 2024. I was told a replacement would take ***** weeks. To date, I have not received my replacement lights or been able to connect with this vendor. Their phone number does not work and they no not respond to emails. My Reference ID is #******.All emails and documentation are attached.

    THIS COMPANY HANDLES WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR *********. I REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT FOR A DAMAGED SECURITY LIGHT OVER 1 YEAR AGO. THE REPLACEMENT THEY SENT ME WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAIL REQUESTS AS WELL AS TALKED ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ************* NEVER SENT OUT THE REPLACEMENT. THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONES AND FAIL TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

    Bought some better homes and gardens path light 1 was broken out of the box,contacted the company about replacing, I sent over the info they ask for said my light would be replaced after 6 months and multiple emails just excuses and still no light

    In November of 2023 , I had purchased a (2) pack of 200-Lumen Black Solar LED Spot Lights (8) total lights for outdoor landscaping . The order was delivered and set up the filling spring of 2024. Upon unboxing lights for the first time , several of the lights were defective. After contacting ************** I was directed to contact the ************ company to file a complaint , due to the warranty was with ************ and bit with *****. I immediately contacted ************ and submitted all pertinent paperwork, receipts etc. I was contacted by ******** at IDC of which she responsed with an email I would be receiving all replacement lights (8) within 12 weeks, that was on May 22, 2024. I have yet to receive any replacements. I again emailed ******** for a follow up of which she replied , she was going to send the warehouse another email. Again , zero replacements. I have since emailed ******** with updates on the order , reference number ******, which again went unanswered. I am looking for (8) replacement lights or a refund of original purchase. Thank you

    I have been in touch with this company since June of 2024 about faulty lights. I have been told that the claim was approved and would be weeks before they would replace them. I have reached out at least 10 times for an answer to why they the replacements have not been sent to me. I am always told that they would check with the warehouse without any follow up to me. I made them aware if I did not have this resolved by the start of December, that i would put in a claim. I have no idea why this matter has not been finalized?     I purchased ********* 4ft led shop light(20 unit package) from ********** on3/01/2021, installed 18,over time one by one they quit working to the point where only 3 worked intermittently.On 6/24 2024 I initiated the warranty process fulfilling my part by 7/1/2024 on 10/10/2024 I sent an email only to get an automated response,on 10/16/2024 I tried contacting IDC by telephone only to be forwarded to voicemail or reaching numbers that are no longer in service,they have made no effort in resolving this warranty issue.

    I purchased four Honeywell outdoor wall lanterns from ********** in November of last year. One of the lights began to not come on at dusk in June. I contacted Honeywell and was told the item was on backorder but that they would send me a new one as soon as it was available. I've contacted them two more times since then and keep getting the same response. I now have a second light that isn't working. ********** won't do anything for me.

    I purchased a set of Honeywell/IDC LED wraparound lights in March 2020. The warranty on the product is good for 5 years. Two of the five lights I purchased are malfunctioning and blinking. I attempted to call the company's phone number listed on their warranty multiple times and it goes straight to voicemail. I have also sent multiple emails to their stated warranty department. All of my calls and emails have gone unanswered. I simply want replacement lights for the ones that have broke. The company is not being responsive or up front with their stated warranty.
