    Bought two LED lights from ***'s Club of this company. Both lights went bad from the LEDs burning out. They did replace one of these. However, for this one, I first contacted International Development Company (IDC) on 27 June, 2022.I have been in contact with them since, with them telling me: email will be sent to warehouse, She will send a different request, etc. They refuse to honor their warranty and send me a replacement LED light.

    Since August 2022, I have been attempting to get a warranty replacement of a string of LED lights from this company, but it has still not been received. I have been emailing them many times over the past year but there has always been some excuse as to why a replacement is not being sent. I am finally trying to escalate this.I have attached my original receipt and the email correspondence with the company as of today, 10/3/23.

    I spent over $200 on six sets of Honeywell LED String Lights, which have a 5-year warranty. Within months, every string had multiple bulbs that were either filled with water or burned out, including rarely used strings that are under cover. I first contacted them regarding warranty replacement on July 11, 2022. It is now September 27, 2023 and the issue still has not been resolved. They have claimed that the replacements were out of stock. Then, they told me that they were sending replacements and to expect ***** weeks to receive them. That was ****************************************************************************************************** that their system was down and they were unable to check the status of my warranty claim, but that I could check in with them again next week. It has now been a year and two months since I first contacted them and they still have not resolved the issue.

    I have been waiting over 28 weeks for warranty replacement on LED lights. This is an unacceptable amount of time. The company's website says that I could be refunded or sent an equivalent model at their discretion. Yet, I have not received anything either in over 28 weeks.

    On Feb 15, 2023, I submitted material for a warranty claim on LED lights.
    On Feb 16, 2023, I was told items were backordered and that I would be placed on the list to receive.
    On Jun 20, 2023, I contacted for update and was told my order has been completed and it can take up to 12 weeks for delivery.
    On Sep 5, 2023, I contacted for status since I had not received items or further communication.
    On Sep 12, ****, I contacted to request refund for price paid since I received no useful information or product in over 28 weeks.
    I bought a honeywell product, but it appears that they license out products from this company which, as can be seen, does not honor their warranty.

    I purchased a set of 6 LED Crackle Mainstay solar lights on clearance at ******* 7/11/2023. The solar lights worked for 2 nights and that was it. I checked the battery and bought new ones and the solar lights still do not work. It took me a while to find out who it was I would need to contact. After reading reviews on this solar light I saw a contact email and phone number. I emailed IDC customer service several times and was told to just return the light (rude email response), as they didn't have it in the warehouse. ******* does not have this light at the store so I can't return it. I have called and been placed on lengthy hold times but no customer service agent ever answers. This product is under warranty and I want something done immediately! I am highly disappointed with the service.

    I purchased 3 sets of outdoor lights on 3/15/21 that did not work properly. I contacted IDC and the items were replaced less than a year later. Upon installation of the new lights, they had the same issue as the previous ones (turning on by themselves, operating out of sequence, some bulbs staying on after turning the set off, etc). I contacted IDC again, as I was still under the ORIGINAL manufacturer's warranty. I have been communicating with **************** since February 23, 2023 regarding their replacement. I was advised that the 3 sets would be replaced again, but the item was out of stock. Then I was told the item was discontinued (likely because it's garbage). I was asked to select another similar product. I was given two choices, and was told that one was in-stock, and one was not. I selected the one that was "in stock: on March 1, 2023. I was advised that my shipment would be handled ASAP. I have periodically contacted "********" in customer service ever since, and each time, I am told that "the shipping department is backed up" and I would be taken care of soon. It has now been SIX MONTHS, and I contacted her again today, and she gave the same response. I asked for information on who to contact to escalate the issue, and she refused, only stating that "management is aware that we are slow." I have now gone an entire summer without any outdoor lighting that I paid for TWO YEARS AGO, and I am disgusted. At this point, I want my money refunded.

    Hi. I have been a long time supporter of **************** products for my house. As a result of my satisfaction with **************** products, such as my 3 portable power supplies: igen600s, I decided to try their solar lights after emailing customer service with a question about the solar lights. I purchased 2 and have previously provided the receipt to ****************. One of the lights failed shortly after using it and the other solar light is fine. Consequently, I requested a replacement during the first week in November for the solar light that has failed (see some of the attached emails that were printed and then scanned in). When I checked on the status of my replacement, I was informed that it could be 5-6 additional weeks for the replacement. I inquired if I could send back the defective product and receive a refund due to how long this is taking and I was informed that I could not. I am filing this complaint because this is terrible customer service especially since I have been a long time supporter of **************** products. I have never had to use their warranty before with any of their products. I am really shocked by this and I am now questioning whether I will purchase any additional products from ****************. I hope that this complaint reaches the corporate office for **************** because this is not how a long time supporter of ************ products should be treated or any customer.

    From 2019-2021 I bought approx 50+ of the honeywell 5000lm LED shop lights, advertised with a 5 year warranty, sold at sams for use in two of my personal garages. By late 2021, 11 of these had failed with only half or fewer LED's staying lit, and one more had failed completely, refusing to come on. Sam's was also out of stock nationwide and I was beyond the refund time period with them.

    Feb 2022 I contacted IDC via email using info provided by them to customer inquiries on the samsclub website. I received no response so I inquired again with another email the following week. Then, Claudine responded asking for proof of purchase, which I supplied, along with pictures of the failed LED lights. 3-17-22 Claudine promised replacements would be sent as soon as available.

    By 5-20 I had received nothing so I inquired again. Claudine responded "Unfortuntlaey, our shipping is very backlog and working hard to get all warranty's out. Please has been completed. "

    7-13 I inquired again and Claudine said "I sent this to my manager to review and she will contact the warehouse to see what is going on with the order. "

    7-22 I inquired again and this time Claudine stated: "I do apologize but I have my mgr. redoing the order with a updated shop light. I have 12 light s that will be sent. "

    I received nothing from them, since then I have sent inquiries 7-25, 8-8, and 8-16, all without response since. Obviously I am being ignored at this point in hopes that I go away.
