    The product is a Honeywell spotlight. I have been in touch with ********* who says, International Development Company is an active licensee and are the ones to address product issues. I have an email chain dating back to March 6th. On March 6th they indicated the following: "I do apologize about your faulty lights. Please bear in mind that ********* products are covered by a 5-year warranty if you can respond with the information below.The model number of your lights,photo of receipt containing store purchased and date.and your mailing address Ill then be able to activate the five-year warranty and provide replacements.Ill look forward to hearing from you!"Requested information was sent the same day (3/6/2024) (NOTE: the item in question was less than a year old)On the same day (3/6/2024) I received an acknowledgement - "Hello, I have completed your order for replacement(s). Please allow for processing and shipping can take up to 12 weeks,"The initial speedy communication led me to believe there would not be an issue. Since that day, I have sent several emails trying to follow-up. If I had not sent the emails, there would be no communication. I was told they would put the inquiry on a daily report to the warehouse (8/2/2024). I was last told they would forward the issue to "upper management to get information on tracking" (8/20/2024). Still no word. I would like a replacement as that is what was indicated on March 6th. Appreciate your help getting a timely response. The info in their emails lead you to a website that shows their name and address as **************************** International Development Company ****************************************************************

    Bought these lights last September and 1 was broke this company does the warranty for better homes and gardens lights. After over a week I received an email saying provide receipt, model number etc for warranty, I did and was told I would receive a spotlight as a replacement, I was fine with that was told it would be 12 weeks after that I emailed back about the light got the run around ,excuses they had to contact management to get a tracking number takes a few days,over a week goes buy I email again was told had to contact another department I forgot who.this goes on from September 2023 till around February. The lights didn't cost much but the point is all the lies and excuses that was made after I was told I would be sent another light. Don't lie about it just say upfront you never gonna send 1 out. Person I was talking to was ********

    It took 10 months to get this replacement and being lied to each time with excuses about the light,there hasn't been any contact since February or March and I know for a fact That BBB is the only reason my replacement was sent.

    I purchased four 4-foot LED shop lights from *********** There were two individual purchases, one of them ordered on January 8, 2023. One of the shop lights failed within two months and I contacted *********** but they would not replace it because I contacted them more than 90-days after the orders were placed. I then contacted the source of the LED shop lights, via their customer service e-mail address. The shop lights are advertised as being warranted for five years. I have been in contact with customer service since June 28, 2023. I have sent a total of six e-mails. Their response has been that they are waiting on stock to be able to make warranty replacements, until April 25, *********************************************************** three weeks. I e-mailed them on May 19, 2024, at which time they informed me that there was a delay. Nothing to show almost a year later, what a run around.

    I am rejecting this response because:   After a year of prodding/waiting for the business to fulfill their warranty, I bought another product so that I could work in my garage in low/no light conditions. I have no need for their replacements. They can come pick up their product at any time. I want my original purchase funds refunded.

    I purchased patio lights last July. In September, I contacted the company for replacement bulbs. I was told to expect 12 - 16 weeks delivery. I've been contacting them regularly by email and phone asking for a status. They have quit responding to me. My latest email (attached) describes the timeline in detail.

    The customer request for parts replacement was originally accepted into our system on 9/07/23.. Replacement parts were delayed due to inventory availability but were sent out as requested. The customer has recently advised that the parts were not received. Our inhouse system was also not able to provide delivery proof, and as such we have since resent the requested parts and notified the customer.

    I purchased the Honeywell Model NK0130A20610 Outdoor Floodlight manufactured and distributed by International Development Company (IDC) on 12/31/2022 at ******** The floodlight came with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. On November 23, ******************************************************************************************** two places under normal usage. I received a reply from ******** at IDC customer service on November 24, 2024 stating that they would send a replacement, but processing and shipping can take up to 12 weeks. On February 19, 2024, after receiving no replacement and no further communication from IDC, I emailed back to ******** requesting the status of the replacement shipment. I received a reply from her on February 20, 2024 stating, "I have included your information in a daily email to the warehouse to give me an update." After receiving no follow up, I emailed ******** again on February 23, 2024 to request an update. She replied on February 23, 2024, "I am escalating your email to upper management to give me an update on your order." I again received no follow up response and emailed ******** again on February 26, 2024 requesting a refund of my $37.42 original purchase amount. I have not received any response to this last email.

    I bought a set of faulty lights. I contacted customer service to order replacements. After being told I would get ************ they then started trying to get me to find another solution. Then they said it would be 12 weeks for my replacements to ship. It has now been 6 months and I have recieved no replacement lights.

    We purchased a *************************** to Dusk LED light from ********** on July 29, 2020; that had a 5 year warranty. ********** told me to contact Honeywell. On Aug 10, 2023, I called ************** and spoke to ********. ******** told me to text a picture of the receipt to ************. ******** said their system had been done for 3 weeks, & the shipment of my replacement could take 8 to 10 weeks. On Oct.11, I texted, & asked about the status of my claim.On Oct.16, I called & was told to email message to customer ********************* On ******, I received a text stating that shipping was taking up to 12 weeks.On Nov.7, I called a different number,***************), again ******** answered. I told her it has been 13 weeks & still NO light.Again, she reminded me that their system has been done for 3 weeks. She said she would check into ********** us an update. NO UPDATE! On Nov.14, I called **************, ******** said she couldn't find a tracking on ******** would speak to upper management. This time, I told her to refund my money as I had to purchase another light due ******************* reasons. The reference # *******.

    Filed an initial warranty claim for our Honeywell led lights on March 7, 2023. It was a 4 pack, initially only 1 light had started flickering. First email from ********, was cordial, stating it was covered under the 5 year warranty. I sent the necessary proof. Was told the light was on back order. Checked in June, still backordered. August, 2nd light flickering, asked to have it replaced as well. She responded the next day, it was added to the request. September, all 4 lights now flickering, asked if we could get a voucher to ********** and just buy a different style, but their brand. Nope, but they would replace with a different style. Sure I said, then she says with her now only response, Please allow for processing and shipping can take up to 12 weeks. THIRTEEN weeks later now, so I check again. Got the EXACT same response, Please allow for processing and shipping can take up to 12 weeks. I think theyre just hoping we all go away.

    I contacted IDC about a faulty Honeywell Ceiling light. It had a 5 year warranty and failed a few months later. At the end of June I sent them the receipt from ***'s Club. They said it could take up to 12 weeks maximum for replacement. It has now been 22 weeks. I keep getting the run around.. Their system is down, the warehouse is backed up, they are working on it. Nothing happens and I have not received the replacement. I do though keep getting excuses. I guess they will hope I just go away. Looks bad on Honeywell to have to deal with this company.

    I have two boxes of Cafe lights purchased from ************ that do not work when you plug them in because they did not update the App and the plug will not work manually. Design flaw. I have not received a response to my second request. THey were each @$75 and purchased in 2019. Regardless, they are defective if they cannot be used. Thank you!
