    I received my order. Looks like the correct model but is not whats in the picture. The shelf received is one full shelf whereas I ordered the shelf that opens halfway to allow bottles to fit in the fridge (retractable shelf).

    We emailed you a return label on May 30th. We advised the following:

    Our records show that we shipped the part exactly as ordered, but I understand you believe the item you received is not what you expected. 
    Changes to replacement parts are not uncommon by manufacturers as they discontinue models. 
    We do not have an alternate compatible replacement part to recommend. 
    To resolve this quickly:
    Pre-Paid Return Label  Ive attached a prepaid label so you can return the part at no cost to you.
    Inspection & Refund  As soon as the item is back in our warehouse, well inspect it and issue a full refund for the product price.
    If our inspection confirms the part differs from what you ordered, we will, of course, refund your shipping as well.
    Please note:
    You have 20 days to return this item upon receipt of the prepaid label.
    In the meantime if you have any other questions please feel free to contact us.

    I am unsure why you are submitting a BBB complaint when you have not returned the part with the postage paid label and we did not receive any further communication from you. This part is a substitution from the factory this is not a change that we made. We are more than happy to refund you once we receive the return.

    I ordered a motor for a vacuum motor online from this company on 5/28/25. Upon checkout, I was given two shipping options, Economy for $12.98 (2-5 days) or Expedited for $18.98 (1-3 days). I chose Expedited and paid the extra $6. When I hadnt received email notification that the part had shipped after three business days (Tuesday, 6/2), I called. There were no customer service **** and I was told to leave a message. I left a message and did the same thing on Wednesday. I never received a return call. I received an email on Thursday, 6/5 saying the part had shipped, six business days after my order was placed.I never received an email telling me the part was out of stock, on back order, or otherwise explaining the delay.I feel that this company misled me as a customer and took $6 for an Expedited delivery that they did not provide.

    3. All calls are documented in your order file for reference. If we missed connecting live, we always leave a message with the direct extension to avoid phone-tree delays. I do show that we did return your call and sent email for follow-up.

    In this case we would not make an adjustment as we fulfilled the order as promised.

    I ordered 3 mower blades, 1 wheel spindle, mower belt and pulley. All were listed as in stock and we paid for expedited shipping. Order was processed and I was given shipping confirmation for all items to arrive in 2-3 days. When my shipment arrived, it only contained the pulley, and was missing the other 8 items. When I contacted customer service, they told me that their supplier was out of stock and the at best guess, I would receive these items in about 3 weeks. Extremely misleading to tell customers that you have items in hand, tell customers that you shipped the items, knowing that you didnt ship the items and then having the customer find out when their shipment arrived that it is missing 8 items. Very dishonest, or at least very incompetent. Either way, I would not recommend buying from partswarehouse.com I would give them 0 of 5 stars.

    We have tried to contact you by both phone numbers you have provided, the number in your order says that it is disconnected and the number in the BBB complaint gives a busy signal.

    *According to the **** tracking record, the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout.

    Check nearby locations: Porch, mailbox, garage, side door, apartment office, or with neighbors who may have accepted it on your behalf.

    According to our records, part BIS-******* was shipped on May 6, 2025 via ****, and tracking number 9400 1502 0620 8002 4303 72 confirms the item was delivered. You can verify the delivery status directly at **** Tracking.
    Given that part of the order has been confirmed as delivered, a full refund is not applicable in this case. The other 2 parts are now cancelled and will be refunded today for $88.09.

    ordered part on April 28th 2025, they stated 2 to 5 buisness days shipping. Money was withdrawn from my account on April 28th, and to this day May 9th no product has been delivered. Nothing was sent confirming the order or when I viewed the website. They need to be out of business.

    Our standard shipping time is 2 to 5 business days, and we strive to meet that expectation. However, the item you ordered clearly stated that it was a Special Order, which also shows that "The Manufacturer is currently out of stock and awaiting replenishment. Usually ships within 2 to 6 weeks. (You can still cancel at any time prior to shipment.)" All of this information was shown before you placed your order.

    Additionally, I want to confirm that an order confirmation email was automatically sent to : ****************** at the time of purchase. If you did not receive one, it may have been filtered into your spam or promotions folderplease check there just in case.

    I ordered and paid for a set of blades for my riding mower. What I received was a badly damaged cardboard box that was heavily and clumsily taped containing a packing slip and wads of paper. NO BLADES!! Several attempts to reach Parts Warehouse by phone and e-mail have been unsuccessful (no response to either). I find this unacceptable and am at a loss as to how to get a refund or the merchandise that I ordered. Any help the Better Business Bureau can render would be much appreciated.

    On April 22, 2:18PM we received an email from ****************** stating that you did not receive the blades in the package. At 2:22PM on April 22 we replied to your email and asked for some photos of the package so we could escalate the issue to get you a resolution.

    We did not hear anything back from you till April 25th. In this email you had failed to provide the photos that we asked for both on the April 22nd email and phone call. On April 26th we received the photos of the damaged box by the carrier. We then responded on April 26th at 8:55PM asking you if a refund or a reshipment was preferred.

    We have not received a response from you till this BBB complaint/ All Email trails are attached showing that we did respond to every communication.

    At this time I have issued a refund. I apologize that the package arrived damaged by the carrier. We do strive to resolve every issue in a timely fashion.

    If we did not collect the sales tax we would be responsible for paying the tax deficit to the State of ******

    I am rejecting this response because the item was sold to the state of ********, not *****.  Different states have different rules, they need to get their tax application software updated by states, then zip code.

    Parts were ordered on 4/4/2025, and I was told that they were shipped out via **** on 4/9/2025. **** is renowned for their horrid service and terrible punctuality. It has been seven days since the parts were shipped out, and the tracking number indicated that they were delivered TODAY at 3:06 to my mailbox. The time now 4:07 and no mail has arrived. After 28 failed back to back attempts to reach this company to discuss a resolution, I have decided to reach out to the BBB for assistance with this matter. I either want my parts I ordered DELIVERED or I demand a FULL REFUND. And in the future, I highly highly recommend that they never use **** for any orders anymore.

    I purchased a part using their diagram and they sent me the wrong part. They insisted it was my error as the invoice showed I had ordered this part but per the invoice I received and the invoice they texted me it only shows the part name not the part number so I took it as I had ordered the correct part but they say I did not. There is either an error in their system that shows the part but orders the other part I received or some other internal error. All they would say is they do not accept returns and it was my fault. I expect them to supply me with the correct part as I had ordered.

    the day after filing the complaint the business contacted me offering a full refund and sent me a return label. The parts have been returned and I am awaiting the refund at this point.
