Please forget their trustworthy reputation in the past and buy a computer from somewhere else. I previously bought a computer from Dell ten years ago so when I was looking for a newer one and saw they had a decent price, I went with them. The nightmare began when I realized after I ordered that the shipping address for my computer/*** drive was wrong. I thought since other companies allow you to change your address, cancel your order, etc. when this happens and especially since I ordered the computer at 1 in the morning, I thought this would not be the major issue it has become. I at first tried to cancel my order which was only an option for the *** drive, later I got an email saying it could not be canceled. I called customer service thinking this could be simply resolved only to be told they could not stop my order. I would have to wait until it is shipped out, delivered to the wrong address, shipped back (at the mercy of the people who received it) and then only after that in 10 to 15 business days can I get a refund. I could not believe that my order I placed at 1 in the morning that I did not get any notifications was shipped could not be stopped the first time I contacted customer service. They were acting like there could not be any communication between departments. The customer service agent then called me back later that day stating he would try to see if he can stop my package at the shipping facility which is Dell. Then after a couple of back-and-forth emails and notifications that things were shipped out and delivered to the wrong address, all communication stopped. Now a week later, I received a text message from the people who received my package stating they have it. I did not know how far their customer service and quality of ******************** have gone down over the years. I was surprised by their response regarding the shipment of the computer/*** drive and their lack of assistance with this issue. I now have a charge on my card for an item I never got

I ordered a latop from Dell 12/23. I got the laptop and 3 months later had to have the wifi card replaced among other repairs. I have changed internet providers 3 times thinking it was them. Ive had terrible connectivity issues since I got it. I contacted Dell and they had me run hours of tests, had me wipe out my laptop and reload. Still didnt fix it. Sent me to a UBreakit place to be repaired. IMPORTANT TO KNOW!! If they cannot duplicate the problem at repair place, Dell pretty much kicks you to the curb. My 2nd Dell had several fan issues. I gave them another shot thinking it was a fluke (this is my 3rd). I will NEVER purchase another one again! I have done enough work with/for dell on this laptop through tech support and running it for repairs that I could have paid for a new one if I could have been working my own job!!

Why was I sent an invoice in February 2025 when I paid off Dell last year in June 2024? I have not purchased anything from Dell. This account was paid off and closed June 10, 2024 with check # **** in the amout of $1254.63. The check cleared June 18, 2024. Then I was sent a bill in February 2025 with a charge of $129, called "Dell Auto Pay." What is that? Now they are saying I owe them $260 which include late fees. I've been trying to find out what this charge is. No one seems know. I contacted ************* and they referred me to Dell and each time, my call to Dell is dropped. Now they say my account is considered delinquent. This issue is messing with my credit, which I work very hard to keep at a certain range.

I bought a refurbished Laptop 3 weeks ago with a 3 year hardware warranty. The battery drains like a lead balloon out of the sky. Technical support is giving me the run around and will not fix the issue and Dell will not accept the return! This is horrible!!!

Unfortunately, there was a "glitch" in Dell's system the day I ordered my laptop - they duplicated the order and charged me for / sent two laptops. At this point I have wasted hours trying to navigate their ridiculous system, chatbots that do nothing and emails that go unanswered, all to return the computer that I never ordered. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to - Print a label (not available in my account) ** one of their **** put the return in, I think? So this is no longer an option... if it ever was. - Contact anyone using their seemingly useless "customer service" chatbot - Email "customer service"... no response I even "tried" to return the computer (that I didn't order) to sender... they sent it right back. This whole process has been ridiculous and unnecessarily drawn out. Leaving me on the hook for interest charges incurred for an unauthorized charge.

ok, i bought a new laptop, a G16 7630, a advertised gaming laptop, the laptops specs are above the recommended to play a game, it keeps crashing, blue screen of death, its been in the Dell Repair 3 times, each time its taken over a month, on the first repair it was returned with a bunch on dings on it, this time since it says a part is delayed, its been over a month, they at first offered a replacement since the delay was 3 months out, now they say i dont get a replacement and i have to wait another 3 weeks. I wouldnt recommend A Dell product anymore, its usually my go to but after this experience, ill shop around and avoid Dell

I am a business owner attempting to make an order for multiple business locations. Unfortunately Dell a computer giant in this industry has zero personnel to assist with simply allowing a consumer to press submit at checkout. I have wasted multiple hours to complete a $12,000 transaction and have been unable to do so because dell requires an email verification to be sent. All other emails from dell were received with zero problem, yet this verification email has been requested over 30 times. I find it concerning that Dell who writes programs has zero people to assist with removing or accepting cookies so that a transaction can be completed. The fact that I wasted 3 hours of my life trying to just purchase a product is disgusting. What would happen when I have a technical issue. Looks like nothing. Use your hard earned money with a company that values your business.

I have a M17 5 that bought in 2023. I bought premium support. Been having problems with it since I bought it more than 10 times. Dell keeps trying to trouble shoot and nothing. Send it to SA to fix it. They send it back and less than 6 months later keep having problems. They dont want to upgrade me, nor exchange it. Once my premium support runs out. Im SOL even though i ha e plenty of proof this laptop has issues since i bought it. This is crazy. Last time I will buy an Alienware laptop. This is how companies lose customers.

I sent the following email to Mr ********************** on June 17, with no reply:"I purchased your ********************** Tower on April 29th, with the McAfee Premium 3-year. During a service chat with your tech support on May 5th, I was told this software would autoload after my current subscription ended. On June 12th, I received an email from ****** that I no longer had protection. During a tech support chat that same day, it appears this software was never activated by **********************. It has been over 6 weeks since I purchased the system. I have spent over 9 hours with your tech support teams. They couldn't figure it out and it's still not activated with McAfee.I feel that ********************** Technologies should reimburse me for the cost of this software, as I have paid for something that is not working. I am requesting your help in making this right."

I bought a laptop from them years ago that I loved using, and I continued to purchase extended warranties through them, always the most expensive warranty for the longest time. I could have purchased a new computer for what I spent on warranties. Over the years, there were multiple issues and service visits. Eventually, a replacement offer was made that I was not satisfied with, but after much escalation through the company, I ultimately agreed. The replacement laptop was just okay, but it also had problems, to the point where it needed to be replaced. I've had them send techs out who were not knowledgeable at all, and one actually ruined a laptop. Finally, when they replaced the laptop with the one I have now, it was nothing like my original laptops. Far too big to travel with, and virtually impossible for me to use for my writing. I've had multiple problems with it since day 1, and sent it back a few times, but they can never find anything wrong. The battery does not hold a charge for more than a few minutes. It gets exceptionally hot to the point it burns my fingers within 30 minutes of use. They no longer let me get extended warranties, so they wouldn't even cover it unless I paid. Years ago, Dell was great. Now, I would tell everyone NOT to buy their computers.
