      I'm on my third Alienware laptop as the first two were incredible. I mean the one from 2011 is still running. It just won't die. So I bought a new on on black friday 2021 and have had nothing but problems ever since. They have replaced the laptop once and the motherboard in each unit twice. I know the technician by name now and we've become friends. I've been building and repairing computers for around 15 years now. I'm not some greenhorn putting my latop on a stack of pillows and not knowing why it keeps dieing. I've been asking for a refund since January 2022 and it's not August. They keep siting the same BS about policy this and that and keep sending me new parts that break after a month. It's all under warranty but it keeps breaking over and over. So when my warranty runs out, I'm just going to be sitting here with a $2500 brick. They are a soulless company full of robots who site you policy and talk to you like everything is your fault, there's nothing they can do, and you're wasting their precious time. I will never support this company in any capacity ever again and will make sure everyone I know never does either.

      I was having issues with my 2 years old desktop (all in one )and .sent my computer (off warranty) to Dell to their technical support in ***** to be repair after paying $59 for diagnosis, dell sent me empty box withe return label to my address, 4 days later i called them to follow up they told me you need a new LCD screen it cost $179 I paid , week later repair completed and shipped with ***** with tracking # . 2 days later i got texted from ***** that delivery completed. never got my computer after a few calls to ***** I found out my computer was delivered to someone lives in ******** **.! !!! contact Dell, and all call diverted to overseas (*****) customer service. as of now it has been almost 3weeks and Dell is having a problem to get my computer back from a strange person who had my computer, my data, my personal information, my business my bank account SS, etc. all my sensitive information save on my hard drive is in hand of someone God knows???!!! it very frustration and angry and all they can tell me that they are sorry and they're working on it!!!! never make a business with Dell anymore.

      I tried to fix issues under my warranty that were making my machine unusable. I had a technician come and attempt repair and when that didnt work I sent it to dell repair center. it returned worse and in a very unusable condition. continuously crashed. I have spent countless hours with dell support and they have not been able to help. I feel I was sold a lemon. They do not offer extended warranty on their replacement parts so any parts that do get replaced won't be covered if they break and evidentially that is likely to happen again considering they have already broken. I truly never wish to buy a dell machine again and don't know how they could make this right.Their support team have been largely unhelpful.I just wish I could return the machine but I am sure dell wants to do everything they can to avoid that.

      Paid for service for dell technician to repair broken computer. Over five days have had repeated email and text messages saying a dell technician is trying to get in touch with us to schedule appointment when they have not. Electronic system has scheduled appointments for service when the technician never confirmed nor called. When technician calls, gives a time but then never shows up. When calling technician's personal voicemail and text, no answer. Dell simultaneously sends message that a service will happen now, at the same time as sending information that a part is on back order so there will be no service. Then the tech suddenly shows up with part, which incidentally does not fix computer dysfunction. Complete chaos 5 days waiting at home for service that never happens.
