      I would give them a zero they refuse to replace the computer because they have a software issue and flat out refused after I pay thousands of dollars for this computer and not only that but $500 for a warranty that they dont do nothing with. Its time for a class action lawsuit and I will be filing one because they are stealing our money and giving us false product. I have multiple recordings where Ive said on the phone for five hours or more for them to troubleshoot the same issue that continues to happen. They wont give you any corporate information. They will not escalate to corporate and they play the phone games and that oh this will take one to two business days oh, thatll take one to two business days. They avoid all the situation so they dont have to replace nor refund products and its terrible to us customers and if you actually look online on ******, I am not the only one whos had this issue. Someone needs to shut them down or make them come back to *******

      Dell's customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered a monitor and it has terrible back light bleed. My initial customer care request online was closed without receiving help from them. I then contacted them via phone and asked to return or exchange it. They kept routing me to different departments. I spent several hours on the phone with them, sending pictures back and jumping through hoops, and in the end they refused warranty service and claimed the monitor was "working as intended". Despite the fact that the lower left and right corners are extremely too bright, and it's not fixable. Each representative that I talked to was difficult to understand and communicate with. And I was disconnected multiple times.

      Bought a Dell gaming Laptop. The computer stopped working within a month. The computer was sent back for repair, it took the company 37 days to send it back. **************** told me the part kept being back ordered. When I received the Laptop back after trying to escalate the case. The package had about 8 to 10 worms inside crawling around the computer and the box. I called customer service and they have taken more than a week to even care about the situation. I am always being lied to. They tell me over the phone they will contact me within a certain amount of time but they don't. I have sent pictures and talked to over 10 customer service representatives and none has solved the problem, management does not care. They say the problem has been escalated but nothing has happened. It's been over a month and they don't seem to care about the faulty computer they sold me, or the literal worms in the package they sent me back after repairs. I was told not to touch the computer and now is just sitting there.

      Extremely Disappointed with Dell ProSupport Ongoing Issue for 2 Months Im incredibly frustrated with Dells ProSupport. I purchased a high-end machine for over $2,000 expecting reliable supportbut Ive been dealing with the same unresolved issue for over two months under ticket #********.The system began freezing shortly after purchase, and despite having ProSupport, the only solution Dell continues to push is reinstalling Windows 10an operating system that will be unsupported in just a few weeks. Weve already tried that, multiple times, with no lasting fix.Worse, I keep receiving repetitive text messages asking me to repeat the same troubleshooting steps weve already gone through. It feels like Dell support is stuck in a loop and not truly committed to resolving the root issue.I expected far better from a company of this scale, especially given the premium price and support package I paid for. Right now, Im left with an unreliable machine and no real path forward. Completely unacceptable.

      For decades, Dell earned my households trust. That trust is now gone.I purchased a Dell All in One desktop and two monitors from Amazon ******. The system arrived before the holidays. However, Dell backdated the warranty by more than ten weeks and refuses to adjust it to reflect the actual purchase and delivery. This left me with less coverage than what I paid for, which is unacceptable.The system came with only SupportAssist Basic, not the full support package that was expected with a professional-grade desktop. That downgrade was never made clear during the purchase.Even worse, it shipped with Windows 11 Home, not Windows 11 Pro. While Pro was not explicitly stated, all promotional material featured professionals and tech experts recommending the system for demanding use. This created a clear expectation for the Pro version. Dell refuses to offer any remedy.A Dell technician incorrectly told me the system could not support two external monitors. That was false. I connected two displays easily using a USB-C to HDMI 4K adapter. This misinformation almost led me to give up the system altogether.The most disappointing part was the response from a senior Dell representative. No apology. No correction. Just scripted replies, avoiding every issue raised.This is not just a product complaint. It is a warning. Dell is no longer the company it once was. I have submitted a formal complaint to the BBB and will pursue further action through the ******************, social media and consumer reporting platforms. Buyer beware.

      Dells service department lost my hard drivealong with personal and professional data and precious software licensesand no one will take responsibility. Their support system is a maze of finger-pointing, part-time agents, and dead ends. Ive spent weeks trying to get answers, and Im left with nothing but an empty computer and vague promises.Full Complaint:I sent my Dell desktop in for a warranty repair after being assured they would not erase or replace my hard drive. I included a written note inside the box requesting they preserve my data, and I also confirmed this with Dell representatives via email. Dell acknowledged the request and said it would be respected.Weeks later, I received the ** backstill not functioning. When a technician finally came to inspect it, they discovered the hard drive was missing entirely. Dell had removed it without my consent and never returned it.After I raised the issue, Dell stalled for days, then said too much time had passed to recover the driveeven though they had my computer that entire time. The case was handed between agents like **** Vinaykumar, and ***, none of whom resolved anything. When asked for accountability or escalation, I was told the matter was with a team called "Barrister"but I was denied any contact information. Ive been stonewalled at every turn.Dell refuses to admit fault, compensate me, or even explain what happened. My data is lostforeverand Im left with no one to hold responsible.This was not just a technical mistakeit was gross negligence followed by complete avoidance of responsibility. I trusted Dell with my property and my data, and they failed me at every step.Desired Resolution:I want Dell to: Acknowledge their mishandling of my hard drive. Provide compensation for the loss of my data. Hold someone accountable for the mishandling or theft of the drive. Reform their support system to ensure no other customer is treated this way again.

      My 5-star review to ****** ****** at Dell Tech Support:I recently purchased an Alienware 18 Area-51 gaming laptop which is amazing. However, there was a few minor tech issues and much needed updates that I unable to install. I reached out to Dell Tech Support and had the pleasure of receiving of being to assign to ****** ****** at Dell Tech Support, and I must say, he was exceptional. ******** professionalism, extensive knowledge, and incredible patience with me made resolving the technical issues quick and effortless. He not only identified the root cause promptly but also guided me clearly through each step of the solution, ensuring I understood the process fully. His warm, customer centric approach genuinely set the benchmark for outstanding customer service.Thank you, ******, for going above and beyond for me, Dell is very fortunate to have such an exceptional team member!       The Dell website lists a laptop, model DB16250, for $699.99. When i went to place the order, it came up for $1149. I called customer service (I use the term loosely) and was told by *******, ID *******, that the 699 price was a mistake. I informed him that they are supposed to honor the advertised price but he would not do it. Been a Dell customer for a few decades now and it has gone down hill. Looking at ** now.

      Ordered a service request on May 10th 2025. Thirteen days later and I still have not received the box to send my laptop in. I call customer service and they tell me my order was somehow cancelled. So they re-ordered the box and packaging to be sent to my home. I receive the box and packaging and its too small, the laptop doesn't fit. I call customer service and technical assistance three times and was told they were going to transfer my call to technical. No one ever answered. I was on hold for ten minutes. At this point I just want to cancel my order but I can't even get a hold of anyone to do so. Horrible experience and I will take my laptop to somewhere local.

      I had a simple issue (I thought) with a new Dell Inspiron desktop. The sound card failed. I tried to submit a service request 2 weeks ago. Nothing heard. I know what the problem is - I did all the testing they recommended. The sound card portion of the motherboard doesn't work. Regardless, I haven't heard a word in 2 weeks. I have wasted several hours trying to talk to an actual person - not possible. I tried calling the number they provided - it is too late - they are closed. And I am now a died in the wool Dell hater.
