Dell your ***** CS sucks!!!I spent 5+ months explaining there is an issue with your monitor. You keep asking me to test the same things over and over, forget every thing I told you within 15 min, I have given you videos, photos, test results and you keep losing them...I'm losing my f***ing mind and cant handle this anymore... I need a US based English speaking human with half a brain that can understand basic technology. Also I got lied to about another number being US based CS... yet I get *************** I clench my fists the more I have to reply to their messages and give up... I cant deal with this... they keep stringing me along, my warranty will run out

Returned a brand new Dell *** **** due to audio headphone **** issue where waves maxx audio prevents it from switching source inputs correctly. After months of tech support from Dell, I tried ********* tech support who told me it was 100% a Dell issue and nothing to do with Windows. Windows 11 was reinstalled twice along with audio drivers. It is not a hardware or driver issue but the application itself of waves maxx audio controlling the audio source. Spoke with Apple as well since it prevented iTunes from working (as well as ******** who said again it was a Dell specific issue. I then returned the laptop to ****** and stupidly trusted Dell saying that is was a *************** hardware issue that was built into the headphone ****" and since they would only provide a refurbished model with a lower value despite that I just bought this one brand new I decided to just do a ****** return. The only other option Dell ofered was to wait months until the daughter board was shipped from ***** due to backorders and global supply chain issues and then schedule an appointment for a technician to come out and take my weeks old new Dell apart and replace it. So rather than wait a few months and miss the return window and end up with a tampered with computer (that would again not actually even fix the issue) I returned it to ******. Since I figured it was a one off quality control issue I then bought a Dell *** **** the newer version of the one I had and again within minutes of use it was the same exact problem. It is not a hardware problem it is a Dell problem and the *** was designed with no other option to control the headphone **** ****** You can delete all the Waves maxx audio software (which sounds crappy and has trouble controlling the ********************************* conflict) and drivers and default to the realtek and ***** windows drivers but you will lose the control of how the headphone **** functions since it is DEPENDENT on the waves maxx audio for basic function

Horrible computer experience, from the first month until 1- 1/2 year in the Alienware computer has ran /like a 300-dollar t*** A high-end laptop should work out of the box and not have too constantly deal with issues from crashing when plugging an ethernet cord, to black screen flashes to many driver issues going on at least once a week in some fashion. I built a PC for half the cost and ran many times better than the Alienware POS. I even had to buy extend warranty because I knew the issues would never stop. Dell would not extend warranty even thought my computer was experience many issues. With every repair the computer gets worse, now its going to the depo, can't wait for these results. While Dell technicians are always there no one reads internal notes of the issues, and you find yourself repeating many of the same steps. I am now on my 3 fresh reinstall of windows and am about done with dell in all future purchases. Do yourself a favor and avoid dell and save money!!!

Scumbags. Do you like paying money for absolutely nothing in return? Then Dell Technologies is for you! Pay thousands of dollars on hardware that fails after a year or so. Pay hundreds on service plans - to insure your ************* - that dont provide technical support or replacement. Want a new part, but feel like waiting 3 months for a basic graphics card that ends up not being what you ordered to begin with? To be installed by a tech that will never arrive at your appointment date? They spend a lot of money to make sure the words customer service appear everywhere. But when it come time for Dell to produce, they fail .. miserably.Awful customer service logistics from start to finish.

My computer crashed and multiple techs (4 or 5, I can't remember) didn't know how to fix all my problems. Four weeks were wasted on incomplete or non-fixes. One tech fixed all the problems and then clicked on the upload Windows 11 update which I didn't want. She signed off and didn't call me back as she had promised. Now my 4 year service contract has expired and I'm not paying for an extension. I want an American to help me. **** outsourcing technical help to people whose first language isn't English.

My laptop screen stuck to the keyboard without being dropped or opened aggressively. I immediately contacted Support and was with them for over an hour. It was extremely frustrating because I was transferred multiple times, and my address was not taken correctly. As a result, I had to make an additional call to DELL and wait a longer than a week to receive a shipping box. My laptop was returned and fixed. However, there was no notification as to why my computer had DELL admin account. I had to contact DELL for assistance removing the admin and factory resetting my laptop. I also told them that my laptop was returned with scratches from DELL on 8/11/2022. Via chat support, I provided pictures, and my agent said my case would be elevated and I would get a response within ***** hours. On August 13, I received an email stating the agent was trying to chat with me. However, when I clicked the link, my chat did not start. I started a new conversation with an agent and was told to use my old link because no chat history could be found. 8/15/22 I emailed Support. I processed to get several emails that said, "Thank you for contacting DELL Community. We look forward to continuing to assist you in resolving your issue... please click the resume chat link". I think these were spam.I would not recommend DELL since the employee may not show as much care when completing repairs. Contacting Support is complex, and some employees struggle to understand customers like me. The system used for chat support and follow emails was ineffective in my situation.

I bought a Dell DVD reader/burner online from Dell for my wife's new Dell computer using Windows 10 Home. The DVD drive would play a DVD but would NOT eject the disc. We had to use a paper clip to force eject the disc.I called three different Dell numbers for customer support and warranty support. I was transferred to a total of 10 people, three of whom disconnected my call. I wasted over an hour with these people. All were from overseas support centers and none has a clue about what to do. All spoke poor English and when I requested to be transferred to a US support group I was transferred to another overseas call center. For $35 I paid for the unit, it now goes to a landfill. I'll buy a replacement from Best Buy where I can return it if its not working.Ditto for any future computers or related devices. I can then speak to a real person in the store.

I just spent $2076.00 on july 28, 2022, my laptop was supposed to arrive at my grandfathers house on the 8th of August 2022. There was a delay so it was now supposed to arrive 13th of August. I simply wanted to change the address from my grandfathers address to my new address because I just moved and Geesun ********* just e-mailed ***** as the shipper and canceled my order, they just took the money off of my three cards i used to make the purchase and are claiming I have to wait to have my money refunded so I HAVE A DEADLINE AND NEED A LAPTOP I want to go purchase a laptop from another company but since Dell refuses to give me my money back right now I'm going to have to wait until my laptop gets sent back to Dell? WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE. I'm going to lose out on money if I don't meet this deadline do you understand? That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Recently our corporation ordered hardware from Dell to solve an issue due to the exclusivity of having Dell hardware. The part number that was ordered immediately had delays (to be expected), but once the delays were pushed back 4 times in a time-frame of 2 months, Dell informed us that the product was EOL and is no longer in their list of items to purchase. However, this part is available for sale on their website, on ***************** Instagram, and most media advertising. When this was brought ** in the shipping process and an open ticket, the response was "sorry for the inconvenience", but ZERO actions were taken actually to help the customer. Beware of buying items from ********************** as they will not deliver and will take it lightly as if it's not their problem.
