      Terrible business practices! Ive wasted so much time trying to resolve a problem with them. Im walking away from it, but hoping to help another person from dealing with them.

      I rentaled a car from booking.com months ago. When I showed up, I was presented with sneaky stipulations that was not shown in my contract. You needed one of the selected insurances, full coverage and 300k worth of liability insurance. If you didn't have all three, you had to pay an extra 100 for their insurance ( incase you got a Lamborghini ) . My mother was furious since this was never stated before renting the car. The man got mad at my mother being angry about the sudden changed price and he told me to take my card and leave. I didn't get my rental and I was still charged for the car. I never signed paperwork to get the car and I wanted the car. They turned me down out of anger and still charged me for the car

      ************** DO NOT USE THEM!! Hundreds of bogus fees and after that they try to claim damage to the car for buffing and rim polishing for $****.00. I dropped the car off with attendant and he took car no issues. There was no damage it rained the car was dirty. Then I get some ***************** in the mail for **** bucks. The slimy sales associates are true scam artists. Save yourself and use a real company. Thank god I have Amex platinum with rental coverage hopefully they no longer recommend this trash company once Im through with them.

      This company operates like it has mob connections. I refused all add ons that the salesperson handling me offered . When I returned the car they wouldn't give me a receipt . They said they would email one. Needless to say my final **** was 3 x's what Expedia had quoted me. When I called back to discuss my **** and have it corrected I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. I have never ever been treated and cheated by a rental company until now. This company will go out of business eventually and I'm sure they will suffer a class action suit eventually. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

      COMPLETE bait and switch. We wanted a sport car. The agent started listing cars we could pick from. Once decided he told us the price and it was doubled! We had no idea he was trying to talk us into a double the price upgrade! We stuck with what we originally had but apparently they did not have any sedans left (yeah right). They gave ** a jeep cherokee, an "upgrade" (not!). The trunk squeaked the whole time, a blinker went out and the lock was installed upside down. VERY UPSET!!
