      I wish I can enter 0 star so that I can give it to them. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We booked a car for 3 days on ****** at *********************** for $83. After we got there, first the line was super long and we had to wait for 2 hours to get our car. Second, the people there are so mean, because they were so busy, they won't tell you there is hidden fee in the car rental, and we were charged for $300 extra. We thought those are the deposit they like to keep. BUT when we return the car, they charged us that amount and told us those are the insurance, glass and tire protection, we got when we rent the car. But we were never asked for a car insurance, they were not clear to us when we rent the car, so the total amount came out to be more than $400!!!This company is SUPER SHADY and NOT friendly at all. They were so mean and speaking threatening way. I WOULD NEVER CAME BACK TO THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM NU CAR RENTAL.

      The experience was terrible! I had booked one car by Expedia. I got an email that informed that I was charged $***** after I had got car. I was thinking it may be deposits. I did do anything. Another bill came the next day after car returned. It was $*****. I was confused and told them I booked car by Expedia and all fee was already pay to Expedia. Then I got one adjusted bill, it was $ ******. They told me there was lots of sand, which charged me $***. We had driven to ******************, not any beach! How many sands we could bring to car?! There were not any floor mats in car. I do believe this was cheating. According to the bills from them, its totally system cheating! This is first experience that I was charged by both car rental and intermediary company. They don't deserve 1 start to be honest:Never use Nu!

      Worst rental car experience ever. Almost impossible to reach them by phone or email after we prepaid (nonrefundable) for the car; overcharged an extra $227 at the pickup location, which is 7.5 miles from the airport; we waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that there are $227 of 'extra' charges. Stranded **** miles from home, and $500 prepaid nonrefundable, we were coerced into paying the extra charges. Other customers there said the same thing happened to them. We called the company, and were told "there is nothing we can do about it". We had booked the rental 2 months ahead because of the quoted cost. BAIT N SWITCH.

      20 out of 10 scale for ******* she was excellent and explained everything she was detailed. She upgraded ** due to the inconvenience of the shuttle not being present. We had to taxi. ******* center was fast and friendly. ******* went above industry standards. Shuttle did take us back for the departed it went well. ******* was great with his service and history of *******. Please reward and recognized ******* for a job well done. ******** and ****** made it enjoyable as well during the arrival. You all Rock. Keep it up

      They don't even deserve one star! Booked our rental one month ahead and even prepaid the rental. When we arrived at the car rental, we couldn't find them. Had to ****** their number and when someone picked up they said they're closed! Closed on Saturdays at 3pm???? They also said that they don't have the van for our ********************! We had to pay extra for Dodge Durango. What a ripped off. I was stuck with my 2 sons (10 y/o and 5 y/o) with no vehicle/van but to pay extra $120 because they gave my van ******************** to someone else and to top of this, when I checked my credit card statement, they charged me more than $120! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

      I booked a car rental on Expedia last week in ****** and I guess the only car rental company with cars was NU. They had 4 transport vans running customers from the airport to the rental office and luckily we got on 1 in matter of minutes but other people said they had been waiting for an hour. When we got to the checkout counter the guy asked if I wanted the base insurance or the premium. I usually don't get the insurance but I decided not to fight it this time. My vehicle was supposed to be $57 a day for 4 days. My **** at checkout was $454.00. I asked how much the insurance was and he said $23 a day. I was in a hurry so I didn't question like should have. After we got in the car my wife started looking at the **** and she said I got charged for a "upgrade charge" for $59.97 and a glass and tire protection for $29.97. I was never told this. I learned my ******* I will only use reputable companies like Enterprise or Hertz next time or not go. This company is shady and not customer friendly. No one was there when we brought the vehicle back so we parked the truck and started walking to the office and a lady came out of no where. She rudely asked if we left the keys in the truck and when I told her no, she gave me a bad look and stuck her hand out. I guess if you're desperate, use them but make sure you look over the **** before you pay.

      So the process of getting the car and returning it went very smoothly at the **************. I would give a 4 or 5 star rating if not for the following issue. I specifically told the agent I did not need any insurance (never have, never will) but after returning the car learned that I had intialized to sign up for, not decline insurance. The agent clearly mislead me. I read many reviews warning about this but I still fell prey. I've reached out to complain and the company stood behind what I initialized. Not a company I will ever go back to. For those who have to use this company because of car shortages, read the rental agreement very carefully.

      Worst costumer service ever!!!So rude to us military people!!!?????????Me and my wife did reservations online we came to pick up the car and they told us that they dont have the car!!!The girl was soooo rude she told me we cant do anything!!!!!They left without a car in a middle of nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!Im so upset And also called customer service and they told us you can cancel and thats it!!!!!

      I rented a car through Price-Line a third party agency that made a reservation through ************* at ***************************************************************. When I arrived to pick up my car that I had reserved the employee told me that they DID NOT have a car available.for me. However, they told me that I could rent an expensive SUV that was not economical and I could not afford . They told me to contact Priceline for an adjustment on my charged **** card. as they could NOT help me. I had to rent another car from another rental agency. that same day. I contacted Priceline, and after numerous phone calls and emails, I was told that the car that I had reserved had been Rented for the 3 days, from NU Car Rentals even though I did NOT use nor have possession of the car rental at any time. My **** Card has been charged, I filed a complaint with Priceline and sent them documentation showing my new car rental for the same date from another car rental agency. After numerous emails and phone calls, they replied that your NU CAR ************* claimed that I Rented the car. I would like to file a formal complaint and believe that this is FRAUD. I did NOT rent the car from NU CAR Rentals. This was a costlly mistake and will NOT recommend Priceline NOR NU CAR Rental to anyone,

      They don't deserve 1 start to be honest: PLease read my email to them I am reaching out because I was at the Nu ******************************** near the airport and my rental was given away despite me paying for it months in ad***ce, giving multiple attempts that I was on my way to get it, and when I arrive to pick it up they still give my rental away. The first time I called I was told to get there as soon as possible, which I did. I called on my way over there, and arrived there at 12:31 or 12:32. I pleaded with two different coworkers to not give away the rental because I had reserved and paid for it months in ad***ce.I was on hold when I was on my way over there for more than 12 minutes and I even screen shot the time. This was an attempt to stall and delay so they could give my rental to another family.Basically, when I got there they were already giving my rental away to another family despite me calling prior to 12:30 to tell them I was going to be 2 minutes late. This is not professional, and as a business, where is the customer service when the employees are already giving away my rental prior to my 2 hour window. This was unprofessional on every level. I stressed my urgency immediately when I got there, and they still went ahead and gave my rental to another family.They offered another rental which was not the mini *** I needed for space, and offered my a suv that was limited with space. On top of that, I was charged 100+ for this car despite their error. How is this fair and legitimate as a business. Where is the business ethic and standards. This is extremely frustrating on many levels. I paid, I showed up, I called in ad***ce to address my concern, and my rental that I paid for was given away. I had to sacrifice leaving many things behind because the space was much smaller. Please let me know how I could move forward in addressing my complaint to corporate. If there are cameras in the office, please refer to those for time reference.Thank You-
