      I am about to file a suit against your company. My online check order was processed and confirmed (email for which does not provide an order number). You withdrew the money from my account in late April. I received an automated notice that my checks could not be delivered instructing me to contact my financial institution. They referred me back to you.I have made multiple attempts to use automated **************** line - my routing and account numbers NOT RECOGNIZED. I have used the email portal on three occasions requesting: order status, confirmation the checks were destroyed and refund. NO RESPONSE. NONE. I want my $100 back. If no response or refund within 30 days, per state of Texas statute, I will be filing a complaint for breach of contract in my state and copy state of *****. I would like to file criminal charges but there is no way to obtain any corporate info for your company - even your corporate number is not valid. You have destroyed Harland Clarke's reputation - if you no longer want to be in the personal check business then just get out. Or have you been taken over by a private equity firm and filing bankruptcy? Either way - I want my refund and nothing more to do with you.

      On hold for an hour and half for a mistake they made on a check order. Then they dropped the call. They appear to have taken the approach to put people on hold until they give up. If you don't give up they will drop the call. There are many poor reviews for this company. I gave up and ordered from a different company. Loosing business may be the only way for them to improve customer service.

      We experienced a phone system update on Monday, May 5, 2025, that effected the call experience causing longer hold times than we would typically prefer. Our workforce team monitors hold times carefully and adjusts schedules as needed to reduce any impact on clients and customers. In addition to contacting our ********************** for an order we produced, another option would be to contact her financial institution to assist with any order concerns since the ** would also have access to the order system on their side. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      Ordered checks on 3/31/2025. They were through my bank as free which are untrackable. Shipping for trackable costs more than the cost of checks anywhere else.Status changed to shipped 4/1 with delivery promised at max 12 business days. No checks.Harland Clarke customer service refers to my bank. Bank ********************** is the merchant. No resolution.Will order from another merchant with the same check numbers. No idea if Harland Clarke could have possibly printed and shipped my "free" order in 24 hours. Possible but not probable. Now I have to worry about fraud if the order is lost, stolen or just not ever fulfilled.

      Harland is a longtime provider of checks. But it charges three or four prices and has dreadful customer service. Do not be fooled. Go somewhere else to shop.

      Time sensitive issue. Called to see if we could overnight or expedite check delivery. They told me it would be ***** and they can overnight it. I said yes because its urgent. *************** would have been day 7-10. Tracking now shows arrival at day 10. I m not sure what we discussed but clearly they said all the right things I wanted to hear then took the money and said just *************** is fine. My initial business that needed the expedited checks is ruined. I paid for something that never existed. This company will continue to thrive with incompetency.

      On December 20, 2024, ****** *** responded via email to our request for contact with additional insight into his situation. Unfortunately, it did not result in finding relevant order history. We need more from Mr. *** to be able to locate his referenced order so we can issue a refund. We followed up with Mr. *** on January 2, 2025. As of January 6, 2025, we have not received a response. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Mr. *** and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

      Terrible customer service. Tried to find status of my shipment (which has been over two weeks). The person on he customer service line was probably in the *********** and was of no help in tracking my order. I will not use ****** Clarke in the future. I am contacting my financial institution and let them know of my problems since they process the original order

      On October 8, 2024 we reached out to gather more information to assist with his concerns. Mr. **** responded he would be unavailable until after October 15, 2024. As of October 23, 2024 we have not received a follow up response.  This review has been documented for future reference.

      I hope this information reaches the banks who use this company to provide checks so they can drop Harland Clarke and find a better provider. This company deserves a negative rating, not just "one star." Twice in the space of a few months they informed me that my checks were shipped, but twice in a row they were not delivered. How likely is that? I had to stop payment at my bank on the relevant check numbers. I am not confident that they actually shipped the checks as indicated. Too much of a coincidence. Despite the declining performance of the ****, I haven't ever not received a delivery, even if delayed. The option of "tracking" seems lame--it's not a guarantee, and it's priced way beyond its worth (and beyond what the *********** charges), but it seems as though they are trying to force customers to choose this overpriced, low-value option. I look forward to someone's class action lawsuit against Harland Clarke.

      On behalf of **********************, thank you for advising of Ms.******** ******* concern. We have reached out to Ms. ***** but as of October 29, 2024, a response has not been received. Research was completed based on her review and found relevant order history. Our production facility has reviewed her records and confirmed all 2024 orders have shipped without incident. None of the orders have been returned at this time and therefore, are unfortunately considered lost in the mail. The type of account Ms. ***** is assigned has her checks at no expense to her which includes the standard non-trackable shipping in lieu of our trackable methods we offer at the customer's discretion for better peace of mind. If Ms. ***** has any further concerns about the security of her account, it would be proper to contact her financial institution to assist with any other precautionary measures they may recommend. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms. ***** and appreciate the opportunity to respond to her concerns.

      I hate to give them one star. They're the very worst personal check supplier anywhere.Unbelievably they shipped my checks August 29th 2024 and they didn't arrive until September 27th.Why . . . they actually mailed my personal checks "standard mail" which is like junk mail, not even first class mail.Incredible.

      Both my banker and I attempted to reach Harland Clarke customer service to investigate missing orders/delays multiple times. Not only have the orders been messed up, but there actually is no customer service. There are phone numbers listed, but after navigating phone tree, they just say that no one is available to take your call, please order from website, and goodbye. I would score a zero if possible, as there is no way to investigate and there are repeated errors. This company should not be in business.

      Thank you for advising us of ************************* concerns.  We were able to make contact with ************** and discussed her overall experience. She confirmed receiving all of her orders. We have engaged her financial institution regarding her experience with them. Furthermore, we recently implemented a change with our contact center consumer phone line that ************** would contact for inquiries and reorders. The line directs consumers whose orders fall within a recent timeframe to our digital channels (web or phone automated system)and/or her financial institution for order status updates. ****************** banker was successful in making contact with our customer service on August 14, ******* apologize for any inconvenience she may have encountered with her recent order experience and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

      I order checks by phone on July 8th and never received them. I talked to different ladies and a notes were put in to have a supervisor call me. No one ever did. I was told the same thing by everyone " I don't know what's going on." This has to be the worst company I have dealt with in three years. I won't give it a star! Plus $ 27 for shipping ??? Not even China charges that !! No one reached out to me in 5 weeks.
