I will certainly not order checks through Bank Of America from this company ever again. The checks are overpriced and the shipping is horrible. I reordered checks on June 13 2024, I got a shipping notification on June 17. They had not come after 18 days so I had to order an expedited order for an extra $47 - when **** can deliver the same 3 day delivery for less than $10. What a rip-off!And that's for 40 measly checks. ***** Fargo will give you 80 checks for only $15.47! Bank of America needs to find out who ***** Fargo uses and then insist on using **** to deliver the checks in a timely fashion.Harland Clarke Corp.

We attempted to reach *********************** via email to gather more information to assist with his concerns. As of July 29, 2024, we have not received a response to our email.Research was completed and found the relevant Bank Of America account. The July 2024 order would be considered a reprint and is being credited back to the account for the full amount of that order. Credits are processed within 2 weeks. I will not be ordering directly through Harland Clarke Corp again. I will go to my bank so at least if there is a problem, my banking institution can maybe receive help. The phone numbers are ridiculous and not customer service. The email address, on the check does not exist. the ** phone number never rings, just a "busy signal" and then disconnects. No wonder you have such a low rating of customer reviews. Makes me not want to ever use checks again, just put everything on a card....the way big business drives the world to be....or should I say bad business.... I responded to my "need to reorder" message so I went ahead. It was not the same check type I have had the last 20 years with a carbon, it was a single check, carbonless. I can't even talk to anyone to see if I made the mistake and changed my order, though all I did was hit reorder and how many checks, the next check for the order was correct, but why different type checks? I expect a response and a call back.....my phone number in *********** is on my check if you need to be reminded.Harland Clarke Corp.

1 starWe will not be ordering checks from this company again. The first order that we placed last year, came to us WITHOUT THE **** ACCOUNT INFORMATION on the check. How in the world can you send out checks without account numbers? I called the ********************** and they had no record of our account or the order that we placed, so they could not refund our payment, or send new checks. We did not keep a record of the account number so the rep said that there was nothing they could do. We tried one more time last week to order checks and wouldn't you know it NO **** ACCOUNT INFORMATION PRINTED ON THE CHECKS AGAIN. The rep that I spoke with said he had never seen this happen before. Later in the conversation he said it was because we ordered online and the order goes straight to the printer and is not checked. Seriously! I would like to know what the percentage of online vs phone orders are. The receipt specifically says "Your order was prepared by skilled craftsmen using quality materials." Ordered checks back on October 17th 2023. Still have not gotten the checks. Impossible run-around with them online and over the phone. Terrible experience. I just want to cancel my order and be refunded my money.Harland Clarke Corp.

I had to put 1 get in the system. They deserve a zero or less the zero.This is by far the worst company to call. They have multiple automated numbers that no one answers.It has been approximately two weeks to get a live person to answer the phone.They charged my account for ********************** that were ordered at different bank for a different account.They never delivered the checks, but charged the premium price of $26 to the wrong bank, and wrong account.I have since cancelled the order, because they told the bank officer it will take two weeks to print and mail the checks. Every other business usually 7-10 business days is the standard practice for the delivery of checks..I am hoping they will refund the money soon. The checks were ordered in April, and here at the end of May nothing.****************Harland Clarke Corp.

After further research, it has been confirmed that check orders were placed for two separate accounts under two different financial intuitions,Comerica Bank & *************** ***** financial intuitions are not affiliated in any way. Each check order was placed by the respective financial intuition; Comerica Bank's check order was canceled and did not ship nor bill the account. According to Flagstar, the check order was billed accordingly based on the type of account he has, along with the product and shipping option. As a business courtesy, we requested a credit for $26.70. We apologize for any inconvenience ******************** encountered while attempting to contact Harland Clarke. I paid for trackable order which doesnt seem right, but the order was supposed to arrive 5-7 business days after order placement. When it didnt arrive today, I checked the website and now estimated delivery is a week later. I called **************** and they said that delivery is 5-7 days after check printing yet website doesnt state that and has a statement that most orders ship 1-2 days after ordering.Harland Clarke Corp.

On behalf of Harland Clarke, we apologize for any inconvenience *********************** may have encountered with his recent check order experience. ****************** confirmed that he placed the order and chose trackable delivery, which had yet to arrive. The production facility experienced a sporadic delay and the check order shipped out on the 7th business day. Due to the delivery delay, the entire check order including delivery charge was waived and ****************** will not be billed. After reviewing the Specialists call, it was determined the Specialist was not listening to ****************** and could have offered a credit due to the delivery delay. The Specialist was coached for identified opportunities. On May 18, 2024, Mr. ******** order was delivered. I had an estate account opened. ********************** were ordered on the 19th. 80 checks Custom creations w/screen, black vinyl cost plus tax $30.58 The order document states the shipping method is trackable with est. delivery 27 April. So I log in at Harland Clarke and the website states that once ordered shipping takes 1-2 days. Not true? Dont say it. Yesterday the order had not shipped yet and was being processed with delivery guessed at to be 1 May. This morning it states 2 May. I got online to see Im just coo coo for coco puffs and being unreasonable being mad but see here I am just one of many current other folks in the same wtf predicament as I am. I do not want to give this check printer estate funds anymore. And I dont want to let it slide.Harland Clarke Corp.

I paid an extra $18 on or about April 6, 2024, to have my checks received by April 19, 2024. Supposedly they were shipped April 16, 2024, however, here it is April 24, 2024, and I still have not received them. I would like a refund of the $18 paid to expedite the order, but I can't get anyone on the phone. I have emailed a few people, but have received no response. I've had to figure out another way to pay my employees. VERY DISSATISFIED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CHECKS. I Have also made a formal complaint to my ************ to do us all a favor and find another company to print checks. One star is too much. They should have a zero option.Harland Clarke Corp.

Thank you for advising us of ******************************* concern. We were able to make contact with ******************** who confirmed that she placed the order shipping to the correct address. We have confirmed the order was produced and shipped without incident via non-trackable shipping. Due to the amount of time that has passed since the order left our facility, this order is deemed lost within ***** ******************** took appropriate security measures with her financial institution for the account. We have submitted a credit for Ms. ********* initial order in the total amount of $95.42. Credits are processed within 2 weeks. A replacement order will be delivered on May 9, 2024, at no charge.
