Checks/Payments delivered on credit card account were deposited into a share account instead of being applied to my credit card obligation for two month by tellers. ** decided to report my account two times over 30 days late. Upon discovery, I utilized CH app to transfer amount due to pay credit card amount due. I discussed this issue with a so called specialist named and demanded CH remove derogatory reporting as this is clearly CH's error. I was told that a branch manager was going to call me but to date no response. I have elevated complaint to ******************************* and I am going to file suit in county court due the harm inflicted by CH's actions. ** has the discretion as do all financial institutions of setting the record right and refuses to do so. I am rejecting this response because: Credit Human's response is too vague and does not address a timeline for resolution. This should have never occurred and it is interfering with a couple of loan transactions in purchasing real estate because my credit score has been impacted tremendously as a result of Credit Human's derogatory reporting. The only option remaining is to file suit in county or district court which I am working on at present.

Credit Human formerly San Antonio Credit union, has not been the same since change the name or whatever they did. I have a bill due today and I keep my card locked because it seems too easy for money to be stolen from banks and accounts. Today I attempt to pay my bill and I cannot unlock my card. This is the second time this year I have had this issue. I have no idea why they have an app that the cannot manageBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: I ***** ******** had been requesting loan Extensions ALL year of 2024, due to lower of income and higher expensisves than earnings. The request of asking for a Loan Extension was to prevent being sent to the credit bereau, by Credit Human not answering to my request, I was reported to the Credit bereua THREE times, this remark lower my credit score and is affecting my family. Please consider removing missed payment from Credit Bereue. I would greatlly appreciated.

As a Federally Chartered Credit Union Credit Human has failed me as a long time loyal member since 04-08-2014. I am sad, frustrated, and upset this organization has done very little to meet or attempt to meet member expectations. I do not appreciate being belittled and looked upon as a scammer attempting to get a free meal. I submitted a dispute in the amount of $41.17 on 9-5-2024 and again on 9-23-2024 upon Credit Human request. The second time I submitted this dispute was via on mobile banking platform. My dispute is a legitimate dispute and was submitted in good faith after I was advised from the merchant I needed to contact my banking establishment.I have done everything I was told by Credit Human at the branch in ******* including closing my debit card and having a new one issued. I have also done what I was told over the phone and yet I do not have resolution after 30+ days.Mission statement failure, if I can not trust credit human with little how can trust with much more. When applying for credit. Credit human run my credit. Then told me the did not offer credit for land/home in my state. I contacted them asking them why and requesting a letter of deletion. And they stated it was systematic and runs no matter what. They failed to disclose states they offer credit in. Or have their system set up to not process. On May 30th I started the application process for a Q Money loan with Credit Human FCU. I didn't know complete the process due to receiving a phone call. When my call was complete i attempted to complete the application I started but my previous application was timed out. I started a second application and completed that one which was approved. My account was charged 2 application fees of $20. I requested a refund and was refused twice. I would like my $20 back.Business Response

Similar to another consumer's complaint on your website dated 5/1/2024: We used Credit Human through our solar panel provider Arch Solar. We made our first payment of $250 within 3 months after our loan closed (I thought I was actually paying early because the loan documents state we have 6 months to make our first payment). I then paid an additional payment of $250 at the 4-month **** to help reduce the principle. The most recent statement came with the same principle amount and they have taken and put the $500 towards interest that they say we owed for the first 3 months. I have reached out to Credit Human twice to resolve the issue. The first time they didn't tell me that they would continue to charge interest on the first three months even after we made our first payment. The second time I called they said we still owed $125 more interest for those first 3 months, that is $625 in interest for the first three months. They say the fine print of the loan states they can choose to charge interest during the 6 months after the loan closes. Their statements have barely any information on them, don't say what the interest is for, don't mention that interest continues to accrue on a certain amount, don't say we were late in a making a payment, nothing. This credit union is slimy to say the least.Business Response

We used Credit Human through our Solar Panel Provider. We made our first payment of $163.80 and then an additional lump sum of $500 to help reduce the principle on 4/3/2024. The statement came the following month with the same principle amount and they have taken and put this additional amount of $500 towards interest that was not even accrued yet. I have reached out to them to immediately resolve the issue and have not heard back yet. If this is not resolved I will be looking into a lawsuit over this issue as there was not accrued interest for the $500 to even go towards. Meaning this money they took and made completely disappear as if it never existed.Business Response
